Professional experienced quality. They responded to problem with leaking in bathroom and took care of it right then - installed sink with counter change and new water tank. Very happy. Critical: Value This happened a couple of years ago, but I'm still angry about it. We had a part on our furnace that needed replacement. It was a simple one man job; however, we were charged for the labor of two men because, as I was told by the company, two men were already on the truck when it came to our house. Very disappointing and unfair.

This company was able to come out within a few hours of me calling at the tail end of the snow storm to fix a valve to get my heat working. I'm not disappointed in the job, but I am disappointed in the charges and the lack of transparency. I was charged $240 for the service call alone, which I was told only after I questioned it is the "snowstorm" charge.
The regular charge is $140. That is quite an increase just because it is snowing. I was never told there would be such a hike in the price. Had I known this, I would have waited a day and told him to come the next day. Increases in charges should be revealed to a customer before agreeing to do a job. Overall I paid $360 to get a valve replaced, 45 min of work.

Joe Walsh plumbing & heating are my go to plumbers. They have helped me out for small drain clogs, and also did my water heater. They are consistent and always get back to me the same day I call. If you're in the Foxboro area and need a plumber I 100% recommend calling Joe. you won't be disappointed!
