Boss Plumbing is the best! I am a Real Estate Agent and I needed a plumber to look at a few issues that our inspector found. Boss Plumbing sent out Byron who did an incredible job! Byron found a few major issues that our inspector missed. Byron explained everything so that we could understand the issue and then provided an estimate to repair the issues. Byron and everyone at Boss Plumbing were responsive, professional and nice.

I would not use any other plumber. I would encourage my friends and family to use them. I have been looking for a trustworthy, quality plumber for 13 years and I have finally found one.

I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12. The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house.

I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else. I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.

I am completely disappointed after I was given this companies information through my neighbor who also lives in my community. Approx 3-4 years ago Boss Plumbing did a job at my neighbors home where they were having a problem w gas line and tankless water heater heating all floors quickly. After trying to call 15 times and left message as well as emailed. Received an email back that corresponded not with my email I sent in regards to inquiring about having service done. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE After getting frustrated with the stupidity I dealt with I had a great Plummer come to my home and figure out the problem on there own and it's being done today.

Asher is the boss. I needed some plumbing repairs and installations at my condo. He came at a convenient time for me and finished in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

These guys make all the plumbing repairs in the building I manage and they do a great job. The techs are friendly and care about what they do. They are fast, available, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done right. They are like family. Thanks Elder, Byron, Israel, Asher and Sharon.

These guys just left my apartment a few mins ago. They were great! They came in very respectful and professional. They told me what they would do, how much it would cost and they did exactly that. They fixed the problem and I would call them again. Thank you guys for coming so quickly:

Had some pipes leaking under my house and once again called Boss. It was a big job but they worked long and hard to replace all the leaking pipes. The guys were professional and kept me up to date on the progress each day. When I need plumbing repairs I always call Boss, I know they will fix it right the first time.

First it was difficult to get anyone but the answering service. They have very short working hours. I was told one plumber was coming and then someone else showed up. They were very late. There was a pipe leak underneath the bathroom sink. I should have stayed home to supervise the work. The insulation and wall he ripped out was thrown in my kitchen trash can!

There was no note or phone call explaining the hole in the wall, that they would have to come back, the open cabinet doors, or dirty rug on my bathroom floor. I called them again, told them off then sent out the plumber who was suppose to come the first time and everything was then fixed and he was neat and tidy. This happened over a year ago and I was too upset to write a calm review. So here it is - very calm - no thank you.

I thought I needed a new hot water heater because of a leak from the drain valve. I talked to them on the phone for 15 minutes and he suggested i just by a screw cap for the drain outlet to see if that would solve the problem. He could have easily sold me a water heater but instead, for $2.50 he solved my problem. He provided a lot of useful information over the phone, which was appreciated. Thanks guys!

About a year ago, I had 4 different plumbers come and tell me that my bathtub was unfixable. I called in Boss and though they needed to open up the wall, they fixed the problem at a considerable savings to us.

I had them come out to perform a video inspection of my sewar line and to give me an estimate on the repairs. First off they charge money just to show up. Then they tried to pile on extra charges for me to even get an estimate ($150 to locate the problem, $100 to write up the report and submit an estimate). After all of that their estimate came in at over $17,000.

The first plumber I called for a second opinion offered to come out for FREE. He even performed a video inspection FOR FREE. (Boss Plumbing charged $250 for the same video inspection). The other plumbers high end estimate for the same job was $4,000. I called two other plumbers who each bid the job between $3,000 to $4,500.

Don't use these guys unless you are prepared to overpay! I called this plumber because they were in the area and was surprised to learn that they charge $89 just to come out and give an estimate (to move some plumbing in my kitchen). The estimate was absurd. about 3 times the other estimate! I was left with the feeling that their business model is based on those $89 fees they collect for giving estimates.
