Jim has always been available in an emergency and has come quickly for estimates on major work. He has done plumbing repairs and provided two new ADA toilets, including bringing them with him. (One provider suggested I pick up my own.). In addition, he checked my HVAC at no cost. The work area was protected and cleaned up perfectly when he was completed. I highly recommend Powers Plumbing.

I've worked with Jim for the past 15 years and he has worked closely with a number of my clients. He is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and a straight shooter. Unlike some of the larger Plumbing firms, he is not trying to 'upsell' you things you don't need. He is extremely honest, and his pricing is fair. I can't recommend Jim highly enough! He is an A+ plumber.

Jim's service in our condo has been thorough and prompt. He is always willing to answer questions and explain what he recommends. He has replaced various valves that were not working properly, as well as all of the original low-flush (read "didn't work") designer toilets with American ones that actually work well.
