Water Works Plumbing

I have used Water Works Plumbing for several years for several jobs. Each and every time James and his crew have overperformed. I can't say enough about these folks. It's amazing how cleanly they can perform a dirty job. Thank you, Water Works Crew! I'm sure I'll be calling you again soon.

James and his associate David just left our house. The interaction started pleasantly enough; they were right on time and put booties on their shoes to keep our floors clean. Unfortunately, things went south pretty quickly. James was wearing his mask over his mouth but not his nose. My husband asked him to keep his mask on fully because we're in the middle of a pandemic. James fully took off his mask and responded, "Maybe you shouldn't be remodeling your house in the middle of a pandemic. We're outta here." He grabbed his tools and left immediately, which we have on camera.

On Angie's List, Water Works Plumbing advertises: "We are taking additional precautions to protect our customers", which it turns out isn't true. So, if you're cautious about the pandemic and you'd like your workers and contractors to wear a mask properly, Water Works plumbing probably isn't for you. If you don't mind folks not wearing masks correctly or walking off when you ask them to do so, then they might be for you.

My husband and I have worked with other contractors, landscapers, and other various workers - inside and outside our house - since the pandemic began and everyone has been very respectful, including those that we had to remind to wear a mask. James is the first person to walk off. Cheers!

I have used Water Works Plumbing for several years. They are fantastic! They do fast quality work. They just finished a job of replacing our water main to the house. They dug up the yard replaced the pipe and put the yard back the way it was. I highly recommend their work!

Great service and honest pricing. We had James install a faucet for us and also diagnose a problem with our irrigation system. He went above and beyond to help us even if the irrigation problem was outside his area of expertise. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend it to anyone who needs an honest plumber.

I was assigned Water Works Plumbing by my home warranty company and couldn't have been more happy with them. Our tankless water heater was not making hot water. Eliseo came out the same day and tried to diagnose the problem. He figured out it was not an easy fix. He needed to replace some parts. The parts had to be special ordered and arrived the next business day. Julie in the office called me as soon as the parts arrived and Eliseo came over ASAP to install them.

My family had hot water again without delay. Also spoke with James in the office. Everyone was very professional and polite. Communication was easy. I would hire them again for any plumbing issues in the future. We were initially assigned another plumber that basically looked at our water heater and said there was nothing wrong and it needed maintenance. They wanted $300 to descale the tank and clean the burners. I am so happy that the people over at Water Works figured out what was really a wrong and fixed it.

They just came and fixed my downstairs toilet in Stevenson Ranch. Eliseo and Cesar. Very nice young men - polite and informative and did a great job. Home warranty took care of the bill and all good. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 young men. This was the 3rd or 4th plumbers I have used from the home warranty company and these guys were by far the best and easies to deal with. On time, efficient, and polite! The office girl was excellent too. Top to bottom - great experience.

Water Works Plumbing/ Eliseo serviced my home on two separate occasions and performed expertly both times. Super friendly, efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Had a plumbing issue in January at my rental property and just couldn't figure out the problem. Had another plumbing company come out in December and they did a terrible job attempting to fix the problem. Lo and behold, our problem was assigned to Water Works and we were so grateful to receive their assistance. A young man named Eliseo came to our property and he is simply gifted and an expert in his craft.

Any company should feel honored to have a worker so passionate and skillful in what he does for a living. Eliseo assessed the problem immediately, fix it fast, and communicated with myself and my renter throughout the entire process. Eliseo sent a thorough report via email with pictures and he was extremely professional throughout. I must add that the receptionist that setup the appointment was very professional and attentive before the visit as well. I am very happy with the service I received and I would gladly go back to Water Works for future plumbing issues.

I want to send a shout out to Eliseo. I called several plumbers in the SCV to provide me an estimate for a punctured gas line in my garage caused by a failed DYI project and after receiving a few quotes that were ranging from $500 to $1,150 and no one with the exception of Eliseo was the only plumber that took the time to properly access the situation, by actually looking at the area by cutting out more of the drywall and seeing how he can do the best and efficient repair to make sure it was approved by the Gad company and wouldn't have issues in the future.

After he gave me an estimate which I found reasonable, he also indicated that if any issues arise, it would be at their expense and no hidden costs appeared on my final invoice. This also included a one year warranty. In the future, if I have any plumbing issues; I will be using Water Works Plumbing as long as Eliseo is sent to my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

I am so glad that I found Water Works Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. I am very particular (okay maybe even a perfectionist) with who I hire to take care of our home repairs and Water Works fits my high standards. Every time I call I get the owner, James himself, who is very accommodating and fits me in when it works for both of us, which can even be the same day.

He and those he hires are reliable, honest, and knows their stuff. He and/or his crew are on time or let you know when they should arrive. They assess and then explains what they have to do and how much it will cost for them to take care of it, which has been the most REASONABLE of all the Plumbing companies I have used in the past. So I strongly recommend using Water Works Plumbing!

An extraordinarily unprofessional organization that is clearly not focused on service or taking care of it's potential customers. We had an estimate completed and I had called to schedule the actual work to be done. Since I've never had professional plumbing work done at my home before, I finished the call by asking how I would contact in the event of any questions or concerns, etc.

The owner, James, immediately switched gears in one of the most awkward and unprofessional turnarounds I've ever witnessed and said he refused to work with me. I thought I must have misheard him at first but I hadn't. I was fully prepared to accept the fact that his plumber was an unexperienced apprentice and not a journeyman, and he was a good kid that was very polite, but there's no way that I would ever allow a business to do work on my home with such a poor service ethic and who is so scared of standing behind their work that even the mention of a question would cause this reaction. There are dozens of other highly qualified plumbers in the SCV. One of them just earned my business.

Worst communication and service company. I found them rated highly on home advisor thinking it was a good bet. I was extremely wrong. I scheduled them to come check out almost two days later. I had to leave work to make the times offered. They call me about 4 time in between to see if I can fill a cancelled appointment and telling me the plumber will be here soon.

The "plumber" or maybe a 17 year old kid shows up at the door telling me $89 for me just him verifying the leak. On their website it says free estimates. Never once was this rate mentioned to me in the 4 times I spoke with the company. I pay the rates disclosed to me and for work to be done. They waisted their time and money and my time! What I don't do is get taken advantage of by companies who have hidden costs and want to take advantage of you because you are desperate.

Now I can't trust this company and home advisor! I'd also like to add that even after all this the company just said "oh you can go ahead and find a new company if you would like" Thanks! I obviously will! Your customer service is terrible!
