Critical: Professionalism, Quality The worst possible service ever. The tech, who may be the owner, asks for a blow dryer to help unfreeze a pipe. Walked off the job and told us to go buy a heater and so it ourself. So rude. Stay away! No customer service and just nasty. It has been 1 year since Cape Cod Gas & Heat installed a New Heater, AC Unit & On Demand Hot Water Heater in our home in Sandwich, Ma. The quality of work, pricing & professionalism was great.
