I don't know about the quality of their plumbing service, but I do know that the way they allow their employees to drive the company vehicles is unacceptable. Had one of these vans run a stop sign, cut in front of me, and when I honked to let him know I was there and he had cut me off, he break checked me and stared me down like he wanted to fight. I wouldn't use this company knowing they can't control the employees when they drive, how can they control them with the work they do?

Called in and got an appointment within 2 days. So happy. Mitch & Henry came right on time and got right to work. They were finished quickly and efficiently. They were both kind and professional. Contacted Easy Rooter for plugged main sewer line( I've used their services twice prior). The lady that answered the phone was very professional and told me the that they were 2 days out for service and that she had appointment times open. I told her that I would call back the next morning (had to make sure my wife could be home). I called back the next morning and the gentleman that answered was also very professional and booked our appointment. Then, on time shows up Mikey Gilbert. What a pleasure to deal with this young man. Did his job efficiently and in a timely manner. Thumbs up to the entire crew!

Thank you to Ryan for helping us! We had a leak in our isolation valve on the side of the house, and it was causing our yard to flood and our bill to rise. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness They never showed up, had an appointment and gave me a window between 1-5 and never showed up or called. I called at 4:30 to make sure they were coming and they said another hour, long story short it is now 8:15pm and they are still not here and no one has bothered to call me. Terrible!

Mitch showed up on time. He did a great job! He was very professional. He explained what needed to be fixed with an upfront price. Mitch completed the job in a timely manner and left my home mess free. Bruce at the office was very friendly and I got an appointment for the very next day! All around GREAT experience. I will use Easy Rooter Plumbing again and would recommend them to friends and family.

We have had the priviledge of working with Easy Rooter numerous times over the past 4 years. We are a vintage 100 site Mobile Home Park and have called them for emergencies as well as scheduled work. They always show up and they always do everything they can to fix both fresh water and sewer line issues. Some lines are beyond repair and will require replacement but that will be a different review. They are neither the cheapest or the most expensive and we do not call anyone else. We value them and the services they provide for us.

Had a burst pipe emergency on our mobile and we couldn't shut off the main. Called a few places and received tepid responses on when they could come. Called these folks and they set us up with for a 4 hour appointment window - awesome as we were losing hundreds of gallons of water every hour. The tech who came out - Anthony M - was fantastic. Quickly ascertained and solved the situation. He was fast, friendly and efficient - could not ask for any better. We have some upcoming projects - Easy Rooter Plumbing will be the folks we rely on from now forward.

I wanted a second opinion and gave Easy Rooter a try. Jessie came and did what the first plumber I hired never did in the first place. The issue I had was resolved right away. James also looked at the status of my septic system. Overall, Bruce and his staff did not waste time and solved my issue right away. A reliable, professional, and customer friendly company.
