Discovered a leak in the water pipe above our water heater at 2am on a Saturday. Called O'Connor and the tech called me back within 10 minutes. He was able to get to us by 3:30am, assessed the situation and also advised that our water heater would need to be replaced. He offered to take care of both replacing the heater (he already had one in his truck!) and replacing the pipe. By 6 am on a Saturday, we had a new, fully functioning water heater. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Horrible. Gave an estimate of $1,500 to replace a drop-in kitchen sink; we already had the sink and faucet. They came up with all sorts of reasons to replace and upgrade every possible thing related to the plumbing we've never had an issue with. Never got the estimate to replace the septic pump after two visits (service charges of course) because they wanted to charge a minimum of $450 to run a camera through the line first, etc. or they couldn't warranty the pump.

Every single faucet/repair they have done, has resulted in leaks, not even a year later. The employees are rude, especially the dispatcher. She has absolutely no organization/priority and will 100% ruin your entire day. We've been forced to continue using this company as it is our landlords preferred service. They are aware she lives in another state, so they perform the bare minimum service to take advantage of her.
When you ask for a call back you wont get it. Today the plumber said he was "running across the street to grab a coffee" and never came back. When I called in to ask what was going on they told me "they were doing their best" doing your best isnt leaving for a coffee, never coming back & not fixing the issue, while i sit & wait for hours with no communication. Riggo should be absolutely disappointed to be affiliated with this company. Update 4/18: Upgrading my review to 3 stars, after Andrew stopped by today to work on a few issues in the house.
His service alone would have been 5 stars with many referral's. He was super knowledgeable, and fixed everything the other plumbers couldn't. He taught me proper care instructions, and educated me on how the systems worked. O'Connor needs more plumbers like him. This is the type of service we used to get from O'Connor. But in recent years, less and less experienced plumbers were sent out. I hope they can find a way to improve communication with their customers.

HUGE thanks to O'Connor and especially Ethan and Clayton, who replaced our toilet, the water heater, and redid the shower all while fielding the questions of my two kids, worked around the curiosity of two cats AND the dog! They were fast and efficient, they were friendly, and now a couple weeks later everything continues to work perfectly!

If you want responsive, timely, professional plumbers, this is the company for you! Ethan and Clayton were professional, timely, and did a super clean install! They were able to solve an issue that I've been dealing with for over a year and had other companies unable to fix. I will 100% be using them for any future issues I have as well as recommending them to anyone I know who is having trouble or wants to upgrade. Best plumbers around!

We had Tyler and Calvin at our home recently to install a water heater. What I like about working with them is that they are not trying to upsell. I appreciated Tyler's honesty and thoroughness in explaining everything wrong with our old water heater. Grateful for him making a return trip to our home to make sure everything was working properly. Look forward to working with Tyler again in the future if a need arises. Thank you!

Scheduled a service to have my cracked sewer drains checked, took a day off and waited all day. Was initially told that someone will show up between 8am to 12pm and was assured that we would be the first call. 11:50 comes around, receive a call saying that the guys might be busy and that they will come between 12pm to 4pm and wait patiently. Comes 3:50pm and I call them and the lady states the guys are still busy and may need to reschedule. Can't handle the work load, please do not waste peoples time, it's just as valuable as yours! Will not recommend this place.

O'Connor plumbing has extremely poor schedulers. I called and asked to set up service for my home. The appointment was scheduled. At the time the appointment was supposed to occur I received a call saying they would not be able to come and the appointment would need to be re-scheduled. I adjusted my work schedule a second time to accommodate the change.
They then asked me if I new where the water shut off to my building was. I said I didn't and could look into it and I could get back to them. That was all they said. The morning of the appointment I called to confirm and let them know that the shut off was not in my condo unit. They told me they would have to again cancel the appointment. I would need to have my management company make the appointment and all charges would go to the management company which could be forwarded to me.
They did not tell me any of this in either of the two conversations before and the women on the phone was not empathic and often spoke over me not allowing me to speak. I don't know how they are once you get them to provide service; however, actually getting them to provide service was not a good indicator.

Tyler was very professional and nice. He is a great plumber that took the time to explain the issue with my sump pump so that I understood how the repair was going to get solved. He did a great job! I would definitely use OConnor again for the customer service, friendly and kind professional and the reliable and fair price. Excellent job!

Multiple very poor interactions with O'Connor. Cody replaced our hot water heater and was professional and punctual. Following that, we called them back to fix a pipe leaking under a bathroom sink and two shower faucets. The pipe leak was seemingly quickly fixed, as was shower #1. We were told they would have to order parts for shower #2, which would take a couple of weeks.
A month after the initial "fixes, " there was a lot of water in the sink cabinet due to continued leaking and the wood had cracked and warped, and shower #1 was leaking again. We had not heard back about the parts on shower #2. A different plumber came back to fix the sink issue, was there 10 minutes and "fixed" it again. Within hours it was leaking.
A third plumber diagnosed incorrect work previously done, repaired it and took photos for an insurance claim. He also took photos of the shower faucets so he could order the correct parts (weeks after we raised the issue). I followed up twice with the office on the insurance claim and never heard back. Four weeks after the shower parts were supposed to be ordered, the plumber called to say that he had finally connected with the distributor and the parts would be in after two weeks, and they would then call to schedule the repair. That was six weeks ago, and we never heard from them again. Absolutely abominable customer service and workmanship - I am surprised they have any repeat customers.

Ridiculous high price! We had a slow drained kitchen sink. Called this company on Wednesday and got an appointment on Friday. Asked for $450 for unclogging the drain saying it would take more than 1h. The actual working time to unclog the drain was 15min since we had a very easy access drain. Total time from beginning to ending was around 30min. But we were still charged $450.
If you don't care about the money, go ahead and use them. I called another company and was told the first 30min is $180, and any additional 30min is $120. That's the reasonable price. We regret we should wait one more day for that company.

Matt and Damian helped me by installing a whole home water filter system. They were friendly and extremely professional. Brenda was friendly and helpful on the phone. Matt demonstrated great knowledge of available systems, and was patient and responsive through correspondence while I shopped for the right product. They communicated effectively and often, and showed genuine respect for me and my home.
When they encountered setbacks, they went the extra mile to ensure I was left with the best product and experience. We are extremely happy with not only the fresh water, but the quality of the installation. I absolutely recommend O'Connor Plumbing.

Stephen Parker was a top notch plumber. Not only did he answer all my questions and replaced my water heater in no time, he was a genuine and down to earth kind of guy. He figured out that my old water heater wasn't install right and took his time to explain what and how each components work. Best part of this experience was the fact that he made one trip and took care of both removal and install of new water heater. O'Connor plumbing may not be the cheapest $$$ but certainly the best plumbing experience I've ever had. Highly recommend both O'Connor plumbing and Stephen Parker to water heater needs. And kudos to staff members who arranged my appointment in such short notice. You guys rock!

O'Connor Residential Plumbing is the best! Everyone is so professional, thoughtful and thorough. I received several reminders about our upcoming appointment and a phone call when Matt was 25 minutes away. He kept me apprised of his progress and was able to fix our leak very quickly. We are very pleased with O'Connor Plumbing and highly recommend them. Five Stars!

I had a leak in a pipe coming from my holding tank. Its about 3 foot section of PVC pipe. I recieved a estimate from the Tech of $$$650.00 to replace the pipe. I also called and got estimates from 3 other local Plumbing companies in my area. O'Connors was 260% higher than any other estimate. The Tech then tried to up sell me to replace my Hot water tank.
My hot water tank had nothing to do with my pipe that needed fixed. He said if I would he could make the pipe repair cheaper. Sent a email to company with no response. On top of all that they charge a 44.00 service fee just for showing up. The other 3 companies did not. Very disappointing.

O'Connor Plumbing replaced a gas water heater for me. They provided a free in house estimate and gave other ideas of what to fix/replace. Their quote was in the middle of the road and their availability to replace the water heater was pretty fast. Both plumbers were extremely friendly and seem to have done a good job. They replaced some shutoff valves during their job as well.

I really want to thank the folks at O'connor plumbing. Both Evelyn and George were so wonderful and helpful when my bathroom renovation was ongoing at the start of covid19. It was crazy and hectic due to the timeline of events, but both of them were responsive and helpful. The work George did was fantastic. I'm really impressed with the quality of work he did.
He was responsive, on time EVERY time, and just a really friendly, funny guy. I hope to god I never ever have to renovate a bathroom again anytime soon (especially when you live in a 1 bed 1 bath), but if I do, I'd call them back in a heartbeat. They were fast, efficient, and friendly, and made it at least disruptive as they could. I really want to thank them for everything.

We needed emergency repair for the pipe under kitchen sink and our regular plumber wasn't available this time so we called O'connor. The technician was very professional, responsive and did a great job with the repair. However, the price they charged us is very high compared to the work that was done. If you have time and can wait for the repair, we would recommend you to search for other companies that charge a more reasonable pricing.

The Technician was awesome. Very professional. Then we paid the bill, which was TWICE what I was expecting. I paid the bill like good customers do, and didn't argue the cost. But I wanted to know what the breakdown was - how much for parts, and how much for labor. I asked the Technician, and he told me he didn't know. He gets the amount due from the business office.
So we called the business office. I asked what was the labor charge, and what was the parts. The office couldn't tell us either. "We don't do business that way", I was told. Electricians "do business that way". So do locksmiths. So do auto repair shops, roofers, landscape companies, and all the other plumbers I have dealt with prior to today.
So HOW, exactly, do they do their billing? Well, since they don't price out labor and parts, apparently the bill is computed by the day of the week. Maybe the ambient temperature. An analysis of somebody's horoscope. What they had for dinner last night. Or by some TOTALLY irrelevant measure. Who can say? Maybe it's completely random.
Maybe they use Tarot Cards, bones, or voices that come to them from the woods on a misty morning. Again, the Technician did a great job. But if you don't want to pay an arbitrary price, look somewhere else first. Dollars to donuts you will pay FAR less ANYwhere else. And you will be dealing with a company that still values honesty and integrity.

This Is A True Example Of A Community driven Company that I ever encountered. My home was flooded during the storms of May. It's continued to flood since the rains. Bobby from O'Connell Plumbing came to my home, told me that everything was going to be fine he was going to make sure of it. This company has taken on a huge project and my home, replacing my whole sump pump System including the piping. This amazing company is donating their work to me. I'm completely overwhelmed and extremely grateful. I don't believe anyone could go wrong choosing this company.

We had a big clog that turned into a bigger mess in our home and called O'Connor out to take care of it. I have to say, I didn't know what to expect from this mess. They arrived timely and communicated every step of the way. They not only took care of the clog but helped me figure out how to ensure it didn't happen again. I'm glad that they went above and beyond instead of leaving it the way it was which would have resulted in the same issue occurring again.
They recommended Labor4orce Property Services to come and do the deep clean of my carpets and dry out the water that was left behind. I was so happy that they were able to help me not only resolve the clog but recommend a great company that like them, takes care of the customers. It's now better than it was before the mess. Thanks again!

Call them if you want to pay them 2X Called them when my water heater broke. They wanted $144 for an estimate - which is almost twice of what other plumbers charge. Their estimate also was 2X. Wanted me to pay almost $1000 for a regulator valve change. I got another reputable certified plumber to do the same for 1/2 their estimate.

Our pipes burst in the extreme cold so we called these guys. They came quickly during the holiday and were friendly; however, they were sloppy. They took our radiators out, replaced the broken pipes and didn't bother putting them back. Screws and paint chips were left lying around. Not only that but the job wasn't completed. They didn't stay to make sure the house was heated thoroughly and there were no more broken pipes.
As a result, we had to call the HVAC guy who just said that the pipes needed to be thawed by a space heater or a special machine the plumbers (!) had. With this, a space heater was placed in a cold room and sure enough, three more pipes leaked. We called these guys again to replace the pipes. In the process, they butchered our radiators and didn't bother cleaning up their mess.
The worst part is, being deaf, the plumber used his phone to communicate with me and accidentally revealed a conversation between him and another co-worker(?): "I hope this lady is out of our location and is on well water. That is good money right there." My husband told the plumber off, who was stammering and apologizing and came back to clean up his mess.
He explained that he "forgot!" And that he wasn't talking about us. By then, the damage was done. Like the other reviewer mentioned, they are overpriced, didn't do a thorough job, and are obviously dishonest. Needless to say, we will not use O'Connor again.

3 Day Holiday Weekend massive pipe damage from the cold weather and these guys were at our home within 45 minutes from the call. Friday at 7:00 pm on a Holiday weekend, and we were not gouged with pricing. Actually, from the start, a LIVE person answered helped us and said the plumber would call within 30 minutes, it only took 12 minutes for him to call. Fred was the plumber that showed up and he was kind, professional, very precise on everything that needed to be done.
We called 6 other Plumbers that are 24 hours on call emergency and no one could assist for almost 3 to 5 day! We had a massive water problem with the temperature being 9 degrees. ALL I HAVE TO SAY, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND I WILL RECOMMEND. Thank you to your Company for delivering when no one else could and price was very fair.

I've experienced better service for much cheaper. I will admit, the two gentlemen that came and assisted were very friendly, however the fact they charged the customer for their travel time and overtime cost seemed pretty unreasonable when they did not show up within their time frame and did not call ahead of time to notify me about the delay or that they would charge me for overtime. Also, they didn't fix the problem and still charged upward of $400. Wouldn't recommend based on what I experienced.

After 2 months and a couple unsuccessful attempts to fix my slowly draining tub, I decided to call in the pros. I was able to get a same day appointment with a 2-4 pm arrival window. The office called me, within said window, to tell me the plumbers would be running an hour late and wouldn't make it until 5 pm. They offered to come at the later time or reschedule for the next morning.
Since I was tired of the dirty water accumulating around my feet as I showered, I opted to wait the hour. They called when they arrived at 4:55 pm and were super nice and friendly once inside. I stood in my small bathroom with them to see what they were doing. If they minded, they didn't let on in any way. They snaked my drain, cleaned up, and were out in no time.
Other than the fuse blowing from the electric snake (bc my condo has the original 1940s wiring) everything was great, even the price ($202). My tub drains like a pro and my feet are clean!
