Mattucci Plumbing

I have used Mattucci Plumbing numerous times in the past (I live in a 1978 townhouse where there is always something leaking or clogging), and had another really positive experience yesterday. Luis in the office was very accommodating in getting me a quick appointment, and sent Morgan to unclog a bathroom drain. Morgan was respectful, polite, neat, and did a great job in troubleshooting the situation.

He explained everything as he went and finished the job efficiently and in a timely manner. Just an all around nice guy. I will no doubt need a plumber again in the near future with this old house, and I will immediately call Mattucci!

I placed a frantic phone call very early on Sunday morning and I got a live person on the line! Anna was very accommodating and reassuring that my plumbing emergency (cracked sewer line causing an SCE pole to dangerously lean) could very likely be handled immediately. Within minutes Enzo called and reviewed the scope of my emergency and outlined a plan to get the work done asap.

Within the next hour I had an estimate in my email and I had constant proactive communication throughout the process. My tenants were impressed with Enzo and Olsi's superior knowledge, pleasantness and professionalism. Mattucci is locked in my phone and will forever be my go to plumbing company!

Recently we had a problem with our kitchen sink. Mattucci sent one of their plumbers named Tyler. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. He did notice an additional problem and explained that it was not an immediate issue that would need to be fixed. But we asked for a estimate. Ultimately, Tyler came out and fixed the additional issues we had.

My wife committed that each time he came he left our kitchen cleaner than it was. He was very polite and always smiling. There was never a time that he was just sitting around he finished the work in a timely manner. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I'm buying a house in Redondo Beach and needed a second opinion regarding some plumbing issues that were called out by the general inspection. As I have not bought the house yet, I'm not trying to fix anything. I just want to know what is involved in fixing assorted issues down the road. Not knowing anyone in the area, I turned to Yelp and thought I'd give Mattucci Plumbing a shot.

Keep in mind, any plumbing business can send a plumber out to give an opinion. Since that plumber is not actually fixing anything, you may not know until you actually go to fix it if they were wrong. Anyway, Mario was who they sent out and he was great. He was kind of, "Hey, let's go throw a pressure gauge on the hose bib" and "Let's go lay eyes on the tankless water heater".

The attitude was great, my confidence in his opinion was high. He was THINKING and MAKING SUGGESTIONS instead of just sort of wondering how little work he can do to move on to the next call. When I buy this house, Matucci is who I will be calling.

Had a storm drain issue and dealt with Enzo. He's a professional. so responsive, knowledgeable and great person to work with. New trucks and state of the art tools, technology and sewer cameras.

This is my 3rd time using Mattucci. The first two times were scheduled upgrades. This time was urgent. I called early in the am and they were there within an hour. Knowledgeable and respectful plumbers.

Kudos to Mattucci Plumbing's Jesse & Jose Alphonso who worked tirelessly on our home's plumbing. Both young men were on time and immediately addressed our challenges. We highly recommend Mattucci for a thorough and comprehensive resolution of plumbing problems.

Matt Lucas and Perry Carter did a fantastic job with my dishwasher that wasn't drawing correctly. I recommend them highly- on time, efficient, and courteous customer service.

I just had Jessie here from Matucci. He went above and beyond to take care of a leaky faucet. He was extremely personable and very comfortable to talk with. He explained the issue in great detail and even had me watch how to fix it along with great maintenance advice. I highly recommend Matucci plumbing - best in the South Bay! Ask for Jessie - he's super efficient and onows his stuff!

Matt and Canyon have been to my home several times. They are honest about the scope of the work and potential problems. The company provides written quotes which are sent with in a 48 hour window after the team has inspected the situation. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism when working on my outside water spigot, to changing the faucets on my pedestal sinks, to fixing the plumbing for my new washer and dryer. I would trust them with any plumbing situation. There work was clean and efficient. I highly recommend Matt and the Mattucci team.

We had a major water leak outside and it became apparent when we got our water bill! We called Mattucci and they sent a wonderful hard working young man, Tyler Faustini! He did a super job and finished the huge job in a days time! I will use Mattucci again and definitely request Tyler!

Their work on-site is quality but expensive. They have 5 pages of legalese along with their written estimates which made us a lille wary. The job isn't completed yet, so this review is tentative.

Best costumer service you can find in the southbay. Their response time was 30 min. Tech Jessy Sanchez works clean and is very organized. He was very cordial and professional. And the best part was he got the job done!

Eric showed up and was courteous and professional. Resolved our issue quickly. The best service from a plumbing company that I've had and I would recommend him.

Mattucci Plumbing is awesome! Their prices are reasonable, they are on time, knowledgeable, very friendly, and always eager to help and get the job done right. I highly recommend them. Every plumber they send out is excellent and goes above and beyond to make sure your job is taken care of correctly, quickly, and at a fair price!

Came home after four months and turned on water and we had a leak in the bathroom that dropped down the ceiling. Of course it was a Saturday night of a Presidents Day. They came out on Sunday fixed it and it was a very reasonable price.

I would like to say this company is well managed. I had to contact them after one of their plumber came to my townhouse. Long story short, he didn't provide the best service and they recognized it. I feel confident to give them now another shot next time I need a plumber. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Beware! Avoid this plumbing company unless you like miscommunications, unresponsiveness, super superior attitudes at the office level and sky high prices. On the positive side the reps who came to our house, Andres and Julian, were very nice. That's the extent of the "nice" in my experience with Mattucci. Andres surveyed our issue and we agreed on a solution and how to repair and reroute a pipe.

I was told they would either call with an estimate that night or email it to me the next day. Long story short, I finally got the estimate one week later and only after several calls on my part and being berated for not paying an "open invoice" which by the way I had never received. They finally send the phantom invoice for $250 via email and I was told ".they expected payment by the end of the day" so I called, paid via credit card and waited for the estimate to be emailed.

Still no estimate. The last call I made was from out of the country and luckily the operations manager answered the phone and he pulled up the estimate and emailed it right away. It had been sitting on their system and they obviously just wanted my $250 and were holding the estimate. Their estimate was over $4,500 higher than the other estimate I received. The plumber I chose has sterling referrals from people I trust.

Been using Mattucci for years. Morgan was out recently to deal with major issue. He is the epitome of professional and helpful.thanks Morgan!

Listen they have unfair practices and they switch prices from day to day. I called for a camera inspection and spoke to Marcos he stated the cost was $250. I called the next day to schedule and the guy says its $300 or $350 if you want a copy of the video. What? I explained that I was quoted a hundred dollars less just 24 hours ago. The guy stated sorry he gave you the wrong price on your previous call.

Now imagine they start a job im sure the price will jump all over the place. Run. If they do things like this its a tell tell that they pull s*** out of you know where. Literally.

I believe Amanda was the dispatcher I believe who gave us good tips on what to ask about the sewage line and Rick I believe was the young man who came out to let me see the camera footage as they did the camera drop.

Extremely happy with the team at Mattucci. I needed to find someone to do my annual tankless water heater service. I checked reviews on all the relevant sites and decided to try Mattucci. They did a fabulous job. About a month later, I suspected that I had a pin hole leak in one of my pipes. Mattucci got me into the schedule (even though it was right before Christmas) and got the job done.

I tend to be skeptical whenever getting home or car repairs done, but I feel like this business has been extremely honest and trustworthy. I am so relieved to have found them.

Mattucci has done multiple jobs (water main replacement, sump pump replacement) and both jobs were done perfectly and timely. A special shoutout to Morgan who was awesome, even following up well after the job was complete to make sure everything was still working correctly!

We have had a recurring water leak in our house. It happens about once a year, and has done so for more than 5 years. We had been working with different plumbers, and they never figured out the source of the problem. Then we hired Morgan with Matucci -- In one day, he was smart enough to figure out where the problem was and fix it. This was done quickly, easily, and with minimal damage to the walls. What a tremendous relief! We will be calling Morgan from now on. He is intelligent, kind and courteous, communicates well, and is on time.

Excellent work, honest and quick! One man job replaced some sewer lines. Replaced with some ABS and kept me informed the whole time.

Victor and the rest of the crew were very efficient and so was able to do the job as scheduled. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Highly impressed. Late in the day of a holiday weekend, Anna of Mattucci Plumbing went above and beyond to get a plumber to my Mom's house after another company strung her along. Mattucci Plumbing kept in touch and sent a very courteous plumber named Joseph to fix the problem. I am very thankful and relieved that my Mom now has hot water. Thank you!

Disappointing service. Called in for a simple problem with our toilet. They just couldn't get it done.

MORGAN WAS AMAZING. First of all, Mattucci was quick to respond and send Morgan out for a quote. Morgan gave me a very reasonable quote of $1,400 to purchase a new unit, replace and remove my old electric water heater. After I accepted the terms, Morgan came out THE SAME DAY to complete the work and finished in an hour or so. I can't say how amazing this experience was. I'll definitely recommend Matucci to friends & family.

I called to get an estimate to install a new hands-free faucet in our bathroom, as the old one was leaking at the mixer valve. An appointment for inspection was made with only a minor hiccup to follow up on the text information I sent. After follow up, the appointment was made for the following day. Jacob, a very personable fellow, arrived on time, and with mask and booties.

I showed him the sink, he examined the set-up, and gave me a reasonable estimate; I agreed, he left to get a part he might need, and quickly returned. Jacob completed the work efficiently and gave clear explanations of the required work. I paid by check, and received a requested email receipt. The sink works fine, no leaks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Jacob, and Mattucci Plumbing.

They were prompt in coming out for an estimate, the technician did a pretty thorough assessment of the issue and the cost of the work. Absolutely satisfied with the speed and accuracy of their estimate, but I had 2 other plumbing services come out and do the same estimate and Mattucci was well over 20% higher than the other companies. I have no doubt they will get the job done well, but just know they came in significantly higher in cost than other companies.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I called another plumbing company and schedule an appointment for the next day only to be told the following day that I did not. I actually called the twice about the appointment so I was baffled as to why and did not get a real answer. It was great to work with the team from Mattucci Plumbing they had someone (Mario) come out within an hour and solved my clogged sink problem in no time.

I am very happy with the great service they provided especially after having a negative experience with the other company who I had to wait a day for no one to show up. Great Job, I recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing problems going forward.

Andres came to my house early and got to work right away on my requests. He explained what he thought might be causing the problems and the steps he was taking to fix them. Some of the issues were so simple but he didn't make me feel bad about not being able to fix them. Really great guy. Highly recommend this company.

We just had our water heater replaced. They did an excellent job. The price was excellent. The quality of work was excellent. Will recommend.

Met with someone to get an estimate on Friday. He said to expect the cost to be around $3-4k depending on what style waterless tank heater I wanted (with a pump or without) and that I should expect a formal quote by end of day. Did not receive the formal quote on Friday. Called Saturday and was told I should receive the formal quote within 1-2 hours.

Never received it. Called Monday and they still didn't have it ready and couldn't even tell me what type of waterless tank heaters they would use so I could inform my electrician. Tuesday: received a quote for $5,500. We have received other quotes from reputable companies that range from $2,500-3,000. Matucci does not provide competitive pricing nor does their professionalism exceed my expectations.

These guys are really good, and that statement says a lot, as I've never really had a plumber (or any kind of home fixer) that I would go on Yelp and write a review about. In the last year or so, they have replaced my garbage disposal (twice) unclogged a dishwasher line and replaced a faucet in a bathtub. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, who was nice and super helpful in fixing the drainage from my dishwasher, even though it looks like it was my fault the drain was clogged in the first place.

Not only did Brandon not make me feel like an idiot, he gave me some tips to avoid future issues without feeling like he was talking down or patronizing me. He's a good dude who I'd welcome into my home again. High marks for the entire Mattucci team, and I would call them with high confidence that they'll work without you and get your problem solved right.

Fantastic company! Great employees, from dispatcher to urgent service on a Sunday, Mother's Day! Thank you guys you did a great job identifying the problem and making the right diagnosis and recommendations.

Mattucci Plumbing was excellent to work with! They responded quickly, gave a good quote, and provided great communication. The staff was wonderful to work with, and their work processes included updated technology - i.e., alerting the customer with a notice when the technician would arrive and a picture of the technician, invoice delivery and payment in full. I highly recommend them. I wish there were more locations for my other home in San Diego.

So. While doing the Laundry I hear "Gurgling " coming from the bathroom. both Toilet and tub starting to overflow! Called the first (not Mattucci ) Plumber -after an hour of "Snaking" he walks out saying "I can't do it!" Next we called "MATTUCCI PLUMBING " WOW What a difference from the start! Mattucci sent me a Text with a Photo of "BRANDON" Mind you it's 4:35pm and Brandon's arriving between 5-6PM (What? That's freakin AMAZING!) Before I can unleash my crazy barking "Yorkie" What do you know. Brandon's pulling up to the Driveway right at 5PM! Brandon is the Nicest, Cleanest, Most Professional, Easy Going.

Even Lily likes him "Plumber" I've EVER SEEN. Seriously; if my daughter wasn't engaged! Brandon is quiet but quick and knows what he's doing He figured out why the first plumber failed and is right now fixing our PLUMBING PROBLEMS! Mattucci Plumbing provides quality service. The plumber, Jose, arrived within one hour after I called. He was courteous and friendly. I had a leak in the joint of the pipe coming into my condo unit. It was major work. However, the cost was way less than I expected. I found my new plumber.

I highly recommend Mattucci Plumbing for every plumbing need! We had a pipe burst in our home and Mattucci responded promptly with a great team; Matt and Canyon. They worked efficiently, were very conscious to clean up as they worked and were respectful to us and our property. We couldn't be more pleased. Donald was the technician that came out and assessed the problems with my current hot water heater and suggested I replace it. He gave me all the info I needed and was straight to the point on what I needed done and how much it would cost. I ended up having him replace it and he did a great job installing the new one for me. I've used Mattucci in the past and have never been let down. Looking forward to using them for my future plumbing needs.
