Cullen was great! I was referred to call Cullen by our usual plumber who was unavailable at the time. I couldn't believe that they were able to come the same morning that I called to help me with an appointment for the same morning to help unclog my sink. Chris was on time, professional and courteous. He worked efficiently and explained what he did. Job well done and I will be a future customer next time I need a plumber.

Called to annual service, installer was another company who would not schedule this service for me. Cullen scheduled on Monday for that Friday, showed up on time, texted before they arrived with a heads up. They. did service and inspected the install when they heard gurgling and remedied a power vent that was not proper aligned and re-piped it correctly. System works better than ever and I plan to use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

My name is Rick from Morristown. The Cullen company were extremely helpful in all areas. they inspected my waste line and found problems. They replaced 10 foot of same as soon as they had permits. They worked very hard and long on our repair and we were thrilled they stayed with the estimate, as it was a large sum! Another town resident had suggested them to me and I am so thankful they did.

My computer water system notified me of a potential leak (Emergency situation). I immediately went into panic mode and called Cullen. Dispatcher picked up immediately, listened to my concerns and had someone at the house in 1.5 hours to diagnose and fix problem. They went way overboard with communication and resolution. I was very impressed and all this was on an 18 degree day and calls coming in from everywhere. Cullen made me feel like the most important customer and serviced my request like I was the most important customer.

Used Cullen to find a leak. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice on options. They were also reasonably priced!

I have used this company for many years and they do a good job, but not better than other companies who charge a lot less. This was very clear recently when I had another company install a hot water heater the day after I called for $400 less than I would have paid Cullen. They have marked up products which you can see at Home Depot for half the price, but I used them because I felt comfortable letting them into the house when I was at work.

Their hours are very limited compared to the company I used to replace my hot water heater. this week. If you use them, they are very trustworthy and I was comfortable allowing them to come to my house when I was not at home, but you will pay a lot more especially for large jobs.

The pilot light in my furnace had become intermittent - would not stay lit. In the deep of winter. Gave Cullen a call, and after checking if it was an emergency (it was not), they suggested that their specialist should see the system to properly diagnose it for a long term fix. Gave me an appointment 2 days away. On the appointed day, their specialist arrived, checked everything, replaced the pilot with another brand new one (he had it available in his truck), ensured that the rest of the system was in order and thanked me for my time. Furnace has been working perfectly since then. Reasonable price, professional and courteous service. Recommended.

Called Cullen on Monday to re run outside hose line and to unclog a bathroom drain. I found them through Google and was impressed by their good reviews. The first thing that impressed me was the time slot they gave me. Most places give you a window of 3-4 hours, but not them. They gave me an exact time and the plumber was here early. Second, I was impressed by the quick, but quality job he did and he cleaned up very nicely as well. Lastly, the price was extremely reasonable. Would use again and would recommend to those in the Morristown NJ area.
