I have used Mowery multiple times and have always been satisfied with their work. Dawson did an amazing job resolving a plumbing issue on the same day I called to make an appointment. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I will continue to use Mowery in the future! Derek performed a tune up on my A/C and replaced a blower cap. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have used Mowery for heating, cooling and plumbing multiple times and they have always done a great job!

Kirk was great! I got a calling telling me he was coming and where he was coming from. He listened to the issues we were having and did a quick repair. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me good suggestions to the questions I had. We had Don out the last time, he was great as well. He was also very knowledgeable about our system and figured out our issue fast. I have have had a great experience each time I use Mowery and I highly recommend you use them in your own home. Hey Chip, wanted to let you know that Todd did a FANTASTIC job! I love working with you guys and Todd did not disappoint. Chris and Will also do not disappoint either, but since Todd was here today I wanted to make sure you knew. Todd was on time, professional, and even went as far as to dig out some hay that was at the bottom of my AC unit. Matt (plumber) was also here and he also did a fantastic job too! Mowery goes above and beyond for good customer service and I really can't stress that enough. I love working with you guys and will continue to do so and will recommend you guys when people ask for an HVAC or plumbing company.

About a year ago, Mowery installed a gas fireplace insert. We love it! Last night after turning it off, we detected a stronger than usual gas smell. We called today, and they sent Kirk out right away. He was very pleasant, thorough and checked everything to ensure we were safe. No issues were found, and the service call was worth our peace of mind! Kirk could not have been more pleasant and helpful!

My serviceman was Kirk. Great personality, super nice and very knowledgeable. He knew just what to do to address my problem. He even cleaned and vacuumed my return air vent (which was part of the issue I was having). And as always with Mowery, he was very respectful of my home. Furnace motor went out in the middle of the night and Mowery had already done some work on the unit for the previous owner. Thinking it would be a couple days without heat, I called the company and was immediately paired with Todd, one of their technicians. He came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part and unit repaired same day!
His professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail convinced me I had made the right choice by calling Mowery and Todd! Signed up for their service plan, knowing I'm in good hands if anything else arises in the future!

We called Mowery about low water pressure throughout the house. We found out two days before Christmas that our water softener ruptured inside. This also ruined our water heater. Mowery came on Christmas Eve and replaced both the water softener and water heater and flushed out the pipes and got us fixed up. John P. was very professional and responsive to our situation, and took the time to explain the situation and give us information on maintaining our equipment. Great job John P. thanks so much! Highly recommend this company!

After receiving a call that a technician would be available soon, Matt arrived about 30 minutes earlier than the expected four-hour window! I was thankful to hear a diagnosis sooner rather than later. Matt was professional and helpful. He noted that the water heater is still under warranty and forwarded me the necessary information for me to contact the manufacturer. Matt offered a couple of suggestions and noted them on the invoice for our consideration. Thanks, Matt! This was my first experience with Mowery, but it won't be the last, when needed.

Don came out in the early-part of the appointment window which I appreciated very much. Mowery has always been very prompt for us whenever we've had emergencies or scheduled maintenance. Don answered all of my questions about the furnace filter and humidifier and even corrected one of the settings I had on our thermostat. He was very efficient, thorough, professional and friendly.

Had a fireplace insert installed by Ryan and Rick. The entire process from choosing and ordering the type of insert I wanted to scheduling and installation was simple and conducted in a timely manner. Our bathroom sink was clogged for quite some time. We tried everything we could think of to fix it ourselves, but to no avail. We decided to call Mowery to come out and diagnose the issue. Craig and Cory did an amazing job getting our 16 year-old furnace & a/c units out of the home and installing the new units carefully and professionally. We added an inline humidifier and better filtration cabinet, too. The two worked tirelessly, protecting our finished floors and stairs from damage and debris, and cleaned up after themselves. The salesman Jay did an amazing job of setting our expectations right and the installers did exactly as Jay said they would. This is a solid team. We have had a maimtenance agreement with Mowery for years, and will continue to do so. Thanks for the job well done.

Mowery has excellent service. Had a water heater leaking in the late afternoon and they were out within the hour to diagnose the situation. Marcus the plumber was very professional and had my new water delivered from the shop and installed within a couple of hours exceeding my timeframe expectations. Excellent service! Steve came out on Saturday evening and found the issue with our a/c right away. He went above and beyond to order the part that was needed and sign us up for the service agreement. He came back to install the part on Tuesday- he was right on time and efficient. He even gave our dogs some love! Would definitely recommmend Mowery to anyone.

Mowery has efficient service. They are pleasant to deal with and have a thorough knowledge of the AC/Heating field. When needed they are prompt at your door. Steve S. came to our home in a AC emergency and fixed the problem after diagnosing the situation. The only business we recommend for AC/Heating issues.
