Two Men from Wyman's Plumbing came in recently, Pulled out my tub shower and installed new shower. They were done before the day was over. Left the area very clean and I love my new Shower. What impressed me the most is they seemed to really enjoy their job and were patient with my questions. Good job/ Service: Shower installation

Installed a new outdoor water line. Hours charged included time tech. needed to leave to obtain parts not stocked on his truck. Tech. also needed to fix issues the previous (same company) installer initiated incorrectly. Upon first use found it to be non-functional. Refused to stand behind their work. Offering only another paid appointment nearly 4 weeks later. They then claimed this was due to non-payment, but in the same conversation confirmed we have a $0 account balance with them.

We have used Wyman Plumbing for various reasons several times over the past 8 years. We always had great service and I have recommended them many times to my customers and fellow realtors. However the last 2 calls have been disappointing. The first call I was having trouble with my toilet flushing and they came out to discover a small tube had merely come loose.
He push it back in place, literally 30 seconds, and they charged me 125.00. Then recently I discovered my kitchen sink leaking on a Tuesday evening. Called first thing Wed to have them come out and I was told it would be Monday. I told the person who answered, I was unable to use my sink to which she replied, that's all that is available. I found another company that was able to come out that same afternoon.

Had a bad experience. I am sorry to say : ( My hot water handle could not be turned off. I read the reviews on Wyman and called them. "Jason" came out to fix the problem. The problem was that my hot water faucet would NOT turn off. I explained this to the person who answered the phone and to "Jason" who came out. Jason put two new handles, (the same exact ones I had on there) on my shower handles.
The bill came to $290.29. The problem was NOT fixed. My shower still would not turn off. I called Wyman and asked them to please come back and fix the problem. The lady who answered the phone told me the problem WAS fixed. I explained to her that I still had to call my next door neighbor, (a gentleman) to turn off my hot water faucet. She said, , "Well if he can turn it off it must be fixed." I explained that it was not fixed and asked them to please fix it.
She said, "NO." She went on to say that if I wanted it to be fixed they would have to tear out the tile and put in "levers." I asked if they would put some of my payment of $290.29 towards fixing it. The lady on the phone said NO. It is still not fixed. One of the worst experiences I have had. My hot water faucet is still not turning off. I use my bathtub now and just use my shower if I have to wash my hair.
I am very unhappy with 1) Not having my shower fixed, 2) Wyman telling me it was my fault. I have decided to dispute the charge, as the problem was clearly NOT FIXED. I would not recommend Wyman as they did not fix my problem and instead charged me $290.29 for a set of the same plastic handles I had, (the handles were fine). I had a friend come over who unscrewed the left leaking handle and showed me the deteriorated plastic underneath which could not "grab" the faucet and thus the leaking left handle. My water bill is outrageous. Wyman treated me and my plumbing problem I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WYMAN TO ANYONE.

Ordered Kohler toilet seat mid May. I called and sent two pics of toilet and seat. We were told two weeks to receive. Th first one came and was the wrong seat. I called, gave the toilet model number and they said another two weeks. Fortunately I returned the first seat and got a refund. The desk person was not only unfriendly but downright rude. It is now 8 weeks from the first order and still no seat.
They promised to call when it was in. RIGHT! Finally called a distributer in downtown Sarasota and they not only have the seat in stock but several models to choose from at a good price. P.S. To have it installed (a toilet seat!) they wanted an exorbitant amount for the service per hour and the clock started ticking from the time they left the shop. GO ELSEWHERE!

The plumber they sent was very polite. Unfortunately it took several visits to figure out the issue and the dispatcher was extremely difficult to deal with. I was told on the initial call that as a new customer, payment would be expected at time of service. No problem. When I tried to pay, the plumber said "that's above my pay grade" and told me they would bill me.
Couple of weeks later toilet isn't flushing again. Called in, same dispatcher, she asked why I hadnt paid at time of service. I explained plumber's comment, shared that I had sent payment. She stated that there would "be a meeting with these guys". Honestly, I just want my toilet fixed, not to be dragged into office politics. Few more weeks, toilet isn't flushing.
I call in only to be told by same dispatcher that they have no record of me as a customer! I go back, look up cancelled check, call back and voila! They find me! No apology though, more like it's my fault that I've been misplaced in their system. Now told we need a new toilet. Giving up. Starting over with someone else.

Had a Saturday emergency at condo. Plumber they sent did not know the layout of our building as far as the way it was put in. Had a clog in line only affected the bathroom of my unit and next door. 4 units above us were not having problem but the clog he thought was broken line. It was when a snow bird came back opened his unit and the sludge build up came down and caused the problem. They need to send same plumber to same buildings.
