Critical: Professionalism Driver playing on his phone down the main road going from Plainfield to Mooresville. Driving 35 in a 55 in the pass lane. I was finally able to get beside him and he didn't even look up from his phone for half a mile!

We had Fite out to replace the jet pump for our well that is located in our basement, explained this over the phone. They were here over 5 hours and the replacement pump was some cheap/loud model that can be purchased on At one point they were actually watching various YouTube videos on how to replace jet pumps. The estimate was. extremely vague and wasnt itemized.

We asked for a detailed estimate, containing the replacement make/model and it was never provided. We asked for an experienced plumber to come out to help the newbies, they just called the experienced plumber on the phone. This was not an emergency call, just a preventative measure, so I'm not sure why they didnt send someone with enough experience replacing jet pumps that they didnt need to rely on YouTube videos. Lesson learned.

I have used Fite a few times in the past - most recently in the last month or so. This weekend, I had water backing up into my house and flooding my bathroom. I called the emergency line 5 times and no one answered. When I left a message, no one ever called me back. Unfortunately for them, they lost a big job because the main line out to the street needs replaced and they lost me as a customer.

Fite plumbing was able to send a plumber out within a day. The plumber explained the issue and the proposed repair and the work was done professionally.

We work with several plumbing companies throughout the Midwest. Fite Plumbing has always been THE most reliable firm to deal with. We can count on them to quote the work in a timely manner, arrive per schedule and complete their work in a timely and professional manner as well. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Fite Plumbing's customer service is rare. They did everything to not sell me a water heater, including the owner of Fite watching Youtube videos over the phone to help me troubleshoot. They eventually solved the problem, which still did not require me buying a new water heater when, at that point, I could have easily been sold one. Awesome to work with! Even after several mishaps along the way, they were always on time, communicating with us night or day, and doing great work! Their quote was HALF what we were quoted by other companies and they bent over backwards to make everything right, including answering the phone 24/7. Great experience.

Very friendly and professional and are on time but way overpriced in plumbing repairs and sewer line replacement. Had another plumbing company come out and unclog our line and charged us half what fite did and they gave us an estimate for sewer line replacement that was $1,500 cheaper than fites estimate plus they offered us a lifetime warranty where fite only offers 10 year warranty.

After getting estimates from other companies, my wife and I felt fite was taking advantage of us. Sorry but will be going with this other company from now on. One last thing, the technician kyle took our check valve off from underneath the basement shower drain and said that we didnt need that and now when we run our clothes washer the shower fills up with water and leaves particles all over the shower floor. Because we found out from another plumber that the purpose of the check valve is to prevent the washer from back flowing into the shower.

A very good plumbing experience. I generally try to tackle small stuff myself - and generally regret it. I needed a plumber fast and called Fite. They were able to get a guy there in about 90 minutes. Scott was personable, professional, and did the job right and in record time. The price seemed a bit steep for the job, but not terrible. Apparently plumbing is just expensive. I recommend Fite.
