Andre R was awesome. He arrived on time with a positive attitude on a cold snow day. He was thorough with identifying the issue and coming up with the most cost-effective solution. He recommended great products and made sure we were aware of what additional steps could be taken moving forward. The blue sky dispatch team was also great with communication, sent notification for arrival time and was responsive to text quickly and professionally.

Daniel D was super amazing. We were trying to change the water filter for our water heater and it was not going well. Blue Sky got Daniel out to us earlier than scheduled and we are so thankful and grateful. Daniel not only fixed the leak, but also inspected all of the pipes and toilets and any water way we had. He helped us navigate so many things we didn't know and let us know what was important and what could wait. He also has a great sense of humor and let my puppy jump all over him! We not only have water again, but we have new knowledge about plumbing and know who to call next time we have issues or just for regular maintenance!!! Thank you so much Daniel. Travis and Archer were very helpful with electrical problems in a heater and few other connections. Travis explained everything clearly and they resolved the issues within an hour. I also had a plumbing repair job completed by another technician with Blue Sky and was very please with his work. They were all polite and efficient. I will recommend this company and use them again when needed.

Christmas is saved!!!! Thank you so much to Patrick, Bobby, Vince and Travis for coming out on Christmas Eve to fix my furnace exhaust. They were polite, professional and efficient. Instead of rust and dust, my crawl space is filled with shiny new ducts that rival the gleam of the tinsel on the tree. It was like Santa sent his 4 best elves!
In all seriousness, though, this was my first experience with Blue Sky and it has been 5 star from start to finish. From the receptionist that took my initial call, to my tech searching for any way to save me a few dollars over the holidays. If I’m ever in need again, I know who to call.

BlueSky employee Isiah Romero was a great delighful person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything as we went along servicing my hot water tank and replacing my Compression Tank. " I highly recommend Isiah".
Also I have used BlueSky over the decades and they always have someone ready to come out on schedule and keep me up to date with Sms messages.

Blue Sky installed a new furnace/AC unit for me. I couldn't be happier. The cost was reasonable, they took care of everything in house, including new duct work. The crew of Omar and Troy were exceptional. Professional, efficient, good communication, reliable, on time, hard working and pleasant. Brenda was also very responsive, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Blue Sky and will always use them for any plumbing, electrical or any of their services.

I am very pleased with Blue Sky's services and would highly recommend them to others! We hired Blue Sky to install air conditioning in our home in 2021, and they came out for an annual A/C maintenance check in spring 2022. The technicians were friendly, thorough and on time. I also received text message updates from Blue Sky to remind me when a technician would be coming by, and to let me know when he was on his way.

Each time technicians came to our home, they made us feel comfortable and informed by letting us know the plan, price, and timeline of the work they were performing. Blue Sky's work and customer service has been consistently great and has exceeded our expectations! We will definitely continue to hire them for maintenance and repairs in the future.

James came out to give me an estimate on a water pressure regulator valve and replacement of a failed expansion tank. He spent time explaining it all and the estimate was very reasonable. i called in to authorize the job and the next day James was out to do it. it was so fast that renters didn't have time to move a futon that was in the way. James helped me move that. mt window given was 12-1 and James was here just a little before 12. nicest guy. had me come down and look at what was done and thoroughly explained it all.

Even wrote on the expansion tank the date it was installed and the now current psi which now confirms to code. Appreciate the prompt service and the professionalism of James and the company. Very pleased with the price and work done. of

I use Blue Sky for all my plumbing & electrical needs. They are honest, transparent & always speak respectfully to me. They don't assume I'm ignorant of household maintenance because I'm a woman, taking the time to provide clear and detailed explanations of the work needed. They installed my new swamp cooler last year, which I LOVE LOVE! Literally maintains itself once started for the season.

Only takes 10 minutes to take it down for winter too (this part I do myself). This project also required both plumbing & electrical work. Everything went smoothly and was done in less than a day, even though there were multiple resources to juggle. Blue Sky also does my annual tankless water heater cleaning, as well as starting up & cleaning my swamp cooler for the season. When I need work on my heater, I know who I'll be calling.

What we thought was going to be a big expensive issue turned out to be easily taken care of. Blue Sky sent us three different techs with three different specialties. Each on took the time to review the issues and provided honest advice. Isiah R. was the last tech to come and he solved the issue in a timely manner. He was personable, honest and respectful. He fixed the issue and explained everything to me before he did anything. He made this experience less stressful and you can really tell he enjoys what he does.

We are so grateful to have found Blue Sky, and they are our first call whenever we need something assessed/repaired. Most recently, Wes and Ethan fixed our boiler system and installed a new thermostat. We called Blue Sky as our upstairs was extremely hot and we were unable to lower the temperature- Blue Sky was able to schedule a visit for the very next morning. Wes and Ethan were professional, knowledgeable, and helped me feel like we were making the best decision for not only that day, but also the future.

They were efficient and helpful in explaining their process/what they were doing. I know we can count on Blue Sky, and we would welcome Wes & Ethan (or anyone else from Blue Sky) back anytime - although, I hope that their expertise isn't needed anytime soon!

I was recommended to Blue Sky by both my insurance agent and Restoration company when it was apparent that we had a water leak in the house which was not immediately detected snd source difficult to find. At first I was not completely happy with the plumber sent in by BSP however BSP quickly rectified the service issues, sent in a new plumber who found the problem proficiently, fixed it and then proceeded to not charge me for the inconvenience of not finding leak the first time. Very professionally handled and now I'm a happy customer

Blue Sky was simply amazing to work with! Our furnace blower went out and needed to be replaced. It was an older unit that was hard to source, but they tracked one down and got us up and running with heat very quickly. They had a crew of two David and Vance that worked non stop 12 hours to get the new furnace installed. One of Blue Sky's electrician, Ben, was also on site to do the electrical hookup.

He even helped fix a faulty light switch for us for no additional charge. As the day wore on, another Blue Sky crew, Omar and Junior showed up to assist in the completion of the job! What team work! We had a weather system move in during the day and it started snowing pretty hard. David to it upon himself to shovel the snow off our driveway! These guys are professional, polite, clean and respective of premise. They do what they say they will do and then some. They are a true pleasure to work with. Blue Sky is a top-notch organization! They have been providing excellent service to me since 2019. They installed a brand-new heating system in my home. The staff is professional from the time you call until the end of the job. The installation was flawless and passed code immediately. They have been back a couple of times on routine maintenance calls and they are always responsive and considerate of my time. And, get the maintenance plan -- it offers many perks and you will use them again!

Unexpectedly, our water heater went south on us mid morning on Saturday. I did the usual internet search for a local plumber. After calling numerous local services and not having any luck, one of the local plumbers suggested I give Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling a call and I spoke with a very cordial representative. I explained our issue and needing to have the water heater replaced the very same day.

She mentioned that they were very busy but she would try and find a plumber that would be able to perform the replacement. After a short time she returned the call and had found a plumber that would be able to complete a service call and give me a quote on what it would cost to replace the water heater. I indicated that rather than doing a service call that I would prefer to just go ahead with a replacement service.

She agreed to my suggestion and informed me that the plumbers have the necessary equipment and parts already on their trucks. She asked me for some details on our existing water heater and forwarded that information onto the plumber doing the service call to make sure the plumber had the correct replacement. She then informed me that the plumber would arrive between 11am and 200pm and the plumber would call me when he was enroute to our residence.

The plumber (named Marty) called us and arrived around 1 pm. Marty was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough investigation of our house plumbing and after discussing a few items agreed that replacing the water heater was the way to go. Marty started right away and I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. The replacement process was done correctly and neatly to our satisfaction.

Blue Sky is a high quality organization. Their professional staff and always do a good job. They can always be trusted. Be prepared to pay premium prices for their work, though. For example, in addition to the service call charge, the charge to do the 3-minute job of replacing a bad circuit breaker was $300. There was no diagnostic work involved. I told the technician what the problem was. If you have a simple problem, you might want to get a local guy who is less expensive. Maybe I am behind the times, but in this case it seemed way over the top.

William was just great. He explained what was happening during the entire process. Totally professional and very courteous! I will definitely use Blue Sky Heating and Plumbing again. Will recommend them to anyone needing heating and plumbing needs. 100% satisfied! Service: Repair heating system

Bob was a great technician. He gave me some recommendations that really will help me maintain my dream. We called Blue Sky after being cancelled on last minute by Rooter Town, they arrived promptly, assessed the problem and scheduled a repair for the next day when parts would be available. Josh was our plumber and he was AWESOME! He was able to fix the problem for cheaper than expected and was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone who requires plumbing needs. We will be contacting them in the spring for our furnace tune up. Thank you!

Mike T was so helpful with working through my water heater issues. He took the time to not only figure out the issue but also to educate me on future issues and how to extend the life of my water heater. Mike also took the time to help me with other small problems and fixes that I needed. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, personal, and I will continue to work with him in the future.

The technician (Dan) was on time, and extremely professional throughout the entire time he was here. He walked in, saw where the work needed to be done and got right to it. During the sewer work, he showed us where he thought in our lawn we were getting some tree root issues and continued on with his work until complete. He was an absolute professional and pretty fun to be around. I wish all of our repair people we've had in the past were as fantastic as he was. Excellent experience, excellent job done. The office staff handled my call professionally. I got an actual human who answered the phone and got me scheduled with an appointment. This in and of itself was monumental. Office staff communication was great - got several Emails with confirmation information, office also called day before to confirm and called day of to advise the tech was running early. Josh was our technician. Exceptional. Got the job done and kept us informed. Appreciate this company and their customer service. 100% recommend them. Will use them in the future.

I've used Blue Sky Plumbing for years, ever since our hot water heater went out on a holiday weekend and they were the only company that called back. I got a great repair then, and they have handled all of our plumbing business ever since. Troy is pleasant and personable, and always show us how to use new (and existing) equipment. They are quick to respond, on time, and call in advance to let us know they are on the way. Terrific service and great people.

Amazing company that truly cares about the customer. I just moved into a new house and had to get some pretty significant work done to the plumbing. Mike and Mitch were incredible throughout the entire process. Not only did they do great work installing all new pipes, but they were just so incredibly kind and courteous the whole time. They just went above and beyond any expectation I had.

They did such a good job so I am sure I won't have issues for a long time, but honestly I am going to miss them! Because of Mike and Mitch, I ended up booking more work with the other trades that Blue Sky does. I have no doubt in my mind they will go well. 10/10.

We were very impressed with Alan and Blue Sky! They do a great job of confirming your appointment and are punctual the day of. All of their service technicians are professional and very knowledgeable. Alan took the time to explain in detail the repairs needed and offered some recommendations to prevent future problems. I have used Blue Sky for years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. Highly recommend this company for any and all A/C, Heating and plumbing issues. They just installed a brand new A/C systems in my house. David and his crew were very professional, responsive and respectful throughout the install.

This company did the original inspection Before I purchased a house. after arguing with the front office they came back to warranty the work. The work was done and it's just OK. The supervisor who came over agreed that his employee did not do the work properly. Received an estimate for a repair that was extremely inflated and looks like their people come out and create their own prices I felt I must be honest because the previous four stars was to get them to come back and do the work.

Years and years ago I had a bad experience, and didn't intend to try this vendor again. However, we had an emergency and our regular plumber couldn't get out. It was a frozen pipe and many, many customers were stuck like we were. Our tenant got the water to the house shut off and the Blue Sky plumber arrived the next morning. He did a terrific job, was timely, and very competent.

We could not have been happier. So, my thanks to Jessie and the Blue Sky team for getting us in and being able to return our house to workable. We will use them again in the future.

Isiah was right on time and explained all he was going to do to troubleshoot the problem. He was very kind and businesslike. He recommended my having a picture taken of the sewer line as he did all he could with the rotter rooting to fix the problem!

I requested Dylan from Blue Sky again, this time for a frozen pipe. Not only did Dylan show up right after a foot of snow fell, he was on-time! Calling before his arrival. Dylan as usual repaired the burst pipe, but not after warning us there is the potential for additional locations. Sure enough, we have now multiple locations compromised! Once things warm up we will be requesting Dylan again. Great job Dylan!

We decided to get an evaporative cooler and went with Blue Sky. While everything did not necessarily go as planned Jessie, the owner, worked to make things right which we appreciate! Also, the technicians were really nice and friendly with our dogs.
