UPDATE, new experience - 6/1/22- I called the Polite Plumber again due to a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen. Once again, Cameron was the technician who took care of this issue. Cameron and Kyle arrived within the agreed upon window and investigated the source of the leak. They quickly determined it to be a worn out shower strainer and provided an estimate to have it replaced.

Once agreed, they quickly ran out to get the parts, came back promptly, and finished the job. They even quickly investigated another leak I was having in another bathroom and remedied that issue with a new application of caulk. All in all, Cameron and Kyle were courteous, neat, professional, and knowledgeable; all great qualities to have in a plumbing technician. 8/4/21 - I interacted with Cameron from the Polite Plumber and was extremely satisfied with the service rendered.

I was stuck in a tough spot on a weekend, after hours and Cameron came through for me. He was courteous, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond and took the time to explain the issue with my shower faucet fixture. I felt valued as a customer. If I was going to start a business, I'd want all my associates to exemplify Cameron's customer service mentality. I will definitely call the Polite Plumber for future plumbing needs based on my experience with Cameron!

I'm so impressed with how quickly the Polite Plumber was able to help us! I called first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule someone for 10am same day! Our technician, Cameron was really helpful and explained everything to us clearly. I thought the prices were very fair and am so glad to have our issues resolved so quickly. We had several leaks in the bathroom faucet/shower, plus clogged kitchen sink. Now everything is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

I'm a first time home owner who would always see your advertising in town. We were pretty disappointed with your company after we finally contacted you. We called and made an appointment for the next day. They recommended we turn off our water to be safe. A plumber does not show up and we aren't contacted. We called and spoke with a receptionist that said she would contact the plumber. She said she would call us back with an update from the plumber. We never hear back from her. The Impolite Plumbers have lost a customer.

You would be a fool to use another plumber. Willie came to house at 6 am for a pressure test on propane line for inspector due at 730 am.when inspector was late he waited in our driveway for TWO hours until inspector arrived. A week later we had an issue with our boiler and Kathy had someone over in less than 30 minutes. A fine family business run by dedicated trustworthy people. Thanks to both Zach and Jeremy for efficient and professional service as well A company like this is so hard to come by these days

My main drain lined backed up late Sunday night, figured I'd call a plumber out first thing Monday morning. Never needed a plumber before so I wasn't sure who to call. After looking online I found The Polite Plumber, figured I would give them a shot. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. The office was very friendly, took all my information and was able to get my drain emergency scheduled same day, they even called me back and moved me earlier in the day which was great.

The tech that came to my house was professional, answered all my questions and explained what was going on. Drain was cleared and water was moving again in a hour. Will use again and would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

Outstanding customer service. I have used there services for 15 years. Always on time and superior work. Every technician that has been to my home has always been extremely professional.

Was recommended by by electrician abd called them and left a message. Received a call two days later and was advise that someone would call me the next day. That never happened and to this day three days letter no response. These plumbers need too be taught how to treat customers. This industry has always been looked upon as OVER CHARGERS And under deliver!

I did call Gold Medal Plumbing snd they did return my call shortly thereafter and told me that that service they did not provide. At least I know I need to get someone else! I will likely never call Polite plumber ever again!

Highly Recommend! We called the Polite Plumber and the owner came out to look at our plumbing situation. We had work done many years ago by someone else that was not up to code. The next day I received a very thorough proposal to fix all the bad plumbing and bring everything up to code. I received a call this morning telling me that my technician would be arriving at 9:00.

He pulled in exactly at 9:00! The owner then showed up to walk me through everything that was going to happen and answered any additional questions I had. They are at my house working right now. I wish all contractors operated like this.

Great 1st experience with Polite Plumber. We got James and he was very knowledgeable and schooled me on my boiler issues, softener and sump pumps. He fixed all my issues with my boiler and home filter. I really appreciate how he explained everything to me and his good spirit through his whole visit. I inherited Polite Plumber from the previous owners of my home. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a plumbing company, but these guys never fail me. When I first bought the house and called them, the technician even walked me through the radiator system and showed me how to turn off the water, etc, because they were familiar with the property. Call Friday late afternoon for a non-emergency, and they are here first thing Monday. The prices are fair, and they are always pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend them.
