Thanks so much for coming a day early! We had Jeremy today and he was very thorough in his work and very kind and considerate when I asked questions. I called and received same day service. Bill's was our second assessment/opinion. I got a call from the office letting me know a technician was on the way. About 20 minutes later he arrived. Derick was the technician that came out to service /repair our AC. He figured out the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He was professional and really nice by using language/explaining the process.

Called Bill's on Thursday and they said they would put us in the repair list and it might be until Monday until they would be out. But i got a call in a matter of a hour hours saying they were on their way couldn't be happier. He came well prepared for anything that was needed to fix the a/c unit all the way down to the batteries for the thermostat to the nozzle to spray my unit off. Got it up and runnig within an hour or so and at a great price, couldn't be happier. My parents have been using them for 10 plus years know i understand why the won't go with anyone else.

What a great company! I called Bill's to look at my furnace after having another company come out and tell me that my furnace us unrepairable. I just needed to replace my system. After all it's 11 years old, that's about the life expectancy, they said! Andrew, from Bill's came out had a look figured out what was wrong and was able to get the parts covered by the limited lifetime warranty!
What a great honest company with morals and values! If you need HVAC work done these are your guys! I can't say enough good things about them! An extra thanks to Andrew! You sir A+ keep up the great work!

It took an extremely long time to get these services scheduled! However, once they were scheduled, it was like clockwork. Both Kevin and Rick were on time, very professional, and did some great work. I enjoyed speaking with each of them. Because of the many plumbing tasks and the problems discovered along the way, Rick was with me a couple of hours longer time than Kevin. But I enjoyed his work ethic and problem-solving ability. Thanks Rick and Kevin.

Our son smelled gas coming from the unfinished side of our basement. The smell was coming from the water heater, so I closed the supply going to it; aired out the basement for about an hour. Called Bill's the following day around 11:30, and managed to send someone out later that afternoon. When I arrived home from work, the repairman was just loading up to leave.
He managed to fix the gas leak, as well as a minor water leak he found while inspecting the unit. He didn't try to sell me on a whole new water heater; just got the one back in working order so we didn't die before having our next hot shower. I really appreciate the concern displayed by the scheduling agent on the phone, too. Even though I had the supply to the WH turned off (only our furnace uses gas otherwise) she still took safety into consideration, making the repair service call a priority, not just another inspection check. My family and I extend tremendous thanks and appreciation to the entire Bill's P & H team.

I am changing my review from a 1 to a 3 star because Kyle was so respectful & kind when he came to help with my heat. He was informative & apologetic for the wait time. Thank you Kyle for making my experience better! Bills needs more employees like Kyle. Called in at midnight for my heat not working, it was 65. Called again at 12:45, they said they'd page their technician again.
I waited 4 hours until I got tired & called again to where the woman on the phone insinuated I was lying about the technician calling me because "she spoke to him herself". Then he calls 30 minutes later and tells me "I will be fine in 50 degrees people do it all the time and he's had guys working all night" This place has to be a joke. The way this man talked to me on the phone was UNACCEPTABLE!
People have children and shouldn't wait for 8 hours in a snow storm for heat. Or at the least, he could've been nice about it. But not even a little bit of compassion was shown from the manager.

Chance, Brian and crew were professional and on time. They installed a new furnace for me and added an exterior vent for my dryer. On the day of install the technicians were here at the appointed time. They were courteous and efficient. They were willing to answer any questions I had about the new system as well. I would recommend Bills to anyone.

Kevin showed up on time and had all the right tools to access a leak in our Geothermal pump & dump system. He wore slip on rubber soles so as not to track dirt into our home. He was knowledgeable and explain what he was doing while he did it. He had a firm grasp on technology from tools, to billing, to accepting credit card for payment. Next step: check on availability and timing for 3 parts - evaporator coil, chemicals to flush system and filter. Once they have that then next step - removal and replacement of coil & filter & then flush system. Great company so far! Price was reasonable as well.

When you call Bill's, someone actually answers and you are greeted with friendly and helpful assistance. The customer service at Bill's is amazing! Chris replaced my kitchen sink and bath faucet and his work is outstanding! He is very helpful with solutions, remedies, knowledgeable, and polite. After the work was completed, everything was clean and ready to go! Cost for work is fair market value. I highly recommend Bill's!
