They did an awesome job. Excellent service, professional everything, from the initial estimate stage to prepping the job, fixing the problem, and the final paperwork. A clean job, no mess was left, even with having to cut through concrete in our backroom wall. Michael was a pleasure to have around and he walked us through everything ( explained and was more than happy to answer any questions) as he fixed and replaced the waste arm pipe that was leaking which was our main problem.
He cared about our issues and was experienced at what he was doing.you could tell he enjoyed his work! Also, very reasonable pricing for all the work involved. I will totally call them again in the future and would recommend to anyone else looking for go-to plumbing work.

As Murphy's law would mandate.my tankless water heater bit the dust late on Friday afternoon! I have Cape Plumbing on speed dial, since they have ALWAYS come through for me over many years of home ownership and rental properties. I was able to purchase a replacement unit from my local plumbing supply store, and Tom was the superhero (with no Cape lol) plumber who was able to install the new heater the very next morning. Tom from Cape Plumbing came out today and installed our whole home water filtration system and I gotta say we were very impressed. He was responsive, communicative in what he was going to do, the finished job was top notch and he's coming back out on Thursday to flush the system so it's working properly. My wife got up at 5:30 AM and noticed the water heater was leaking. Grabbed the Broward Best Pick Report and called Cape Plumbing Inc. Mark returned my call in short order and we set up an appointment. The repairman, Elmer N., actually showed up a little bit early, which was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went right to work; kept the to-be- expected mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation of the new water heater was completed. Top-notch company to do business with and Elmer did a great job. Highly recommend both.

We have been using Cape Plumbing for a few years now. Any time we have a plumbing issue they are quick to respond and send a tech out. This particular call we had a slab leak, which can be quite messy and costly. Michael was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He was efficient and his work was neat. And most importantly I felt safe having him in my home and around my kids. He was even helpful when it came to educating me on the insurance claim process. Great experience!

We hired Cape Plumbing to install gas lines to four appliances in our home. I worked with the owner, Mark, to get the permit issued for the job. He was friendly, thorough and responsive throughout the process. The plumber who wrote up our estimate and ran the gas lines was Tom. Tom was prompt, informative, friendly and checked in with me about our satisfaction with his work a few times.

I called cape plumbing after recommendation from a coworker, I reached an answering service, i had a return call within minutes. I scheduled an appointment. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time, i received an estimate and explanation of what the job required. The estimate was reasonable compared to a previous estimate. The Job was completed that same day, mess was cleaned up. Plumber was named Michael- he was respectful to me, and my property. I was very pleased.

We developed a leak & I did research online to try & find a plumber who also did leak detection. Cape was highly rated & they were also listed in Broward's Best Pick Report. I called them & received a prompt response. Mike, one of the leak detection specialists, came to our house for the scheduled appointment. He found our slab leak almost immediately & he was able to cap off the leak to stop it as well as to allow us to have water.
The actual re-route of the pipe was scheduled for a few days later. Mike arrived as scheduled & completed the job. He was extremely nice & professional & he did an excellent job fixing our problem. He was also very neat during the process in terms of cleaning any dust, garbage, etc. I would highly recommend Cape for any of your plumbing needs.

Mark, the owner personally called me to discus my issue. He was professional and best of all accurate. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and like magic when he arrived for my repair his best guess of my issue was correct. He was able to pinpoint the grease buildup in my main drain line of a condo building, fix the problem and was very responsive/on-time and fast repair. Mark's company has good equipment and Mark is an excellent plumber. I recommend you call Cape Plumbing!

Toilets and showers were backed up, Leo Alonso came out immediately, not only fixed the problem but also educated me on the why the how and what I can do to avoid future problems. Very professional and pleasant! The charge was very fair and also came with a warranty, safe to say I will DEFINITELY be using them from now on!

I am a part-time resident in Florida and I was heading back to my home state. I found I had multiple plumbing issues. I called Cape Plumbing and they came out the NEXT day! Not only did they fix my problems, BUT, Sean (the plumber) added a new vanity and garbage disposal! The kindness, clean work, and alacrity was fabulous! I would definitely call them again!

He was very personable and meticulous in performing the replacement of four supply values under our sinks and installing two new faucets with new sink drain fixtures. I had unbelievably fantastic service! The boss sent me an immediate very reliable and professional and effective plumber! The owner Mark came to help too! I had a major leak and it was fixed within 12 hours! This time includes the greatest plumber Thomas. Thomas was able to locate the bad pipe in the wall and fix it very effectively! He was also very pleasant!
Both Mark and Thomas came out on Sunday evening even when it was Mother's Day! That was the best Mothers Day present I can imagine!: You'll be very pleased with their fantastic friendly effective fast professional service!

These guys were excellent! I had to replace all my cast iron pipes under the house, and John and Jason were on top of everything. Permits came fast, even from Fort Lauderdale. They started immediately and finished on time. John showed me pictures every step of the way, and I had every confidence they were working to code and not cutting any corners.
They cleaned up every day and threw in a few extra things I needed done. And they were cheaper than the other bids I got. Fantastic job John, Jason, and Mark! I highly recommend you.
