I've been a Wegmans Brothers, customer over 10yrs. I bought my Heater, and AC units, and Hot Water Heater from them. Debbie Wegman, that runs the operations, has always been very courteous, and proficient, with my service, from their Company. I also would like to express my compliments, to Bernie, Jessie, and Jason, the Technicians, that service my HVAC. I highly recommend Wegmans Brothers, for anyone that uses their Services. I called them for an estimate on a plumbing job and ended up having them do the work that day, along with some other plumbing issues throughout the house. Jesse was knowledgeable, honest, and did all the work for a reasonable price. I will use them for any other plumbing or HVAC repair in the future! I highly recommend this company!

Wegman Brothers came through for us yet again! We called with a radiator leak after moving into a new home- Wegman came right out, drained the radiator and calmed us about the situation and a plan for the repair. And, even though Wegman Brothers might not've been the the previous home owners heating and cooling company; Wegman Brothers will definitely be handling our upcoming heating and cooling needs.

So I first got a quote on plumbing and thought I could get some of the work done by myself to cheaper the cost. I got them to install a dump sink and snake the drain. Problem is they didn't use work order to charge me my bill they charged me based on the own quote and for work I did. Then their hvac unit tried charging me for the last payment in a heater when I already paid it off. The work was good but they're billing department brought down their quality of work. I will never use them again

Their billing department over charges. They charged me for work they didn't do and then charged me for something I already paid off. Their lack of communication between the billing department and the laborers is terrible. Don't go with them unless you want to be quoted for one thing, told you have to pay for another then being over charged in the end.

Great plumbing service. We used to install a water heater. Service crew was very accommodating and could not have been friendlier. We'll definitely use for all future projects and repairs.

NOT worth the hype! We were having an issue and called. The first guy (senior plumber) promptly came out and gave an estimate. Asked us to call the "office" to schedule the work. The office put off our job until the following week- yes, I did mention that we were having an issue! Three guys showed up to do the work because it was alleged to be labor intensive.

Two out of the three were great. The third was less than adequate in customer service, skill/ability, and professionalism. He was rude and had to be urged by the lead plumber to do the right thing by he customer MORE than once. He was in a hurry and kept mumbling under his breath that he was supposed to have left before now. His work was shoddy and he needed constant redirection to check his work and do it right! NOT the kind of plumbing company you want to fix an issue! Quite disappointed.

Family owned, professional and friendly service. Wegman's has done major (replaced Heating/Air Conditioning unit) as well as minor (faucet leaks) jobs in my home. Reasonable cost and great customer service. Support a family run business!

Wegman Bros were sent by my home warranty company as a second opinion after "Beyond Perfection" left me high and dry. Wegman Bros were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, ON TIME, arriving in the morning which freed up the rest of my day to get things done. I've found my forever HVAC and plumbers for sure! Wegman Brothers installed a new heater and ac system in 2011. They were professional and friendly - most importantly, the two servicemen who did the major installations (under the supervision of Bernie) knew what they were doing. They listened to my concerns (I had initial problems with some duct work and lack of air force from careless work done b/f I moved into my house) and FIXED the problem. These guys are great - they were not the lowest price, but their price was fair and well worth it. I am happy to recommend this family owned company.

These guys are AWESOME. Seriously. They are clueful. They arrive on time. They don't make you wait a week for an appointment. They are honest. They don't feel scammy at all. They do a great job. They don't talk to you like you're a moron. They're cool. What more do you need? These guys were dispatched by my home warranty company to replace my water heater, and they got it done the next day.

They worked with the home warranty company to get it all paid for (rock!), and they even answered some homeowner questions I had while they were here. I wound up hiring them the next week to clean out my air ducts -- totally worth it. Dependable, trustworthy, good non-creepy guys. I totally felt comfortable with them wandering around my house. Hire them!
