Water, water everywhere is not something you want to see in your home! After a water pipe break and major flood in our home we called Dan Wixted. In the midst of a disaster. Dan kept us calm and hopeful that we could "weather this internal storm". He immediately called in his team of excellent professional staff from CPR to clean up, dispose of soaked materials and keep us informed about what to expect. Dan was so thorough, efficient and meticulous in assessing the major damage to 3 floors of our house.
He worked with the insurer to assure that we could maximize the settlement of our damage. He kept us well informed throughout the process. Without Dan 's professional skills and knowledge we do not know where we would be in reconstructing the interior of our home! Above all, Dan provided us a literal professional and personal lifeline to navigate the complex waters of insurance claims. We would always call Dan for help in these situations but hope not to!

I would like to say that Mr. Wixted conducted himself in a very courteous and professional way as he handled the devastation to our property due to the damage caused by the tornado. I was very pleased with the settlement he was able to secure for us. The tornado was bad enough without having to deal with the minutia too.

Mr. Wixted is AMAZING! My family was displaced due to severe water damage in our home. My husband had just undergone major surgery and was just released from the hospital. The insurance company put us up in a hotel, and after about a week in the hotel they refused to pay. Our home was still wet and not in livable condition. I found Mr. Wixted on Google and when I called him he answered the phone, and listened to my concerns.
The next day he come to my home, I signed the contact, and he was on the case. My insurance company was brutal, but Mr. Wixted was a BEAST! He is extremely knowledgeable of the insurance laws and was not afraid to educate my insurance company on their short comings. He had not fear, and at the same time remained professional. Mr. Wixted was an Angel sent by God for me and my Family.

A storm took of shingles from my rental property and damaged the roof. Dan worked as my public adjuster and presented my claim to the insurance company. He worked on a contingency basis and did not require an upfront payment. He is very experienced at what he does. he has represented me in the past in other claims. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Daniel Wixted.

Our house had been up for sale for a short time when a tree fell on the house. I called the insurance company to file a claim when my son-in-law told me to call a public adjuster named Daniel Wixted, who had helped him when he had damage from a storm. I didn't know much about public adjusters and I was overwhelmed with everything going on so I made the call and am I glad I did! Daniel came out immediately to assess the damage and told us not to worry, he would handle everything with the insurance company. Daniel was true to his word and handled our claim from start to finish, getting us a fast and very fair settlement for a low percentage. We reached out to Dan when we had a flood in our house. He was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with.
