An AC system that won't work is frustrating, especially on a weekend; equally frustrating is calling multiple service providers that don't return your call. Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning is the only provider that returned my call, and provided after hours service. The cost is completely reasonable, and the service technician, Nathan, is personable and professional. Exemplary customer service!

Anderson Heat and Air did a heroic job of fitting me into their busy repair schedule. The office staff was polite and organized, they called me in advanced to advise when the tech would arrive. Dalton arrived on time was polite and professional. He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. Anderson Heat and Air are wonderful. Highly recommend this company.

We have lived in Fayetteville for 41 years. Anderson Air has serviced and replaced our HVAC systems for that entire time. They have proved to be reliable and reasonable. Timothy, Felix, and Logan just finished installing two new systems in our home today. They did an excellent job and we would welcome any of them back in our home for periodic service

The repairman, Victor Martinez came out in a timely manner. Saw what the problem was fixed it in minutes. He was very professional and efficient and saved us a lot of money. David came out and was so professional and really knew so much about our unit. This was a 1-year-old furnace which we had so many problems with. He found several things wrong that he had to fix and also detected a carbon monoxide leak. We are so thankful for Anderson Air for their wonderful service and thankful for David. They came out in record time after we called them also. We will be using them anytime we have a heating and air issue. Thank you all.

Called to have someone ck out AC unit. Lady said tech would call when on the way. Never heard anything back from the company. Started calling late afternoon to see if they were still coming. Phone rang and rang, no answer, no answering service. Finally gave up at 6 pm. I have asthma and spent one of the worst nights of my life waiting for my ac to be checked. Will not call them again, make sure you are not confusing this company with "Bud Anderson" definately not the same company and horrible customer service.
