They came out and replaced the pressure switch and hot surface igniter in my mobile home heater. They were very polite, professional, and courteous. I called and spoke to Nancy about my a/c not working I sent her photos but she went beyond and FaceTimed me Ryan the tech was also on the call I showed them a part of the unit outside they told me what to do and fixed my issue right over video saving me a ton of money in the event someone would have to come out. Envirosafe was on the SJ Gas approved vendor list so that was a big endorsement to begin with. Their customer service rep (Nancy) was friendly and helpful. The technician (Tyler) was punctual, neat and professional. He explained every part that needed to be replaced for maximum performance. To be frank, they were the ONLY company that called me back when I was looking for quotes. It is a comfort to know that they will be available and reliable if any of my major mechanicals falter. Thanks for proving that excellent customer service is not dead.

Another great experience with Envirosafe! This time with my water system. This sounds a little weird but my bath towels were not soft anymore and my hair was just not right. I called and Fred and Jacob Came out. So polite and informative! Found out I have nitrates at a high level. Know that because Fred noticed a discoloration in one of my tanks. He took the time to go over and beyond what he had to.

They dont stop at anything without making sure everything is working as it should. Perfection! I'm older and Fred took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand. Water treatment system. Nancy, the owner, installer and whole team where FANTASTIC! Well water was a whole new experience for me. They made the entire water report and resolution manageable and the work and adjustments gave us a passing well water report. Many people don't realize that they can control the quality of their water though these installed systems. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Envirosafe!

I have used envirosafe now for over 2 years, First my heater and air conditioner, than water system and mold problems in crawl space.they have done an excellent job getting my house in order and everything working properly. Requested quotes from Angi's list to replace my galvanized water service to the street that was killing my water pressure in the house. EnviroSafe was quick to respond and got a pro out in a few days (think his name was Nick) and he laid out a couple options to go about the job. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Was gonna get a couple more quotes but no one else bothered to come out after filling out multiple online forms and actually got ghosted by other plumbers. Envirosafe's contract clearly explained the scope of work with both options to replace the water line so I knew what I was getting. I just gave them the go ahead to do the work and based on the reviews I trust they'll do a great job. After the work is complete I'll update the review with results

Had EnviroSafe come out to install my initial natural gas line inside my house and then install a hot water heater. They showed up when they said they would, their quotes were detailed so there wasn't any hidden surprises and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. Our AC unit broke yesterday during a heat wave. One call to EnviroSafe and we had a tech scheduled to come out that day! Our technician, Tyler, was amazing. He was respectful, professional, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of pushing for a completely new unit he was able to fix our old unit-which will allow us time to budget for a new unit install install. I would not hesitate to recommend EnviroSafe and especially our technician Tyler.

The team at Envirosafe are the best! We have had to do a TON of work this group the past 1.5 years (water softener, well pump, tankless water heater, new furnace/AC etc.). Crystal S is the absolute BEST scheduling and coordinating. Most recently Rich and crew did an awesome job designing and installing all new heat/AC ducts, trunks and dampers for our soon to be renovated basement. Really great to work with and kept my interest (and cost) in mind.

Incentivised to try to sell you new heating and air conditioning systems. Even when your current system was purchased from them and only 3 years into a 10 year warranty. Even when it only has a leak that they made zero effort to find or diagnose. When you inform them your ac is warrantied they decide that all of a sudden they think it is the heating unit. They exist to rip off the uninformed and people that don't know any better. Better off avoiding them entirely.

We are very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. Starting with the office staff and finishing with the technicians, we have had nothing but positive experiences. We are happy we contracted with them for our HVAC maintenance and will certainly call them with any other issues we should encounter in the future.

They, especially Nick, have gone above and beyond in responding to all my problems, including installing a new Bosch heat pump system which I am very happy with. In addition to working long hours tirelessly to get the system up and working, he came back out to show me how to change the thermostat after my husband died. They are personable, responsive and efficient!

My air conditioner failed on a 95 degree day and I have a maintenance contract with enviro-safe. They sent someone out immediately and they told me what the problem was and explained my options. I chose to have a new air conditioning unit installed. In the meantime they loaned me a window unit to use and not the next day but the following day my new air conditioning unit was installed. The technician Nick was extremely professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

EnviroSafe is the most professional, ethical and compassionate company I have met in a long time. They listen and help solve your problem with a fair price and if possible as fast as they can. My hot water heater was making noise. After I did my research, I knew I wanted a Bradford White 40 gallon hot water heater. I called and talked to Joe at 9:00, Mike came at 10:30 to look at the problem and 4:00 that day, I had a new hot water heater.

Our call to Envirosafe started with a flooded basement. The float in the brine tank jammed and water overflowed. We also knew our filtration system was shot because it was constantly draining. Everything is now fixed! Excellent work and professionalism by Kyle. He did a great job on our water treatment system and made it very clear that there is. real concern for the customer.

If something was in working order, he would tell us he sees no reason to replace it. Very happy with the fast service and excellent work and I look forward to having him back in 6 months (our system is old and we're unsure of the age on stuff) to give everything a check up. EnviroSafe did a great job saving our Thanksgiving. Howard was professional, took care to keep everything clean as he worked and very quickly identified the problem and resolved it. He also tightened our faucet and made sure everything was perfect before he left. We called three companies who all were unable to provide help until after Thanksgiving. Thank you to EnviroSafe and Howard for saving our Thanksgiving. After a water leak under our kitchen sink around 4 pm the night before, and calling multiple plumbers who all were unavailable until it would be too late, EnviroSafe saved the day and had someone to our house within a couple hours. Not only did he fix the leak, but he fixed the angle of the pipe (which had been a problem for a while) and everything was perfect when he left. He explained everything and took care to keep our house clean while he worked. The cost was fair for the work done and the timing and was provided up front.

Today my wife called me 24 hours before our vacation at 930 am at work letting me know the house was 80°. I rushed home. Did some trouble shooting for a few hours. I wound up calling envriosafe. It's hard to find a good plumber. I have been using enviro safe for over ten years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even repair and paint the drywall when it has to be opened up. They know my system and always manage to solve the problems that come with a large older house. I know the technicians by name and trust them implicitly.

I am thankful I called Enviro-Safe! I was having an issue with my well water so I called around to a few local companies that deal with well water and private well systems. Instead of telling me that I needed a very expensive filtration system right off the bat, Nick spent a few minutes on the phone asking me questions about the problem I was having and ended up sending out a service technician to further diagnose my problem.

They were professional and courteous when they arrived and explained everything they were doing. They correctly diagnosed and corrected my problem for the cost of a service call, when they could have told me I needed a lot of expensive equipment installed like everyone else I spoke to.
