I heard some dripping in the morning on the first floor ceiling when we ran hot water. Our neighbor referred us to Ken. He answered the call right away and told us that he was dropping off his wife at the airport. He said he will be here in 30 minutes which he did. After he came, he looked at the pipe and the issue. He has so much knowledge and explained to us why we hear those dripping sound. He didn't charge us anything! So fast and professional at the same time so personal as well. We love his stories.

I've used Bumblebee Plumbing twice. The first time I had a leak in the bathroom shower that was seeping down to the lower level ceiling. Ken came over, diagnosed and fixed the leak. He was super professional, friendly and reasonably priced. The second time I called because I had accidentally broken my kitchen faucet handle and needed to 1) turn off the running water and 2) fix the faucet.

I explained it was an emergency due to the water running and Ken was at my place in less than 10 minutes - extremely responsive. He helped shut off the water to the kitchen faucet and then after discussing my options, I decided to buy a brand new faucet. Ken came back the next morning and installed my new kitchen faucet. Ken provides excellent plumbing services, friendly customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

I have used bumblebee Plumbing for over 10 years and can say that Ken is extremely professional, honest, and straightforward. He does not use inexpensive replacement parts that you find at the local hardware store. Rather, he focuses on quality replacement parts that will last. I have an older home and have had Ken replace sinks, toilets, garbage disposal, and the old galvanized pipe. He guarantees his work for reasonable period of time.

I called and set up an appointment, they never called me back to confirm the time or the date date, and never showed up at all. Will not be doing business with these people.

Excellent service, and extremely courteous. Great sense of humor, too! Called before coming to confirm he would arrive in 20 minutes. Was efficient in assessing the issue, and was honest & straightforward in his assessment to us. Would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing to anyone!
