Had a great experience all around with Sleuth Leak Detection. Office was very responsive to my needs and got me scheduled quickly. The service technician was amazing. He communicated with me the morning of my appointment with estimated time of arrival and called when he was on his way. The technician worked hard to find my leak with pin point precision! Highly recommend.

As a business own as well as a consumer it was a great to have this business provide us this service. We acutely discovered a water issue in our home and they responded ASAP. Their service representative Matthew Booth came out and went right to work assessing our situation and quickly discovering the issue. He explained everything very concisely and included his recommendations. If needed we highly recommend this individual and this company.

Been doing business with Sleuth for a few years now and they have always came through, but, this time I have had my doubts that not even Sleuth could find an underground leak with no visible water coming out of the ground, we only knew there was a leak because the water meter was spinning rapidly while everything was off. To my surprise after a while, BAM!

Located in South Florida we had a crazy electric bill caused by our instant water heater running continuously. I called a well respected local plumber and was referred to Sleuth. Bobby from Sleuth called day of appointment to confirm time of appointment, he then showed up on time, and quickly got to work. Bobby was very respectful and efficient. Within minutes he pinpointed the leak and was able to provide a temporary fix.

I HIGHLY recommend Sleuth and Bobby. I would definitely use Sleuth again in the future (although hopefully we won't need to!). From the beginning they were upfront with costs and were happy to answer any questions I had.

Sleuth Leak Detection is one of the most professional and well-managed company I have ever done business with. Marty was the first technician that arrived on time at my house, he was exceptionally professional, polite, knowledgeable and did everything he could to solve the problem. At some point Marty decided to call a second technician from Sleuth, Colby to investigate further and understand what was going on.

They spent several hours and had many different challenges; however, they managed all the challenges and exceeded successfully. Our plumber recommended this company to us. I'm so glad he did. Our leak was very small, and it kept closing during their testing, so they had a hard time tracking it down. Eventually, they pinpointed it in the foundation. They presented us options for next steps. We asked them to proceed with a temporary repair which was a minimal increase in cost. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would use this company again in a heart beat and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Our plumber recommended Sleuth to come out and help us find a suspected leak in one of our bedrooms. Matthew Booth was so professional, thorough, and informative. He spent a lot of time running tests and checking the inside and outside of the house until he finally found the issue. As new homeowners, he gave us so much useful advice on how to resolve the issue with our plumber and painter, as well as best practices moving forward.

I will absolutely be calling Matthew at Sleuth in the future, should any other issues come up! Highly recommend, very professional from the time of booking, to the end of the service.

Can't thank Sleuth enough. I discovered mildew and standing water under my tile during a renovation. He ruled out other causes quickly and provided tons of important info on water vapor, products to stop it etc. He charged a small fee and was in his way. I followed his advice and did my own research on vapor barriers and this solved the issue. Not to mention I saved thousands on additional work that wouldn't have fixed my problem. Thank you!
