Look elsewhere. Do Not use for Leak Detection. Hidden Costs At first they seemed very professional. I was told a leak detection would cost between 199 and 499. After using their hi tech equipment for 30 minutes they were unable to identify the leak. The next steps were to cut some holes in the already damaged walls to find the pipe that was leaking.

They had to cut open 4 spots since the manifolds were not in normal spots. Once they found the manifold, it was fairly easy to see where the leak was coming from. They spent about 4 hours of labor trying to find this leak and charged me $3800 on top of the $499 leak detection fee for those few hours. They did not repair anything either. They just capped off the supply line that was leaking.

I have tried multiple times to discuss this with them and understand how they could charge upwards of $800 and hour, but they stand by their pricing. They call this "line location and isolation" and its a different charge above the leak detection. They say its flat rate and on par with the industry but it's not. I've since discussed this with multiple plumbers and adjustors and they all say it was robbery.

They could tell this was going to be an insurance claim so they figure why not charge whatever the insurance company will cover. Also the labor hours were only this long since the plumber moved extremely slow. It took him over 30 minutes to cut open a 1 foot hole in drywall. If you have a leak.call someone else

Our toilet insides were not working well for several months. Finally decided to contact a plumber. Have used Plumbing Experts in the past and have always had a good experience with them. This time was no exception. I called and within 2 hours the service man came in and took care of the problem in less then 1 hour. The only down side was when I asked him to give me the coupon discount price, he declined. They used to do this. Good think my wife never throws out a coupon so we saved 10%. Recommend them and would used them again.

Unprofessional, leave a job unfinished for this weekend. The only water that this condominium can wash dishes and personal hygene is from the toilet or the bath tub. The Kitchen sink and bathroom sinks are left unfinished, NO WATER. There are people here senior citizens in their 80's 90's that barely fend for themselves. AS being in the Property Management business for over thirty years I have run into a lot of plumbing problems in properties I managed and have used Plumbing Experts on many occasions and have found them too be the best plumbing company in Broward and Palm Beach county. Fast to respond, fast to correct and reasonable.

Within 5 minutes of entering my home, the technician was able to assess and diagnose my problem, repair the part and relieve me of the scary sound and stress I endured for at minimum 24 hrs before calling Plumbing Experts. Success within an hour at a very reasonable cost. Kudos to you!

I have had a terrible experience using Plumbing Experts. We had a leak under our sink and after 3 visits from this company, we still have a leak under the sink. The leak is coming from the kitchen faucet. Each time we were required to pay for our visit but I still have the same issue after 3 service calls. Today I spoke with Roberta, a supervisor.

I requested that since I already paid for 3 previous visits with no resolution to our issue, I would like a no charge service call and replace the kitchen faucet I just bought. She said that we would still have to pay for the installation and would credit back our last visit. I believe that if this was properly diagnosed on our first service call then we could have resolved the entire problem in 2 service calls. Now they want me to pay for 4 visits. I will not be using this company again for future plumbing repairs.

We had a water supply leak in our master bathroom, under one of the sinks. I was unable to fix it myself, because it required replacing the water shutoff valve too. They came on time and fix it quickly. I chose to replace both supply lines. The price was a "little" more than I thought, considering he was here less than 30mins. Other than that, I am very happy with the work.

We had a flood from one of our toilets last night and just missed having catastrophic damage. We called Plumbing Experts and they responded immediately. The plumber, Sterlin Perkins, arrived promptly this morning and determined the problems in both bathrooms. It seems that the bleaching tablets that I've been throwing in the toilet tanks were eating away at the mechanisms. I was shocked. Who knew the damage this was causing! Before he left, he made sure everything was perfect. I couldn't ask for better results.

Last night, we experienced a flood in one of our bathrooms and it almost proved catastrophic. We called Plumbing Experts ASAP and Sterlin Perkins showed up on time this morning and got right to work. It turned out that bleach tablets that I have been tossing in the toilet tanks were eating away at the mechanisms. Who knew? He noticed the same problem in my other bathroom. Thanks to him, we can relax. He saved us major headaches.

I initially had another company come out and state they couldn't unclog the line and they used a hand tool snake. They later told me that I needed to have the roof plumbing air vent cleaned out. I explained all of this to Eddie at plumbing Experts, and he set me straight right off the bat and told me that the hand snake tool doesn't provide the necessary turning power and recommended a K-60, which is much like an auger.

So rather than taking me to the cleaners for a vent cleaning they cleared the line within minutes. The technician, Emmanuel, was so professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest plumber.

Not only would the guy who came to the house not apply the visit fee to the final bill, when he left I looked in my trash and he had thrown out a spoon and a bowl he found in the sink when he did my sink repair. They are more expensive than other plumbers in my area, but they say they will apply the service fee to the final bill, so I thought I'd try them.

Not at all a good experience. The guy complained the whole time about the work done by the people who initially installed my sink. Should I need future plumbing work done, I will call someone else.

Excellent experience with Plumbing Experts. Easy to make an appointment, no long wait; the plumber arrived promptly to summarize, estimate, and complete the 2 repairs I needed.

Plumbing guessers. They told me the cost of 100. Service call to come out then sent someone who couldn't find the drain clean out. Asked him to fix the insta hot tankless system and he was clueless. Control panel had no power. He looked at box but didn't check power source to it. Looked at drains etc and said all looks good charge 149. After I waited an hour longer than the call at 7;45am said he'd be there in 30-45 min. Called another plumber came out found power source and reset breaker and hot water worked looked at house and drain showed me where it was at spent 10 min and 29.95 change and left. Wow they were experts and knew plumbing. Called back and agent said tankless heaters on gas did not have electric to them and got rude. Hung up and wrote my first review eve.

Needed a new flapper in both toilets.work done well.service man very nice.price ridiculous! $400 FOR 2 FLAPPERS! Will never use them again.

We had old shower valves removed, installed new shower valves and installed plumbing for an overhead rain shower system. All in copper pipe, excellent solder work. Dean was extremely professional, knowledgeable and super polite. We would definitely recommend them as we already have to our colleagues and friends. I called on the week-end to install a new toilet since ours leaked due to a cracked tank and we had to shut the water. Plumbing Experts had an ad in the paper that they come on weekends. They did and installed the toilet we wanted. Price was fair and the technician was efficient, professional and very friendly. He cleaned up completely and we are very satisfied. I recommend Plumbing Experts for all your plumbing needs. We will use them in the future.

Let's start with the diagnosis quote: $98.00 (Ps. does not go towards the tank price.) Apparently, I needed a new water tank. $1,085.00.keep in mind this was paid in full on June 10th, 2021. So the technician who goes to install the new tank, finishes the job calls me and tells me something is wrong with my breaker/electricity and that I now need an electrician because the tank it not working.he just installed a brand new tank and its not working. What's wrong?

Who knows! He states he doesn't know because he is a plumber and that's not his area of expertise.fair enough. I thankfully have a kind neighbor who came to check prior to calling an electrician. This neighbor who has no plumbing/electrical background simply switched two wires that were apparently connected in the wrong areas.voil it worked. NO electrician needed.

Imagine that. So tell me this if one is a plumber and does this work all the time why was this not installed properly? Fast forward to June 21, 2021: I look at my bank account and a new amount of $1,085.00 was pending. Ahem. NO! This set me off. Since when is it okay to run cards without a customer's consent and/or knowledge? Especially when this was paid for back on June 10th. Ridiculous. In addition, I later find out some folks in the neighborhood paid $500 for their new tanks. Moral of the story: Do your research and ask around.

Have used this company repeatedly and all the time they come when scheduled, call and provide expert service. The last time there was a small glitch and when we called the office and requested to speak to the owner, he immediately answered and solved the problem to our entire satisfaction. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and respectful, leaving the area where they worked clean and nice. I fully recommend their services. GREAT PEOPLE.

Very professional! We had a major pipe break and had the water company come and shut off the valve and told us to call a plumber. We just got an advertising post card from Plumbing Experts which I saved. I called them at night and the plumber was here first thing in the morning. He replaced the pipe and everything was back to normal in a short time. I am so impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. We will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues we might have.

Made an appointment for a free estimate to see cost of hooking up natural gas to a bar-b-q. The home is new and has natural gas running to it. Patio is 30 feet away. Estimate was next day. The office called a d asked if it was ok to come out early as technician was available. I said yes after confirming with the wife she was avail. They actually didn't come early.

But that's not the problem. The estimate was on a Tuesday. I was told the technician would contact me later that day. Later that day.nothing. The next day went by and I called them just before end of business. I was told tech would reach out. Nothin'. Thursday I call and ask if it was something I may have said as to why they wouldn't quote me.

They apologized and again said tech would get back to me. They "promised". Nothing. Friday I again call (see the pattern?) and "Allen" tells me the technician would for sure reach out. Nothin'. I called Tuesday (yesterday) and spoke to Angela. I again asked if they wanted my business or not. After all they spent time and effort on tech coming out.

She finally got it done. She said that her tech sent me the bid to my email but he claims to have been blocked. Which isn't possible. And if he thought he was blocked then why not get help from his office. Her email came right through. The bid was Ridiculous. A few dollars short of $3k to run a gas line 25 feet? I don't think so. I knew after day 4 of waiting and me calling them I wouldn't hire them to unclog a sink or a toilet let alone trusting them with a gas line. The reason for the review? To help the owner. I'm guessing they don't know of the ineffectiveness of their crew or processes. Hope this helps.

They were on time and the technician was very thorough. We had a whole new kitchen installed and needed a dishwasher installed. The location where the dishwasher is now had been moved quite a bit away from where it was originally so it took some work. I was happy with the service and attention to detail. Would recommend them.

Cliff did a phenomenal job working on my garbage disposal and some toilets. He came in wearing a mask and was very respectful of our health concerns and property. He is a true professional.

Used many times for difficult to fix issues where other plumbing companies fell short. So naturally when I needed to replace a sink faucet in called. Quoted $900 + to change faucets. Craziest price ever for a under one hour job. Called three other companies for free estimates and all came in between $250-$300. They may need to revise the pricing book!

Sorry for the lovely fellow who came to my home, its not his fault, but OH MY GOD! WHAT A RIP OFF! To charge almost $300 to replace the "ball" inside a toilet is CRIMINAL! Guy was here for about 12 minutes, and charged me $250.if my husband was in town, we could've done it ourselves for about 20 bucks. Thanks for the 100+ percent markup Plumbing "Experts".And.now July 18th, I had a faucet in my bathroom replaced. Plumbing Experts quoted me a price of close to $300.00 for the job.

I purchased a beautiful faucet on Amazon for 30 bucks, and had a handy man install it for $80.let's see.that's ANOTHER $190.00 OVERCHARGE from this company! I will NEVER use them again. I made an appt to have the issue looked at, as I was 1DAY within my "warranty", but I thought better of it. I don't trust these fools to be in my home ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/PLUMBING 'experts'!

Well I have to say it was a great waste of time. The plumber was entirely not interested in doing the job. Actually was annoyed he had to go in the attic to look at pipes. I stated prior to scheduling what the job was and asked if they do this kind of work. I guess they're rolling in contracts and that they can turn down work!

I was staying in florida for a few weeks at an air b'n'b - all was well and good until the toilet started to back up at a quick pace! I tried to call the landlord but could not get a hold of them and the toilet started to over flow! I had to call someone to help right away. I was kind of freaking out because it was a sunday and many places were closed or had huge up-charges. Luckily I was looking on google where this business has much better reviews, I may not have called If i looked on yelp but I'm happy I did!

I had to come here and leave a review. Chad came out very quickly and was able to stop the toilet over flowing and helped clean it up. He even showed me how to shut the water off and fix the plunger thingy in the tank if this sort of thing ever happens again. They did not charge me extra for a weekend emergency call which I really appreciated. Luckily the landlord reimbursed me for the call and thanked me for acting so fast to prevent flooding. If I lived in the area I'd call them again no question asked.

I heard the sound of wateR running in my bathroom wall although no faucets were open. I called them and they sent "Bill" who told me he was the "best of the best". He found the leak and told me it would be $1300 a day. If he had worked a full day, he would have fixed it, but it took him 4 days of working at a snail's pace tO make the repair. He charged me 7199.00 Don't call Bill. He is a major rip off artist. My regular plumber would have repaired it in 2 days and charged 2000.
