0 stars for hot water heater repair. I called to get our hot water heater looked at - we still had hot water, but it was running out quickly so I wanted a diagnostic. They drained it, said they cleaned it, and tried to leave. We asked them to check the "guts", they said the thermostats and heating elements were good. charged us 190.00 and told us if it happened again to give them a call and we would likely need to replace the unit, that repair would cost as much as new unit.

Fast forward a month later and we noticed the same issue; after looking at prices of units (500.00 +) vs. the parts to fix it (32.00) we decided to try to fix it ourselves. After draining the unit we discovered at least 6-7 inches of calcium build up in the bottom of the tank, and the bottom element was calcified. This told us: 1. They did not clean it, at least not thoroughly, and 2.

If they did check the elements, they were not truthful about the condition of the element nor how it impacted the function of the unit. They basically charged us 190.00 to drain our water tank and hoped we would call them back for a larger job. I don't know how their other plumbing services are, but I would NOT recommend for hot water heater repair.

Critical: Responsiveness To be fair, I haven't used them yet. We need a plumber and we have tried to call twice (during business hours) and no response. It just rings and rings. Get a voicemail or answering machine at least.

I worked for Niezgodski Plumbing as an Office Manager up until November of 2021. However, the 2nd month I worked there they terminated his wife who was my trainer for that position. So naturally I moved into that position with little to NO training! A month after that they decided I wasn't good enough for the position, mind you they never trained me for and gave me a paper pushing job.

In all this time of being pushed around within the company they also treatEd me like garbage because I wasn't family. On top of the fact I didn't agree with their price gouging on elderly customers. David Niezgodski terminated me less then a week before Thanksgiving, how thoughtful of him! I'm now an Office Manager for a well known Law Firm and now realize how toxic working for Niezgodski Plumbing was. if you need plumbing done call someone else because they don't know how to run a successful business because it is family owned! ( maybe a little kick backs involved too for the family ONLY) Can't believe we allow this man to be a face of our State!

I was SO impressed with Jesse Waldo. Great personality, and VERY knowledgeable with looking at the problem and explaining it all to myself and my Mother. I sincerely hope he makes a home with your company as I will request him again if we need someone. Thank you and be safe out there.

This long time family business offers horrendous customer service. They were great at coming out to the house to do a camera scope for the pipe issue we were having (and collecting money for that). However getting any correspondence after that is a joke. Multiple phone calls to them to even try to get someone to call back w/ a quote of any sort, left us very frustrated and irritated.

Everyone had to "talk to someone else" and would "give a call back just as soon as they had information.". Which led to no one calling back. and then after about 4 weeks, them finally sending a bill for the work (camera scope) done and saying at that time that they couldn't do the job we were seeking. Here's a tip, if you can't do the job, aren't interested in the job, or it's too much of a job, try just saying that upfront so a customer can move on to a reliable company that cares.

If you look at my reviews you would probably see that I don't often give a 5-star rating. But when you get outstanding service with fairy knowledgeable people working to solve a problem you must reward them with a wow. The two gentlemen that came out to take care of a clog in the plumbing lines not only went above and beyond should figure where the clog was they even laid down tarps put booties on their feet and clean the shower basin when they doesn't necessarily have to do all of that. Hats off to Niezgodski Plumbing. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Greg came out & talked through our needs with us & even pointed out a leak we didn't see! Sheila was awesome & gave us a fair estimate. We called to accept & Bonita was awesome! We are having the work done on Tuesday! They are friendly professional & prompt! I feel confident that the work done will have the best care!

This contractor came out for me came out to my house and installed a hot water heater the technicians were very professional the job was very well done I have hot water I would recommend them to do your work also. The project included removing the old water heater and installing a expansion tank which was needed due to city water pressure variations.

Amazing service! I called them as soon as they opened because another company in the area was suppose to come out and do the repair but cancelled 15 mins before their appointment. After explaining the situation to Niezgodski Plumbing, they told me they could be out here this afternoon. Two guys showed up and were very polite and professional. They replaced the main shut off valve for a fantastic price! I will use this company again for any plumbing needs!

Prompt and Professional. We needed some major work done in our backyard. I called around for quotes. Niezgodski Plumbing showed up at the scheduled time with two plumbers. A detailed quote was emailed later that day. On the day of work, they showed up on time with 5+ guys to dig holes and fix our issue. Issue was resolved in one day (once plumber arrived). There was a small leak in basement wall and they came right out and corrected it the next week. They are coming back in the spring to level the ground and reseed the lawn.

Our water softener needed replaced, so we called Niezgodski Plumbing on a referral from the previous homeowners. Their team was highly professional, and they worked with us closely through the entire process. Our plumber, Riley, was exceptional from the original diagnosis through the final installation of a new system. He worked with my wife and I to find a solution within our budget, and we were very glad to have been assigned to him. We will be sure to call back Niezgodski Plumbing the next time we need help on our home!

Our water softener developed a difficult to diagnose leak, so we called Niezgodski Plumbing to come out to take a look. Instead of insisting on a replacement, the plumber worked with me to determine if there was any way to repair the system instead. Though the system did ultimately need to be replaced, I really appreciated how he worked with me on diagnosing the issue. Riley is both highly professional and good at what he does. We are grateful for his help and will definitely call him at Niezgodski Plumbing the next time that we need work done on our home.

Zero stars. Charged my Dad $57 for a quote. Came out, looked things over at the house. They now refuse to call my Dad back to actually give him the quote. He has been leaving messages to no avail. So you pay them for a quote and it never happens. They wanted the $57 but don't want to follow through.

Used them for a simple water line install for a refrigerator and a leak fix for a toilet, $635! When I asked for a detailed breakout of price it became $451. Also they would not acknowledge that they left a leak in the, water line that I discovered when I checked their work. Luckily I found it before major damage to my wooden floors in the kitchen. Poor workmanship and customer service. Made me feel like the leak was my fault!

I think they are probably competent. Always see them doing work at ND. But when I called with a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, I was told "no one available." Problem is when you need a plumber, you need a plumber. Was able to get another company over in less than half hour so they get my business.

Niezgodski's Plumbing came to my house at the promised time, called me quickly with information and prices about needed work, provided the needed repairs as quoted and cleaned up after finishing. While they are not the cheapest group, they perform as quoted and as promised. Well worth the price. I was very happy.

Niezgodski Plumbing installed a new water softener for my family this morning. The service was excellent. They performed a clean, thorough job and the workers who installed the water softener were polite and helpful. They even helped hang new blinds that I recently bought when I realized that I did not have the proper tools! All in all, I gave my experience with Niezgodski Plumbing 5 stars for excellent service and professionalism. Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a home and did extensive renovations such as new flooring, granite in the kitchen counter tops and new appliances. we needed the plumbing to the new faucet, ice maker and dishwasher installed so we hired Niezgodski plumbing. They came out and incorrectly fastened the dishwasher line which in turn flooded the entire kitchen and dining area.

After no help was offered from Niezgodski or his insurance company my insurance is taking care of everything. When I contacted Mr. Niezgodski about my problem he said it was in the hands of his insurance company and he could not help. I contacted his insurance company and they said they would be sued for the claim anyway so they wouldn't help and my original refund for the service would be a business decision by Mr. Niezgodski.

When I contacted Mr. Niezgodski the last time and requested a refund for the original service I was told they would not refund my money. I feel I should not be charged $351.00 to have my house flooded by an incompetent plumber but Mr. Niezgodski an elected public representitive thinks differently. I hope Dave Niezgodski chooses to invest my $351.00 wisely because I will whole heartly campaign for however may run against him next term because we have enough politicians with no integrity already apparently Dave Niezgodski is one of them.
