The first time I used them, I called 4 other companies that couldn't respond for over a week. I had a broken pipe and water everywhere. They showed up immediately and barely charged me anything. Very professional, helpful and kind. I have used them three times now and I recommend them to everyone. The best Plumbing company in Jacksonville and the beaches. I have used all the other big named companies and these guys are far superior and cheaper.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value WORSE COMPANY ever. They complained the whole time. They didn't communicate correctly with their title guy so I had to go with them to pick up at a store, he complained the whole time. They damaged my wall. And never answered their phones. Amazing service that was at my door within 13 minutes of initially calling. Rob had our kitchen Drain unclogged within 20 minutes and couldn't be happier. Will only use this company moving forward and thank you so much for saving our day! Especially considering they were closing at 4pm, and was at my door by 3:35pm. Absolutely amazing and very impressed. Thanks to Rob, we can now enjoy our weekend. I highly recommend them!

When our plumbing pipes clogged in the outside pipes, shutting down usage through the house late at night, I called Advantage Plumbing early morning. They immediately called back and were able to come by at 8am. Brendan and associate were wonderful and the house plumbing was working in less than 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Advantage plumbing has always done a great job for me. They do the job right, they are always there when they say they will be, and they don't milk the clock trying to get more money. I found these guys via a friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. With the old guys my bill was always high and the work was always questionable. Just had Brenton and his helper stop by the other day to fix a broken pipe caused by my siding guy.

He was in and out in an hour, explained what he was doing and why, and gave me some suggestions to help combat any potential water damage. He even talked a little Jaguar football. It is an awesome feeling when you have a plumber you know you can trust and we've found that with Advantage, I wish we could do the same with a handyman.

I cannot begin to thank Advantage Plumbing for rescuing us from a water disaster that occurred on the Friday before the Memorial Day Weekend. A water pipe broke in our master bath I had no idea so much water could come gushing out from from a 1/2 inch pipe in the less than 5 minutes it took for me to get from the shower to the outside shut off valve outside.

Our insurance company sent a water mitigation team immediately but where to find a plumber? A friend told us to call Advantage Plumbing. One of their teams had just finished a job and would be right there. They fixed the broken pipe and we had water water running to the house. I could not have asked for a better experience Their name and number is now in my address book!

If there's was a zero or a negative rating, this company definitely deserves it. Someone named Greg was very unprofessional and rude over the phone. He hasn't even started the job yet and was just in the process of giving me an estimate over the phone. Without getting into any details, let's just say he's very judgmental, condescending, disrespectful, and very arrogant in demeanor.

Hey Greg, quick tip! You have business to maintain. Be nice and courteous to your potential customers or they'll turn around and do business someplace else. I would definitely NOT recommend this company

Quick and affordable. Would definitely recommend. I heard water running inside the wall behind my shower. I thought it might be a slab leak. It turned out to be a pinhole in hot water pipe in wall. When I called, they were booked and put me on schedule for later in the day or next day, but then I think it was the owner called back and reassured me he would have someone out the same day. Two gentlemen got right to work and fixed it within the hour. I would definitely recommend them. Quick, friendly, affordable.
