I contacted Legacy Plumbing because of a leaking toilet and to get some help with isolating the source of an odor coming from a guest bedroom bathroom. The usual solutions for getting rid of the odor were not working. A master plumber called me back and offered some ideas in isolating the smell. He had some great ideas that I tried. I appreciated the call with the ideas! Cole and Kameron were the crew that came to the appointment and they were AWESOME!

The job was to replace and toilet and check for sources of an illusive odor in that particular bathroom. Cole offered options along the way to reduce the cost of the project. He showed me the cracked flange in the sewer connection and gave me an estimate to fix it. When finished, Cole showed me how to change the parts on the inside of the toilet and how to easily remove the seat lid.

Finally he did a free water heater check and offered another idea about tracking down the odor in the bathroom. No other plumber has ever been so customer service oriented! Legacy Plumbing has a new loyal customer!

Ahndre, Luis and Travis came out to my house in less then one hour notice to replace my gas water heater and also fixed the pressure reducing valve (PRV) as well as the expansion tank. Super impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and thorough knowledge and quality of work! Will use them again. Thanks again for the hard work guys!

Legacy Plumbing was quick to respond to the Web request I put in and quick to get out to help fix my leaking garbage disposal. Kelly and Hubert were great and fixed the leak quick and even installed the soap dispenser that I had laying around. They went above and behind and I highly recommend!

Legacy Plumbing We recently moved back to Texas and purchased a house in Frisco. In the long process of renovating it we have had multiple plumbing issues to address. I researched many plumbing companies and finally decided on Legacy. When I first spoke to Thomas, I knew it was the right decision. We have never been disappointed with their workmanship!

They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Jeremy has been the lead in all of our projects. They completed a project that we were dreading because they needed to jackhammer the foundation in our office, dig down into the ground and replace a sewer line. They completed the task in an unbelievably short time and restored the foundation perfectly.

Great experience from start to finish. I needed a valve replaced under my kitchen sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. I called, they set an appointment, the tech communicated his arrival and showed up exactly as promised. The job was performed quickly and neatly. The price was fair and actually less than quoted as I already had the braided line they had planned on providing. Logan was professional, timely, friendly & polite. I honestly don't know what else you could want from a plumbing company.

Canon and team did a great job for us. Fixed a few minor issues as a courtesy. When it came to larger issues, they kept me informed and kept the costs low. I've had other companies try to up-sell the service. Legacy doesn't do this. They only fix what is necessary and don't recommend massive and costly improvements. I highly recommend Legacy and will use them again for all my family's plumbing needs.

We originally had a different plumber to our house to investigate a leak from our main line in our front yard. We decided to get a second opinion from Legacy Plumbing, and I am so happy we did! We had a major clog in our kitchen and unable to resolve on our own. We contacted Legacy Plumbing and they were very responsive to our request. Johnny was our service man and he did an awesome job. He was very thorough and explained the entire process end to end. We was able to get the major blockage resolved and ensure the pipe was cleared all the way to the street/sewer. Major relief. Contacted Legacy Plumbing to repair my Outside Water Hose Connections. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Steven and Mitchell arrived promptly and were very Professional. Had a slab leak. they sent a team of 2 very well trained men to my home and could explain the problem and possible solutions that were easy to understand. it's clear Legacy plumbing has developed an expertise in identifying and fixing leaking pipes under a cement foundation. they were very detailed in outlining the costs and what would be done. they finished in under 3 hours and the cost was what they quoted. no add on or extra cost. Mike and Adam were the leak specialists that Legacy Sent to my home. they are professional and you could tell they gave a special knowledge of repairing pipe leaks under a foundation. 5 stars.

He was very professional, explained the process in detail and proceeded with the repair. Add us to the list of very impressed customers. This operation is top notch. We called based on Yelp reviews and received a very thorough quote over the phone in about three minutes to have two water heaters replaced. When the service technicians arrived, they were on time, extremely professional, very competent and took the time to explain in great detail everything they had done and how to best maintain our new heaters. We don't have to hire plumbers often but if there is ever a next time, we will only call Legacy Plumbing.

Legacy Plumbing is a very professional company. On our initial call they asked good questions that enabled them to give an accurate quote for the job that needed to be done. Matthew and team did a fantastic job diagnosing and quickly repairing a crack in our main sewer line that had allowed roots to get into the line and cause a backup. They had to dig down four feet or so in the middle of a landscaped area of our yard but when they were done we couldn't even tell that it had been dug up. I've used Legacy Plumbing exclusively for the past 9 years and have always had good experience. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest out there, but more often than not you get what you pay for.

I have used Legacy Plumbing for several years now. Every single Legacy Plumber who has come to my house, have been friendly, professional, clean and well dressed and very personable. Jeremy and Jordan bonded with my dogs! Molly loved Jeremy! Mike and Hubert not only fixed my garage disposal, but Mike knocked down 2 wasp nest on my porch for me! Jeremy also noticed the wasp nest when he came and offered to get rid of them, but I didn't have any wasp spray.

Got the number of the company from a nextdoor post which was vouched by multiple more. I would like to thank their honesty and helpfulness. Called them for a task which wasn't exactly their domain. They didn't hesitate to tell that to me. After that they also recommend me to someone they trust and work with. I contacted the other company and they fixed my issue. Charged reasonably. I appreciate the help and honesty from Legacy Plumbing.

My water heater went out in the evening time last week, I texted Alex, who was prompt in his response at 9PM. He was out there the next day, kept me in the loop everyday of what was going on Legacy replaced my water heater did a great professional job. Alex and Henry were phenomenal, these guys were professional, very knowledgeable and worked with my family schedule. I would highly recommend these guys!

Matthew and Henry were incredibly professional. Legacy plumbing chose to send Matthew who is one of their seasoned technician, as one of the issues we had was with (lack of) hot water plumbing in certain units! So a) I appreciated they identified that this issue if not diagnosed correctly could potentially add up on cost and b) LP is transparent, honest, and not out to make a quick buck instead they are clearly in it for the long haul. They diagnose and present all options and scenarios and let you make the decision that best serves your need.

Gerald and Mitchel came on time to replace my bathtub faucet and valve and did an amazing job. Their integrity, honesty, and quality of work is unmatched. They make sure everything is good and clean the area really well after they are done with their work. Plumbers like them are one of the reasons I am a long time customer of legacy plumbing.

Mike and Adam came to give us a second opinion on the broken sewage pipe we had. At $5700 we figured a second opinion was worth it. They found that our pipe was NOT BROKEN- it was a calcium build up! They saved us more tan $6000!

Using Legacy Plumbing has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and thorough with their explanation of service fees and cost of repair. No surprises! Alex arrived on time which is always appreciated. He was meticulous in his work and cleaned up perfectly when he was done. I have lived lots of places and hired many plumbers along the way and Alex is by far the most professional, kind and knowledgeable plumber we've had. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the job that he does, and it shows.

I have used Legacy 3 times in the past 2 years. They are without a doubt the best I have ever experienced. On time, priced right, good clean work and they keep you updated on the project with voicemails or text. Absolutely awesome. I had Mike and and Ahndre on my last job - it was a leak in the water main. The crew that had to dig up the water main line were great and Mike and Ahndre were right there when it was time to put the new line back in.

They scheduled all of the inspections with the city and took care of everything so that the inspections were not a problem. Simply awesome. Hope none of you ever need a plumber but if you do, go with Legacy Plumbing and if you're real luck you might get Mike and Ahndre to fix whatever issue you have.

If you're lucky to live long enough, and you live in the same home for several years, you'll encounter lots of problems with fixtures that you might take for granted. Generally, I'm a do-it-yourselfer and don't rely on someone else to repair stuff unless it's major, like jacking the foundation. I've replaced the water shutoff valve to my house twice.

Not the one at the water meter (which belongs to the city), but the one in the ground just outside our front door. And, yes, they do wear out. Deposits build up on the inside and rust takes it's toll on parts on the outside. One of the fittings started leaking just a little, possibly due to the Texas snowmageddon a few months ago. Doesn't take long for a drip to turn into a trickle, so the time came for a fix. Digging in our sticky clay soil is a real chore and I've reached that point where I'll let someone else take over this task.

After plenty of research, we decided that Legacy Plumbing was our best choice for the job. Alex and Tyler showed up on time and ready to get their hands dirty. After confirming the quote that we were given over the phone, they were obviously ready to get started. We were impressed at how friendly and thoughtful they were, explaining what they planned to do and answering our questions. Then, they dug up and replaced the valve and back filled it in about an hour.

They left the area so clean that you wouldn't know that they've been here. I've got a good friend who's a plumber and he isn't as nice to me as Alex and Tyler! I mentioned that rust causes valve failures. My new one is a 1 stainless ball valve. Even the handle is stainless, so no rust problem. Bottom line: the bill was very reasonable, the work was professional and we're very satisfied.

Alex and Jeremiah did a fantastic job for us! We first had low water pressure and then a few weeks later all the pipes in the house started rattling. Alex clearly explained the cause and what he recommended. Gave us a great deal on replacing the pressure regulator valve along with two new water heaters. Once the job was complete Alex explained how everything worked. For such a big job the work was done quickly and professionally. Alex and Jeremiah left the install areas very clean. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!

Great work, and great timing. Can't say enough about Legacy plumbing. We will use them again when needed.

Johnny was very neat and clean while installing my new disposal. Tested it several times to make sure there were no leaks. Gave me great advice regarding what I can and can't put into it. Even offered to put back all my cleaning products! I will be using Legacy again.

Very knowledgeable. Kelly came out & explained our problem & how he would repair it. They checked everything when finished. Have put up with substandard work from other companies so long that we had forgotten what good tradesmen were like. It was refreshing. They are definitely our "go to" plumbing company now.

This business is great. Used them to fix an outside leaking faucet that would leak inside the wall, they removed the broken pipe and fixed it with a new pipe in just minutes. The new fitting is awesome! Price is good and they are professional, they show up on time, ask questions and explain what they did. Number one choice for me. Used them a few years back and remembered how good they were, they are still that good. Highly recommended!

Having resided here a short time, we brought them in to service a neglected tankless eight year old water heater, change out the guts of a toilet, clear bathroom drains, and fully inspect and replace where needed all plumbing fixtures and valves throughout the house.

Both gentlemen were extremely thorough and made a point to go back and recheck all the work performed. As a courtesy, Kelly showed us where the water valve in the home was located and shared some tips on how to both maintain and clean the plumbing fixtures.
