Had a serious leak under the kitchen sink found it on late Saturday morning. My garbage disposal needed replacing. Rapid Plumbing came out in an hour as they promised after I called. Hector diagnoissed the problem and fixed it. The work is garanteed for one year. He was professional thorough and very polite The fee was reasonable I will refer and call on Rapid Plumbing again when needed I have every confidence in this company Thank you L. We called them to do a repiping job on our house, got a quote and accepted the quote. They started the job without the proper equipment and decided to use my equipment, a ladder and a vacuum cleaner, had to buy a new filter when they were done. not only did they not have the tools but didn't have enough supplies either, making the job longer, which had already been made longer with their long lunches, and naps during their work.

In most instances, only one of the two had actually been working on the project. On another day I had two vehicles parked outside my house, but I can't possibly understand why, because he left after 45 minutes after he arrived, didn't even leave the van. by the end of the 8 days to do the job they left the old lines in both bathrooms for the sinks and toilet, soldered the outside hose bibs on so I can't change them if needed, gave us improper sized lines throughout the house, forgot to add a line for the dryer after they removed the old one, and did not ground the water heater after they disconnected it. I've called them three different times to talk to the supervisor and the receptionist has only ever told me that he would call me back later. poorest plumbing job I ever had. From now on, I'm checking reviews before I do any kind of work on my house.

NEVER, EVER use this company! They installed a faulty (used) water heater and it never got the water fully hot. They said it wasn't their problem. Then the water heater broke (giving NO hot water) and the hater was somehow leaking gas for several weeks. My gas bill went up $120 one month, and the owner refused to reimburse me, even though it was well-documented on my SDGE bill and the SDGE spokesperson said that was exactly what happened. It took FIVE calls to even get through to the guy, and he was extremely rude. Stay far away from this company.

I had Marcus come over on a Sunday and he was late. He told me he would have to come back after he gets the parts he will need. He said he would be here today Monday around noon. He never called or showed up. I called the company 4 times and was told they would contact him and he would call. They said he will call in an hour. I waited and NO CALL!

I called them again and Hector told me that Marcus will not be able to make it out today! Hector knows he has a terrible job and he got mad when I started screaming after I wasted the whole day waiting for "RAPID" plumbing to show up. I want everyone reading this that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT CALL THEM! Thanks for nothing Rapid Plumbing. I hope you go out of business soon.

I would STRONGLY ADVISE anyone with ANY SORT of plumbing issues that you NOT hired Rapid Plumbing. They have used under qualified plumbers, they do not honor their contracts and agreements, and in general are what I would consider a VERY DISHONEST company. I have put in call after call and been told they would come out and do not. I have also been told the supervisors would call me back-They did not.

I will be speaking to the General Manager on Monday & will see if he has a solution.basically standing behind what HIS PLUMBERS said they would do. There will be more posts to come.because I am ready to take them to court! They are trying to get out of the work that was agreed on.because they hired a plumber, who flat out LIED, and underbid MANY jobs, costing the company a lot of money, for which I am sorry.

Now they are trying to get out of making right what was done improperly. They were supposed to run a completely separate line for the two toilets in my home straight to the sewer line but the plumber decided to cut corners & connect it to my garage line and I have had raw sewage come up several times. It could be easily fixed.but they choose NOT to HONOR the agreement they made! Stay tuned. More to come after Monday, October 1st, 2018. I had to give them a one star rating because it would not allow me a no star option.

These guys are awful! They have no clue how to fix a plumbing problem and when you call them it takes them 1-2 hours to come out there once they give you a time. They are crooks!.DON'T EVER USE THEM! If I could give them a negative rating I would. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

I agree with the others here "Complete Scam Job" they took us for $13,000. And never repaired our original problem. Now they want $9,000. to repair what they were originally called out to fix. Find someone else, don't let them scam you with their "Military Discount" "senior discount" or any other sweet talk, it is all Bull!

Take my advice, don't use them. I should check the Yelp review before I ordered services from them. Lots of hidden cost

I was highly impressed with the courteous service that (Peter) provided. It was late at night at Our place of buisness in Hemet Ca. We had a very bad Slab leak in our kitchen. They new exactly what to do and broke through the cement after cutting the tile carefully. The pipe was cut out and replaced quickly and we had the water restored. Also He explained to us that since it was a huge hot water leak. That was the reason for our water heater troubles. After everything was said and done.everything was working! What an awesome and QUICKLY responsive company. Thanks PETER

Do not use this company! We have been in touch throughout the entire weekend with their dispatch for a technician that never seems to make it out to our property! When he finally shows up he's unable to take care of our tub drain and leaves it a mess! There is caked dirt in our tub, and the problem has not been resolved!

Three cheers for Dominick! My daughter was home alone while I was on business when my neighbor noticed a crack in my water main. Dominick came out within an hour, calmed her down, made a wonderful suggestion to box the cracked joint to protect it from heavy trucks that occasionally drive over the area and stayed with her until he was sure everything was working and there were no further leaks.

I am going to attribute the variation in quality to the individual plumbers employed by Rapid Plumbing. So, with that in mind I urge anyone in the San Diego area (my home is in North County) that you request Dominick - I know I will in the future. Thank you Rapid Plumbing, and THANK YOU Dominick!

Laziest guy I ever met, unprofessional, didn't even show up to the appointment on the day it was scheduled. Shows up a day late and then doesn't even have the parts needed to fix it and then has the audacity to call and ask me to drive 40 miles to pick up the parts he should have brought in the first place and then deliver it to him, and home depot was right down the street from where he was doing the job. To put it nicely, absolute waist of time and money.

Do not, I repeat, do not use these guys.con men, liars, cheats, and crappy plumbers. I've been waiting 24 hours for the return scheduled appointment of Mike. Nice enough young guy, but he is apparently 'scheduling' appointments too make sure he gets over time pay. He uses the same routine each time he shows up.need a more powerful jetter, longer snake, you need the camera.blah, blah, blah.you need to speak to the supervisor. I'm tired of lies and excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS.

Well it's been twenty six plus hours and still they don't know what the heck they are doing. They have apparently have me confused with another client and won't listen to me explain that they are confused. They think they used a camera on my drain but haven't, they think they came out yesterday, but they didn't. They are the absolute worst.

Rapid plumbing my ass! Called these idiots at 12pm by 4:30 they still could not give me a straight answer as to when the plumber would arrive. Their site says 60 min response time. Don't believe that and don't ket this company waste your day. I cancelled the appointment and am glad I did after seeing these other reviews.

I had a backed up kitchen sink. I called them to get a plumber out. They told me they would call within an hour and a plumber would be on the way. I waited an hour and I got a call back. They cancelled. What a waste of time. I think these guys are a answering service that sells plumbing leads to local plumbers. Avoid.

Not going into much detail but was seriously ripped off. Plumber was nice enough but treated my clotted sink like a sale not a straight price; Said he would snake it for 149.00, Used a snake but he said was not long enough (I live in a condo), 2nd he said I will have to use my hydro line but it will cost you about 300.00. When that didn't work he said; I will use a really long snake but that will cost you 550.00.

That ended up working in less than 1 minute! HOLY MOLY! The plumber was not prepared to do any job. "Mam do you have a bucket or a big bowl? He used my glass bowl under the pipes. Made a huge water mess in my cupboard, "Mam do you have any towels?" It was very difficult for him to lay on the floor but he did so with kicking water, and food bowls over.

I evened up moving table chairs wayyyyy out of the way. Did not wipe it up any water spillage nor sink yuk instead he left it on the floor walked thru it leaving muddy prints all over and walking on my carpet (Really yukky). Upset me a bit he did not clean up after himself. I don't want my money back (that is shame on me, I didn't check this company out).

Just look elsewhere for a reputable company. I waited a few days to calm down before attempting to call the supervisor. His name is Enrique. What a gold mine he is!.had nothing to say, not even an apology. Said he would look into it and give me a call back. Never heard from him. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. There are several existing complaints already there about Rapid Plumbing.

Man that speaks volumes. Please take the time to file a complaint there as well. Although they are not accredited with the BBB at the will follow up and get involved and it will be on record.

I call and call and call and. It takes now three weeks to fix the sink!? I paid already. I called again and I called again and asked for the manager. No call back! I asked for the name of the manager! No answer! Very strange!

My water heater needed to be replaced. The tech came out, took a quick look at it and said its done. I asked how much to replace it and he told me $1600 at the very least. He said its expensive to replace a 75 gallon water heater. He then called his boss a verify the price and then told me he was wrong a that it would be $2500! I was like no way! There was no way I was spending that much on a water heater!

My family showed up as the tech was leaving. Turns out it was a 50 gallon heater, it cost me $600 at Home Depot and my cousins replaced it. This whole scenario took place in a 3 hour time frame. So be cautious of the outrageous pricing of this company. The tech was friendly and he could have made a mistake, but I truly think he was trying to rip me off. Sucks so bad.

In my case is different. I called the website number and was directed their dispatch. They sent out a very eager plumber. Eager to locate and fix the problem. I ended not getting the job done because they need a leak locator, and they didn't do that. He was very helpful in looking for the back flow pipe and was determine to get it fix properly. I still have to call him in order to fix my back flow pipe.

SCAMMERS AND SENIOR ABUSERS. I kid you not. Don't let these guys anywhere near your home or family. They did a so-called repair for a senior in my family and tried to charge $12,000. Yes Twelve Thousand! The repair didn't even work. Family members went after their corporate office with both barrels and they reversed all charges, thankfully. However, this will not stop me from telling every review/website/neighbor to avoid these guys at all costs. They should be put out of business.

I called on Monday for a shower drain problem. probably hair clog, and it is now Tues evening and they still have not arrived. Also, I am getting many excuses, all of which sound bogus. I have decided it's time to call another business who values their customers. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

We had a flood in a bathroom in our office. We googled plumbers in our area. Rapid PLumbing came up. The advertise that they will be at any job within 60 minutes. We called and placed an order, again they said they would be out within 60 minutes and a driver would call when on way. 60 minutes passed and nothing. So I called back. Office said they had a driver in our area but he was not answering his phone, once they got ahold of him they would call us right back within 10 minutes. WELL 20 minutes passed and still no call.

We started our google search again and found Hendricks Plumbing. Rich said he would be at our office within 10 minutes. Needless to say I called Rapid Plumbing and cancelled our order because a tech never showed up. They never APOLOGIZED, just said OK.

Outrageously priced. Not reliable, were over an hour late 2 times. would not recommend them to anyone. kay

After calling several plumbing companies and listening to them tell me about a waiting list, i called rapid plumbing and a technician came out within an hour. I was ridiculously stressed about having to turn off my main water valve until i got the problem fixed, especially being pregnant and dealing with a 5 year old. Rapid plumbing sent out Jonathan (the technician) and he was VERY courteous and explained everything to me. Thankfully he even respected the inside of my house and wore booties to cover his shoes so he wouldnt track any dirt into my house.

After inspecting the leak, he informed me that i had a significant amount of water damage under my house and had a restoration company come out and explain to me everything that needed to get done. Im glad he did because all this stuff is new to me. Im also glad he took pictures of under the house, because i refuse to go under there myself. but i also wanted to know what was going on and what was causing the leak.

He left me the piece that he replaced as well as forwarded the pictures he had taken so i could see the damage for myself. After all was said and done, we walked to the water meter and he showed me what to look for in the future. I am VERY thankful Rapid Plumbing was able to come out and i would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue! :) Thanks jonathan!
