The owner of Above & Beyond Plumbing, Jim Dunn, previously worked for several of the largest plumbing companies in Indianapolis. Jim decided to start his own plumbing company so that he could focus his business on the type of work he most enjoys-residential plumbing service-and so that he could take the time needed to perform high quality work for his customers that is above and beyond their expectations.

Jim is very professional and certainly takes great pride in performing high quality work. Jim did a very big job for me that included: removing my countertops, sink, and old dishwasher; lifting and installing new countertops; putting in new sink and faucet while also making the garbage disposal more functional; installing new dishwasher; and fixing a clogged drain from my AC unit. Previously, he had also put in a new water heater for me. Jim does a fantastic job and I highly recommend his services.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call. I will not be requesting their services in the future.
