Excellent service. Installed a new heat pump, removed the old oil tank, added new ducts and installed a new thermostat. The job went very smoothly over two days, and I never felt like theybwere making decisions without me. Great work! The inducer motor on our boiler needed to be replaced and and a leaky exhaust pipe needed to be repaired. Steve and his partner showed up on time and did a great job, explaining what they needed to do, showing me the completed work, and cleaning everything up when they were finished. We've used Rodenhiser for a number of heating, A/C and electrical projects and have always been satisfied.

I called at 10:00 pm because we had no hot water. I got a call back immediately, and two really nice technicians were here by early afternoon the next day. Our hot water had restored itself, but they took the time to give the system a review and uncovered some easily fixed issues to prevent it from happening again. I am so impressed by the customer service for this visit and the great work they did to install the new system for us last year.

I used Rodenhiser to remodel my basement bathroom. I was very pleased with everyone that I dealt with on this job. Mark Roberts and Chuck Hogan did a great job planning the project and keeping it progressing. Renee Jolly did an excellent job keeping me informed about the next day's activities via text and email. All of the tradesmen were knowledgeable, personable, on time, did great work, and left the area clean when they left each day. Jamie's plumbing and Dave Fuller's carpentry work were both standouts in my mind.
They were both so meticulous. The biggest compliment that I can give them is that I felt like they were both working on their own houses. I have used Rodenhiser before to do a boiler replacement and A/C work. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

Nick and his crew at Rodenhiser installed a whole house mini-split heating/AC system. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. It was a challenging installation, and they did a great job! Nick took time to explain everything they were doing and demonstrated how everything worked when they were finished. I would highly recommend them!

Very prompt and professional! We have used them for several small plumbing projects as well as two new furnaces (one in our very old farm house and one in our in-law cottage). My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the new installations and the thoroughness of the diagnostic/repairs done in our bathroom and kitchen. It was refreshing to call and set up an appointment and actually have someone not only show up on time, but also complete the job in a reasonable time at the price quoted. We definitely will use them for any future home projects and repairs!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Great service. Great people. We have had a bunch of new issues with our new house and these guys always get to us right away! The most recent issue, we had no Power due to high winds knocking out the power from the street into our house. It required a whole bunch of work because our panel was also shot! They were great. Very impressed.

We have used Rodeniser Home Services on numerous occasions and have always been very satisfied with their work. For this visit, the appointment was easy to schedule and they followed up with reminders. The electricians showed up exactly on time and were very professional in assessing the problem, the communicating what work needed to be done and the estimated cost involved.
The actual work was done timely and professionally. COVID safety precautions were also important to the electricians. I will continue to use Rodenhiser and would recommend them highly.

We have a heating contract with them and got priority service. On a busy Sunday they were here soon after calling which was great. Technician that came was professional and knew his stuff. Found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it. Great response from Rodenhiser and customer service was fantastic. Service: Heating system repair
