There are 2 important things you should know about TV Plumbing. First, that the owner Paul is an absolute master of his craft. He is knows as the plumber's plumber and is the go-to for many other plumbing and sewer companies when they run into difficult or complicated plumbing or sewer problems. 2nd, that the owner runs his business with honesty and integrity and will only perform work of the highest quality standards. If you require the best and want the straight scoop on your plumbing or sewer issues, call TV Plumbing.

Applied for a job and was told that I was pricing myself out of the market because California is so expensive. Then was insulted by being told I chose to move here when I did not. Circumstances beyond my control got me stuck here and so I am here for a year at minimum. He wants cheap labor, so cheap, that the individual would need to be on food stamps and live in their car or with their mommy and daddy.
Do you really want that kind of business doing work in your home? Where they employ people at such low wages that they become homeless? I'd call the UA pipefitters and HVAC techs to get a real plumber.

Paul is great! I was in escrow to buy a house and needed an estimate on a sewer line repair. I only had a few days to respond to the seller, so I needed someone who could get me a quote quickly. Paul drove out to the house and wrote up a quote for me the next day. His quote was very reasonable and detailed. He answered all my questions and gave some helpful advice. Thanks Paul!

It is a wonderful experience to discover a plumber who is very knowledgable in his field.reasonable in his pricing.and honest to a fault about just 'what' is truly needed to fix the problem. However, to meet a humanitarian as well.is just beyond amazing! Paul put himself out to take care of my plumbing problem in the same day that I contacted him, as his technicians were tied up with other jobs, even though he was in a city far from my own at the time.
It is a very rare occurrence when someone in any type of service business, actually considers their customers' needs are of such importance that they are willing to put themselves out. I cannot believe how kind he was in addition to how professional his capabilities. What a terrific combination! If I could give him more than the allowed five starts. I definitely would!

I had Paul clean my sewer pipes while I was on vacation. When I arrived back home the kitchen sink was running full blast for 5 days. I spoke with my neighbor who is the only one that has the access code. After the work was completed, she let Paul in to do a final check. She never went inside. I emailed Paul what happened and his last response was: Ok FYI I was the person she let in.
I turned off the kitchen sink as well as the shower when she & I left the house. Again this was in the beginning of the job I do not understand how 2 people at the same time have such a different view but. Perhaps if you have work done in your home again you should be onsite to eliminate any potential misunderstandings that arise. Again sorry, best to you Pretty defensive if you ask me. g

After smelling gas outside in the front of our home in Westchester in late September we called the Gas Company. When the SCG Co. the gas man arrived he stated that he could not pick up a reading from the meter at the curb or the front porch, but the odor was strong at times, we all smelled it. There was a breeze that night which might have affected the reading, I was told.
When he left he said to monitor the gas bill for an increase in usage, I had a fit! We were having our master bath remodeled so I had been holding back on fixing a sprinkler valve and I was told our gate valve was starting to leak as well, per our tile guy who was working on our master bath. I now had a true emergency and the urgency to find a plumber was intense to say the least.
I called 3 plumbers and only one made a valiant effort to get to my home the next morning to ease my nerves. TV Plumbing was great and responsive as you could be. Paul and his assistant showed first thing 8:00 AM sharp! and were able to locate the leak, it was coming from under the house by the front porch we were told. We were given two options and Paul explained everything so well.
They could fix the leak but the existing pipe was old and not to spec. There had been a remodel or two since 1950, and the diameter of the pipe seemed to be undersized for the additions, and for our newer appliances including, the natural gas BBQ that we use almost daily. Since we were in the process of slowly upgrading our home room by room it was only common sense to have the gas line replaced from the meter throughout and increase the diameter of the new pipe, so not to starve our appliances for fuel.
The permit, trenching, and replacement line all completed in 3.5 day's with our sprinkler valve and gate valve completed as well. There was minimal interruption and I was amazed at the completion time, final inspection included. I would recommend TV Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future as necessary.

I have used TV Plumbing exclusively for the past 20 years. I have never had a problem that TV could not handle in a timely fashion. They also stand behind their work. As far as pricing goes, you get what you pay for. You can find cheaper plumbers out there, but I found out the hard way that cheaper is not always better. In fact, cheaper some times turns out to cost a lot more, as it has to be fixed more than once. I will never make that mistake again. Get your plumbing problem fixed right the first time. Go with a professional plumber, not someone learning the trade on your dime.

My experience with TV Plumbing was a pleasant one. From the sweet lady in the office to the professional technician they sent to my house. They gave me a variety of options to help get my problem fixed for the amount of money I could afford. I would recommend them to my family and I would use them again.

Great customer service. But beware! Extremely expensive! Needed a U-trap pipe replaced on a small bathroom sink. They said there was an $89 service fee, that would be applied to the repair price. Well, what they don't tell you is that the labor and parts are ridiculously expensive. To replace a small U-pipe ended up costing me $650.00! What a rip off.
The parts at Home Depot probably would have been no more than $50. Could have bought a whole new sink for that price. Stay away from this company unless you have tons of money to give to them.
