Good crew at the counter. It's a small Ace location, but they keep a good sized stock and can send you to a.c. if need be. A few good hillmor, klein, & lennox tools as well.

First off, be careful in the parking lot on a busy day, as the contractor trucks are coming in fast off of Rt 47. Second, the counter staff was not at all helpful. We had a new faucet we purchased off of the internet and it didn't have standard thread connections. We brought the parts into the store to see if someone could sell us adaptors to make the setup work in our bathroom, but the counter person didn't even want to bother discussing it. "It's made in China" he said -- aren't most parts, from plumbing to electrical to industrial, made in China or overseas nowadays?

At any rate, the customer service at this business is the pits. We went to another local plumbing supply store and the counter people there were able to find a solution for us in 15 literally minutes. Maybe this is a business that caters to contractors, but the average homeowner should take their business where customer service is a priority.

Terrible place, do not go there counter people don't have a clue what there doing, very rude. I spent a lot of money there over the years, will not spend another dime there. do your self a favor a go to Wallace or Johnstone

Parts counter is never helpful. Wallace Plumbing is 1000% better.

The customer service at ACE is top notch. Salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are competitive and they are always ready to help in anyway. Great place to get what you need for your home or business.

I did a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Melanie helped me select the products that I needed and the assistance she provided was incredible. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing and make sure you ask for Melanie. You won't be disappointed. Every rough-in part and trim part was expertly selected for my project. 5 star review is not enough to describe the assistance and service they provide!

Absolutely horrible experience! They would only honor a warranty by giving me the part after I already had my 2 year old heater repaired by a repairman. They told me when I called that if the tech got the part elsewhere they would refund me for what the part costs at their store when I brought in the bad part. That was a lie! They just lost my business!

Ron Basolis is the man! I went into ACE not knowing what i needed to install my complete HVAC system. He got me everything I needed at a fair price and answered every question along the way. The HVAC system works great, you're definitely not getting this service at homedepot!

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They run their business like a well-oiled machine, from ordering to payment to pick-up of parts. They had exactly what we needed, they asked us the questions they needed to know to get us taken care of correctly, and they were very knowledgable.

Was told to try the main Ace store in Vineland for needed parts. Called to speak with the parts department. Gentleman was very helpful and patient with my lack of electrical knowledge. Described my issue and gentleman advised what I needed to do to find more information, that I could call back. Called back, got the same gentleman, he advised what I needed and confirmed they had a bunch in stock. I arrived after the weekend to receive quick service. Their system was flawless. Definitely recommend using their services again!

I had a bathroom that needed to be renovated except the tub and toilet, but we needed all of the fixtures. ACE provided oil rubbed bronze accessories (grab bar, towel bar, toilet paper holder, robe hook and toilet flushing lever) that matched the tub and tile. We also ordered cabinets above the vanity and toilet. The price was a little higher than we expected, so we tried to get the items at one of the big box hardware stores but they were either out of stock (even though listed on website) or weeks away from being available.

So we went back to ACE. All of the items were there in the building except the tub drain and toggle and the cabinets. We placed the order. We went from the beautiful showroom to an enormous warehouse. The other items arrived in time to be installed by either me, our contractor or plumber. Once everything was installed I realized I needed a shower curtain rod to match the fixtures.

They ordered it. The project was done. This is where most of the local professional plumbers go for their supplies. These professionals just use word of mouth not necessarily an online rating system.

My experience with this establishment was terrible to say the least! I needed a specific unit ( hot water heater) for radiant floor heat. I paid $1500 dollars cash for my order. When I got home and opened the box I discovered the WRONG unit. No big deal, the next day I taped the box up and brought it back to return/ exchange it for the right one. They would NOT accept it back or exchange it!

They said "well we don't know if you installed it or not, you could have bent the mounting bracket or something".WOW, total BS.I even contacted the manufacturer and they said that they would credit ACE for the unit or send a new box for them to sell it but management at ACE didn't want to hear it. My advice to home owners is to STAY AWAY. They don't care about you unless you are a contractor with an ongoing account with them. Now I'm beat for $1500 bucks with a unit that is worthless to me.

The showroom is magnificent and they have a staff of highly trained specialists for bathroom design and lighting. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from selection to delivery. Prices were very competitive and I have nothing but praise for them.
