Absolutely unsatisfactory! Mr. Dennis showed up for a ceiling leak. He took the shower head and pointed it so water would spill out all over the floor and said that was my leak. Charged me. And provided a number for someone to cut in the ceiling. He made no attempt to look himself to check the pipes and make sure it was or wasn't plumbing leak. The issue was HVAC leak.
He did no further Investigation. Very lazy. The only professional person in this business is the Secretary. Would not ever recommend to friends or family. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Nothing but good things to say. Mr. Dennis did a splendid job of marketing and installing our new gas fireplace insert. We had shopped the locals for about a year +. Mr. Dennis was recommended by a nearby VA stove retailer who was not licensed to install in my area. I was hesitant because of previous "cloudy" reviews. 3-D did NOT disappoint. They completed the job as promised and in a timely manner.
