To remove unsightly mineral deposits on your shower head, put one cup of vinegar in a plastic bag and place it over the shower head. Hold it in place with a twist tie and let stand overnight. In the morning, remove the bag and wipe off the mineral deposits with a damp cloth. Do not use your toilet as a wastebasket.

I rarely post reviews, but was shocked by this company's "service" and want to share with other potential customers. I called R.A. Chance on the recommendation of another contractor, for a basic kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installation. I thought the price was high, but didn't say anything because I'm not the expert and I need the installation done.
When I spoke to the contractor who recommended them, he also mentioned that the price I was quoted seemed high. I called R.A. Chance back and very politely asked if they could do anything on the price, and the guy I spoke to (never gave his name) quickly said "They are not licensed, they are a bootlegger" and hung up on me. I never even had a chance to tell him who the other company was, but they are indeed licensed, bonded, and insured (I contracted them through Lowe's).
I tried to call back a few times to cancel my appointment because I certainly won't be doing business with a company that treats customers this way, but they appear to be screening my calls. I don't know if they will show up for the appointment or not, but they will be turned away and I'll be sure to let the other company know NOT to continue referring new business to R.A. Chance.

I contacted this plumbing company because I have a leak in my main drain pipe in my home. A friend of a friend was supposed to come out this morning and didnt show. We decided we couldnt wait and felt that at any moment the pipe could burst because it was so thin. So I called R A Chance and when the man answered I said "Hello, how are you today?" He replied, "Yeah, what can I do for ya?" I proceeded to tell him my problem and he rudely cut me off and said "well first I can tell you I have no one available to come out and the pipe your talking about IS NOT copper".I humbley said to him, "okay, well your the professional, so maybe my husband isnt correct (my hubby is a mechanic and also welds, so I trust his opinion) and you may be right.
So you wouldnt have anyone available then?" He replied, "no we are backed up and I dont have any 3" pipe anyway". I thanked him and hung up. He was uncaring to my needs as a customer, he was rude and unprofessionial on the phone and didnt even offer me an appointments for another day, another week, or another month! I contacted another company called H & B Plumbing on Augustine Herman Highway, Ekton, MD he woman was very helpful, very professional and very accomidating to my needs and offerred to have someone out within the hour. R.A. Chance will NEVER get a referal from these cecil country residents! : P
