I received the worst customer service experience EVER from a gentleman named TJ (I can't remember his name but his email address starts with tproctor and he is out of Indy, the last four digits of the phone number is 0816). I reached out to your company to find out if there was any way that a technician could take a look at our furnace which was installed in 2008 (yes, 12 years ago).
Our water heater tech advised us that the heater exchanger was installed incorrectly. The only thing Tproctor was saying to me repeatedly is that it was over 12 YEARS AGO. Don't get me wrong I understand that the furnace was replaced 12 YEARS AGO, but due to our water heater needing replaced we just found out. He also made me feel small because he pointed out that my home warranty paid for the furnace which he stated furnaces cost thousands of dollars! Duh!
We still came out of pocket $728, which doesn't even pertain to why I contacted your company! All I wanted was for someone to take a look at our furnace and if it was installed improperly to fix it. The water heater company said they would be willing to send pictures over to your company and talk to someone. I am not asking for a new furnace and I know that we are out of manufacture warranty but to simply have one of your technicians look at what our water heater tech is telling us, is all I am asking.
And if it was installed incorrectly that your company would fix it. I have never experienced rude phone etiquette and how unprofessional tproctor is. This by far was the worst, and especially since he hung up on me TWICE!

If, I could give them zero stars I would. I called Peltz Services on Tuesday before the Labor day weekend and was told they would be out to service my water heater at the end of the week. When I didn't receive a call from them I called back on Thursday morning and was told it would not be Thursday, that they would call me at noon and give me a time for Friday.
I did not receive a call on Thursday and no call on Friday before the holiday. Called on Tuesday after Labor day and was told they still didn't have an estimate, gave no apology for not calling. I was told they would get to me sometime, but would not say if it would be one day or one month. Worst customer service ever. My advice call another company, I did.
