Make sure you ask the price for the "visit" before they come. I had a leakage in my shower and they came to fix it but after more than 1 hour to find out the problem they said to call another contractor to repair it and charged me $300 dol for the visit. I am very very frustrated that I spent $300 dol and still have the problem. I have used them in the past and was happy, now they lost a client. Not recommending this company!

BUYER BEWARE! I called them to fix a leakage and I've shown where the leakage was. The guy spends 2 hours doing testing just to realize the leakage was exactly where I said but he doesn't do that kind of job and I got a $300 invoice for nothing and a leakage not fixed! What kind of service is that? If you call them make sure you ask them in advance what they can do or not do, otherwise you gonna get a nice invoice (nice for them only of course!) and problem not solved! We have used Kyle for many years. Luckily we hadn't had the need for a while, but still continued to recommend in FB groups. Well, yesterday we NEEDED Kyle and they were as fabulous as always. Kadeem was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Indira sent someone out sane day, which was key. They don't charge any juice on product so they're extremely fair priced They even have a program after 4 visits you get $50 Off the 5th call.

The worst most unethical out there. Told me my charge was $385 all in with a one time $25 discount for a first time customer. Can out and the next thing I knew they charged my credit card $559. Overcharged. Thrives. Still haven't even provided me with results of scope. Serious bait and switch. Stay away. Reported to the BBB. And cancelled my card so they don't try to charge me more.

Called their after hours number at 11:28 PM with a bit of an emergency. Was told I would receive a call back "soon" and I did. at 9:06 AM the next morning. Another plumber, Roto-Rooter, had someone out there that night (about an hour after I called), put a bandaid on the situation so we could deal with it the next day, and didn't even charge me for coming out that night.
I know who my first call will be next time I have a plumbing issue, and it definitely won't be to Kyle Plumbing. EDIT (after response from business owner) -- Changed time of my call to Kyle and my only call back from Kyle to reflect the exact times. Also attached screenshot of my call log showing the exact times and that there was never any call received from Kyle at or near either of the times the company's owner claims.

From beginning to end, the team at Kyle Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The quote they gave us to replace a hot water heater was within the range our home inspector told us we would spend. They explained every step and patiently answered our questions. The day of installation went smoothly as they did a lot of prep before the day of installation. Top notch all the way.

I discovered a small leak at the base of the toilet and called mid-day on Monday to get an appointment. Indira took my call, understood my issue and the urgency and was able to get a technician to my home quickly. Kadeem did an excellent job, he was professional, he followed appropriate safety protocols including wearing a mask. He explained what needed to be done and performed the repair quickly. Over all a great experience. I would highly recommend Kadeem and Kyle Plumbing.

Used to be an alright plumbing company. Now, not so great. Plumber left with a handle to my shower to get a part and never returned, two months ago. I've been calling for a month on a weekly basis to be told I would get a call back. Never happened. This company is going downhill real fast. Find another company. If you do call them anyway, you'll be waiting a looooong time for the plumber. Sometimes a few days. I don't think anyone wants to be treated like that.

I called them out for a leak under our kitchen sink and bathroom sink. When they got there they said we needed a new garbage disposal which would be 300.00 for the unit alone. Then there would be 2 service calls for the same day visit. When I asked why they said it was 2 different issues. Ridiculous. I don't came the plumber who came to the house I blame the owner of the company. I have never heard of 2 calls for one visit. A true scam.

I would have given them five stars but I just looked at my invoice. I had the pipes in my house scope because it's an old house and I plan on have some work done. I was quoted $375.00 for up to 2 hours which is totally reasonable. I just looked at my emailed invoice and it's $384.00. I called and was told it was some truck service fee that was never mentioned. Granted it's not a huge amount of money but that's not the point.

We have used Kyle plumbing for 25 + years and the downward trend in customer service is sadly evident. Replaced a shower cartridge on the on/ off handle and evidently they put it in backwards. turn on cold water it comes out hot and vice versa. three times they were no shows to come back and do the job right. I guess someone scalding themselves inadvertently is not a concern for them.
You would think shoddy work would get a priority call first thing. not these people. it's the season and there's no money in follow up calls I guess. Sad case of a company losing its mojo.

I called Kyle about fixing a leaking water heater on Friday. I wanted to go tankless. They were fast to squeeze me in with on Monday late after noon and said they would install all but breakers for new tankless. Well the installed new waterless box. It was not even close to level, they didn't install new shutoff valves, old valve now leaking and no wiring was done at all.
I call them the next day and never received a call back. Cost me $1400 to have someone else come back and fix the issue. Prior to this I had used Kyle for the last 10 years I was very disappointed

This company is great. I called at 5pm and was able to get a 7am appt the next morning for a leaky toilet. Although the plumber showed up a few minutes late, he was able to fix the toilet within 45 minutes. He was polite and professional and I was able to get $25 off my invoice because I was a first time customer. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing

I would not recommend this company. We had two stopped up showers and while the plumber was there, he acknowledged he could not get through one of the shower drain's traps. He instead used a vacuum and plunger which didn't seem to me like it would work, but it seemed to drain fine while he was there. We then went out of town for an extended time and once we returned, I noticed immediately that the shower is NOT draining and I'm back to nearly the same level of problem as before.
I called today to ask the company what they could do and they said "nothing" since it was draining while the plumber was working on it and I didn't report the problem in 30 days. The office person didn't want to take into account the fact that we were not home and using the shower so how could we know it wasn't draining? I will be calling a different plumber today and reading Yelp reviews carefully before selecting another.

Stay AWAYYYY, Have a condo in Boca, the bldg made a deal with them to replace the old hot water tanks, (20 gallons small tanks), they charged top dollar to do it. In the process, they cracked 3 tiles on the floor. My tenant sent the pictures the same day. Two weeks later, Kirk the owner of Kyle calls me and tells me that he went and knocked on the tiles and the broken ones were a little hollow and cannot guarantee the damage.
Keep in mind that these tiles were installed 7 years ago by a certified company and approved by the building. A 20 gallon tank, even filled, will weigh less than the average man walking on these tiles. Just a cheap way to get out of repairing the damage they caused. If I had seen their reviews before, I would have hired another company. Stay Awayyyyy.

Went to Yelp (who else!) and the Better Business Bureau to find a plumber to install a garbage disposal. Kyle got good reviews and I made an appointment for a 10-12noon timeframe. In addition to the garbage disposal I wanted a toilet seat installed as I could not get the old one off and 2 shower heads replaced. Received a call on the morning of the appointment and was asked if they can come earlier, my response: OF COURSE! Andrew did a great job on all as well as me asking a few questions plumbing related questions. Definitely would recommend them.

If you need a reliable plumbing company, we used Kyle Plumbing in Deerfield Beach, FL. They came out right away when we had an emergency. The plumber was very pleasant to deal with. Kyle Plumbing has completed many jobs for our home and business (Broward A&C Medical) over several years. From the people that answer the phone, to the plumbers who show up to your home. Very professional.

Kyle plumbing is incompetent and deserves NO Stars. After sending pictures of the kitchen sink (top & bottom) they arrived several days later with the promise from the company that no preliminary review of the job was required. After 2 hours my sink was gone and so was the plumber. They demanded a check for over $300 from my daughter and informed her that they cannot fit the new sink and I need to find another plumber.
Their office was called only to be told that they have no one available to help us. It took over one week to schedule a new plumber and my cost exceeded $1,000.00 due to the Christmas Holidays. What type of company leaves a customer with a hole in place of a functioning kitchen sink, and then charges for their incompetence and your inconvenience. I will never recommend this company and suggest everyone to reconsider using Kyle Plumbing unless you enjoy aggravation and being charged for incompetent work.
I placed a stop payment on the check and I have not received any correspondence to date. So far, that is the only redeeming quality of Kyle Plumbing. They knew they were wrong. I will keep everyone updated if things change.

Wouldn't use or recommend. I selected this plumber due to a high rating on Angie's List. I waited four days for an appointment to fix a slow drip pipe leak. I was told their policy is they needed a check upon completion of the visit. I specifically left a check with my housekeeper given my schedule would not enable my presence. When I returned home I found the leak wasn't fixed, the tech had left and no invoice or request for payment was made.
My housekeeper informed me they would have to order parts. The next day I received a call requesting payment via credit card. I advised in order to render payment I would need an invoice. I requested they email one and conveyed I would have the check sent out upon receipt. I was then told they would not accept my check and needed a credit card because they weren't paid at the time of the visit.
I conveyed that I had specifically left a check for them, their tech didn't ask for it nor did he present an invoice. I conveyed that it wasn't convenient for me to provide them a credit card at the moment. I was then asked if I would call back with the credit card. They were told that wasn't convenient and the check would be sent upon receipt of the invoice.
I was then placed on hold only to have to again explain to someone entirely different that I had specifically left a check for them and given they didn't request payment or provide an invoice the check would be mailed upon receipt of the requested invoice. I was again told they would not accept my check and needed a credit card because they have had people that didn't send checks in the past.
I asked what the cost was to actually fix the leak and was told she didn't know. I've had many plumbers do work in my homes over the years. I have never run into one that took the position they would only accept a credit card for payment when their policy is to pick up a check at the time of service. Especially when they themselves failed to present an invoice or request payment. Had I not made the effort to insure the check was available for them their position might be more understandable.
The call concluded with my advising them they aren't getting my credit card, I won't be using them again and I'll send a check upon receipt of the invoice. I was then asked if I would send a check. When I received the invoice of $99.00 it was for little more than what they had been told before they even came out "Called out for leak coming from one of the connections". Does this sound like an acceptable customer experience?

Very pleased with the entire experience! I called on Tuesday morning and they were able to get me scheduled the following day. Just as promised, I received a phone call when the technician was on his way. Moses was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the vanity at my salon. The entire process took less than an hour and the bathroom area was left clean, exactly the way he found it! Loved the goody bag too! Will definitely use Kyle Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

Great service. I had a back in my main line on New Year's Eve and they were more then happy to come out and fix it. Turns out I had roots in the line and Andrew was able to temporarily fix the system. I did follow up with a camera inspection. It was an easy process and efficient. Im in the process of working with my HOA and I spoke to Bob at Kyle and he was very accommodating in case the HOA had additional questions. He even offered to come out and show them where the line is blocked. Great company - so glad I found my new plumbing company.

I used Kyle Plumbing since they were recommended by a co worker. When I booked my appt with Nancy she was very nice on the phone and I was able to get appointment quickly. However, the plumber showed up over an hour late. Was having a hard time fixing what needed to be done and was just akward. To make a long story short, I WON'T be using them again since not only was I overcharged $127 for a $30 part but they attempted to overcharge for the labor!
I had to speak with the manager to express my concerns. She told me they've been in business for over 30 years?! I don't know how when you try to take advantage of people. That is not how you build business. If you use them, make sure you take note of their time and ask how much. Very disappointed.
