This was a short notice call. I had a pipe leak in my pasture. I called five different places and this was the ONLY place that had someone that came out to my property in less than an hour! Chue, not only did he come out to fix my leak, he took the time to help me manage it for next time if there is another leak. Chue was very couteous, attentive and did not rush the job or over bill on the job. He quoted me a competative price and did not exaggerate his time. He was a very profession person. I would hire this guy again!

Hello, My property management company for my Apartments called Rapid First Plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink! first the office was quick to call me to notify me the time the plumbers would be here, and they showed up fast great Jalen and Bernardo were totally professional I felt comfortable with them in my home also they were very thorough the clog was cleared very quickly they cleaned up very polite I think all plumbers should be like this! Toilets backed up and shower and tub backed up with waste water. Called Rapid First Plumbing on a referral from Pocket Plumbing. Office staff was courteous and the two technicians, Ronaldo and Raoul showed up with masks and put on booties before entering. Sewage blockage was cleared up, tub and shower sanitized. I can't say enough about their professionalism. They were both friendly and explained what was going on. I highly recommend this company. Added plus.they showed up timely

Our master bath toilet backed up into the shower. They come out in a very short time, did all the drain clean out and inspection. We made a second call a couple of weeks later for the same problem, again they came out in a jiffy. This time they found the problem and fixed it. The guys that were here were great, clean, courtious and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Telephone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to send a technician to unclog our sewer the same day. As a matter of fact, they were able to come earlier than expected. Joe was friendly and respectful and explained our options clearly. When he was finished he explained the warranty in detail. We would use Rapid First again.

My shower drain and tub drain (two different bathrooms) were completely clogged and flooding. I tried reaching my regular plumber who was unavailable to come out - he referred me to another who also couldn't come out that day but they referred me to Rapid First! 3rd time was a charm! Called in the morning - a technician was out within a couple hours.professional, helpful and even answered some questions I had about other things I wanted to do (remodel type things in the bathrooms).

He fixed the clog no problem and is writing up a proposal for a couple of options for another job that I mentioned to him (more of an annoyance that I've been wanting to get fixed) and said I should receive that tomorrow or by Friday. It was a very stressful weekend because my hot water was leaking very bad. If you need work done on your hot water heater call Rapid First Plumbing and ask for Chue. He was very professional, curiosity and answered all my questions and educated me on the hot water heater and their staff was great. Very happy customer.

They maybe rapid, but beware, they are expensive. They charge hourly fee additional to the work itself. When you go change your oil on your car, do they charge you $29 for oil change and $200/hourly rate? No. they charge you $29 for oil change.

Here's the deal. When money is spent it should be a good trade off. From the start this company was on time, had exact follow through and was courteous, willing to help, and thorough. Can't rave enough about their expertise and superior customer service. Would give 6 stars if I could.

A Rapid First Tech came to help my neighbors. I am extremely amazed to how inconsiderate and unprofessional he was. Not only did he block more than half of our driveway for over 5 hours, he emptied his wet vacuum on the street leaving debris behind. When I asked him to pick up the mess he made, he simply threw more trash on the ground and disregard me. Is this the type of customer service you guys provide?

A minor leak in my 16 year old water heater turned into a major leak today. I contacted several companies to get some rough estimates of the cost of replacement and find out how quickly they could install. Tyler and Chris showed up ready to install this afternoon (once they procured the water heater). They were not the least expensive but were in the ballpark and their deal includes an annual drain and preventive maintenance service along with a commitment to provide free labor on any repairs that may be required over the life of the unit.

They installed a Bradford White Defender water heater which has a solid reputation as a high quality American made water heater. I also appreciated the time they took to explain how the system works and, especially, the procedure for lighting the pilot which is very simple on this particular unit.

Joe the technician was awesome! He came to inspect a link under our kitchen faucet. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely recommend you to all my friends and family because honesty and integrity goes a long way! Joe was very informative and thorough. Oilets in my upstairs bathrooms were plugged up. Tried for hours to snake myself with no success. Called Rapid First Plumbing and they were able to schedule to come out that same day. The technician was very polite, wore a mask, and booty. The technician, Joe, was equipped with the right tools and heavy duty equipment for the job at hand. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided me with a fair estimate before proceeding with the job.

The final cost was within the amount estimated and was reasonable, but more importantly, the blockage was removed and both toilets are now flushing perfectly. Rapid First Plumbing will be the first plumbers I call for future jobs.

Cheu was so awesome and timely! He called before arriving then proceeded to explain what was needed to be done to fix the food processor and sink. He worked quickly and was so detail oriented and considerate to everyone at home while he worked. We will definitely call Rapid First for any plumbing needs!

Who loves a plumber? I do! We needed 3 new toilets installed because ours were older and wouldn't flush well anymore. I scheduled a time with Rapid First and Ronaldo arrived with a smile and happy attitude. He was great at his job, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful. We were so grateful for this as we were in the midst of a bathroom remodel that required immediate attention as to not cause a delay. We had the pleasure of having DeMarcus fix an annoying leaking plumbing issue that another company failed to resolve. The dispatcher communicated with us estimated arrival time and kept us informed making us feel apart of the process. DeMarcus arrived on time, with a mask on, and had a great personality.

He didn't perform a rush job or take any shortcuts, and made recommendations that were missed by the previous company. He was patient with us, as we were not totally prepared with the shower kit needed to complete the job. He went above and beyond to raise our very low shower system, instantly adding value to our home! We were very pleased with his professionalism, personality, and competence to resolve our issue. The technicians are all careful and the one who came today showed up in a mask. He had to work through the drain clean out in the back of house, so was careful to come through the back, as to not soil the carpet. This company is very competent and always call to confirm close to appointment, as to when the technician/plumber will arrive. They are polite as well.

Technician Damarus showed up on time and wore his mask the entire time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Also, I was able to use a coupon from their website for $15 off any service over $100.

After my home warranty assigned me a plumber that didn't answer their phone, I reach out to Rapid First because I had heard from a neighbor that they're exceptional. Sure enough, the whole experience was perfect. Cheerful receptionist said they could send someone out immediately and less than an hour later my stopped up kitchen sink was fixed. This company used to be reliable, polite, efficient, and skilled. Recently they have been incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone, to the point that just scheduling a repair with them is no longer possible. So sad to have such negative changes from a previously reliable company.

We were dealing with a clogged toilet in our upstairs master bathroom. I assumed because of was upstairs that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg for them to possibly remove the toilet and fish out whatever was blocking it. I called and requested a quote because I'd never seen called a plumbing service before. I thought the quote was more than fair.

He then asked if I was ready for service within 30 minutes! They came over right away. Solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Then gentlemen then educated me on what he thought my issue was and how to avoid it in the future. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes. And charged me about 20 dollars less than I was quoted over the phone! I'll be calling you guys again if I'm ever in need of your services. Thanks!

Two generations of my family trust Paula Swayne from Dunnigan and she just hit another one out of the ballpark--she got me in touch with rapid first plumbing. Their Ronaldo Orozco was so fabulous--professional, polite, gracious, trustworthy; left the site in such better condition than it had been, and mentioned their work is warrantied. Very fair price. Excellent service. This kind of peace of mind from a great service experience is priceless.

I called them in the early afternoon for a non-urgent issue, and they were out and the problem fixed by evening. Very responsive! Ronaldo did a great job, answered questions my husband had (and he tends to have a lot of questions!), and was friendly, even to my dogs, who have to greet everyone who comes to the house.
