We called Rozga plumbing on a Friday morning when the upper tenant's water heater went out. Technician Ray was able to help out on short notice and provided excellent service. Went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Very respectful in our home even with a curious cat in his way. Ray pointed out a few other things that might cause issues down the road, and I'll definitely call Rozga again to help with preventative work. Thanks again, Ray!

Eric and Ray were fantastic to work with. They were here to fix a partially collapsed sewer lateral. They were very professional and friendly. They were very courteous of our hardwood floors and laid out fabric in order to protect the floors as they were in and out with tools and debris. If I'm in need of plumbing work in the future, I would happily invite these kind folks back no problem!

Our old house has been nothing but problem after problem since we bought it last year, but Rozga has been there to help with every plumbing project. They are professional and have an answer to all my questions, no matter how small or large. Their pricing is fair for the peace of mind. They are also very communicative-- the first few places that scoped our pipes didn't offer any photos or videos, but Arnold at Rozga walked me through video and even drew up helpful diagrams. I give them an A+ even though they gave my Plumbing a F.

The responsiveness was impressive and I love their state of the art use of technology to communicate and process everything with the customer. Matt was very professional and diligent. He powered through the job that actually was much more than a typical faucet repair. He made sure I didn't have any questions about any other plumbing concerns in the house and I actually did have a couple questions that he answered. Next time I need a plumber again, I will use Rozga!

I've used Rozga to replace nearly all of the plumbing in my house (1930 galvanized pipes). Every rep I've had in my house has been direct and honest about the work needing done and addressing any concerns over had. They've come across some issues with my plumbing and couldn't resolve the same day but we're out later the same week to finish the job.

Alan who came out for our water leak was very professional and explained many things along the way. They make sure the homeowner has a clear understanding what is about to happen. Asked for an ASAP appointment, was told they had availability today. Shortly after, I got a text and an email that Ray was being assigned. Ray called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the start of my arrival window. He deftly handled the issues, was happy to answer my questions, was happy to walk my new basement and give his thoughts, which were that stuff will need updating, but nothing is currently critical. Repairs went efficiently. Ray was great. Never pushed sales, always willing to answer questions. Seemed knowledgeable. Will be calling Rozga for any and all future plumbing needs.

The guys arrived early and from start to finish they were top notch. The weather was typical Wisconsin snow and cold but these guys didn't flinch. The backhoe operator was a surgeon! I emailed Rozga on a Sunday at the end of January and was happy to get an email response the following day. I explained what I needed and was advised by a supervisor to send a picture and I did right away. I never heard back even after sending up a follow up email to that supervisor and voicemail to the main number. After weeks passed, I decided to go with an independent plumber. I find it unprofessional not to return messages from a potential customer. Luckily, I did not have an emergency request.

I called Rozga to take care of the rough plumbing work for a lower level remodel. I am handling the majority of the remodeling work myself and they were flexible, responsive, and willing to work with me including offering some trade tips. The provided estimate was close to the final billing and the work was completed per schedule and was very well done. All aspects went well and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Arnold was very professional and explained everything he did and why he did it. He offered me options of how to deal with my plumbing issues and gave guidance for future plumbing concerns based on what we saw. I recently moved into a house that had a weirdly oriented toilet that partially blocked the bathroom doorway. I called Rozga to reorient it. The work was completed quickly the same day and at a fair price. They also fixed some additional issues with the toilet from previous DIY projects. If I have any other plumbing needs, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I requested service, based on the good reviews. I was not happy with the service I received. The tech Jason told me I needed to replace the house trap in order to clear the sewer line. It was roughly a 6k job. I did receive a quote as requested. The charge was pretty steep and by the time I returned the same day, my basement was backed up with sewage.

I called the next day and was told the only thing I could do was to replace the house trap. They would not come back out. TWO DAYS LATER.another plumber was able to clear the whole sewer line to the street, past the house trap, with no problem. I feel taken advantage of. The cost to replace the house trap was extremely high according to my new plumber, by nearly double. I would not recommend this company.

This past summer, we abandoned the well servicing our property and completed the water service conversion to the city water supply. The decision to complete this project wasn't made without considerable consideration. The biggest question we dealt with, to begin with, was the cost of completing the conversion. Little did we know that there were other issues to be concerned about of equal importance to the price.

So I began to call plumbers that I had heard did this kind of work, the quotes I received varied by thousands of dollars. I noticed Rozga trucks in the area at several different homes during this process, so I decided to call them. I was connected with Steve Rabe. He was responsive and professional. He explained the conversion process and set reasonable expectations for us to consider.

The quote we received from Steve wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. When the day came, I was amazed. I began to understand the value Rozga brought to the job. The number of men and the equipment brought to the job was considerable. I wish I could remember the names of all the men there. Each one was as friendly and professional as the next.

They all took the time to tell me their role and how they would complete their job. The trucks, backhoe, frontend loaders, and other equipment belonged to Rozga. They knew what equipment was needed; they had it available and brought it to the job. The long and short of it is the job was completed successfully, on time, and under the quoted price. Yes, I did say under the quoted price. Thank you, Rozga Plumbing!

Great experience. I called for a quote and they came out 2 weeks later. Quote was competitive and I accepted based on other good reviews I read. Matt K came out and did the actually work. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained what was being done, why is was being done, and cleaned up when finished. He also finished faster than the quoted time so it was a pleasant surprise to be under the quoted price. I will definitely use Rozga for my future plumbing needs. Ethical company and quality work is why.

Eric & Jason did a great job with our water heater and floor drain, and they were efficient and thorough with their service. They were also quite helpful in addressing my questions about a number of other issues, and they gave me some great advice based on their extensive experience. The other thing I really liked about the experience is their customer service.

To be honest I wasn't expecting a plumbing company to have such as sophisticated user experience interface and the communication (phone/text/email) was great. They even sent a photo of the technician before he arrived so I knew who to look out for. 5/5 recommend.

I contacted Rozga plumbing after our lone toilet clogged and started backing up into the shower out of nowhere. We had water draining into the basement and it was a big mess. Not pretty at all. Rozga was able to send Ray out that afternoon thankfully. He arrived before the appointment after confirming it was okay to do so, which we were even happier about. Ray worked diligently to snake our drains and clear out an incredibly difficult clog, and was very thorough to make sure the clog was 100% clear and no leaks were present.

He was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. He also helped give us some info on future plumbing needs to replace our old cast iron drains (which we were looking to replace in the near future, ) and was so helpful and professional through the entire visit. Plumbers don't get enough credit for what they do on a day to day basis, and my wife and I truly appreciated the hard work Ray performed for us, as well as Rozga's great service. We will definitely turn to them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again.

I needed my tub unclogged and had exhausted my know how and before I went ahead and made things worse, I called Rozga Plumbing. Thank God I did! Shane arrived ahead of schedule and was able fix the mess in less than a half hour. ( I would like to think all my hours of work this morning helped but I know better). He was knowledgeable and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable and I now have a working tub again! Thank you Rozga Plumbing for the quick, excellent service, I want to say that they are highly recommended by me and will be spreading the word.

We had a terrible experience with Rozga. To start things off, they showed up at 8am when our time window was not supposed to be until after 3:00, when we were home from work. Then, after about an hour, we were told that there was an issue with the main line and that we would have to wait for the city repair crew. We were charged $170 for zero work being completed ($70 for a service charge, which we were happy to pay, but $100 for "work"), and with no timeframe or follow up in terms of when we could expect repair.

When we called the next day to speak with a customer service representative, we were told that we would get a call back after the weekend. No one returned our call or made any effort to follow up or remedy the situation. Overall, we were extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service with Rozga. We would have a difficult time recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

2 hour window is really annoying. Anyway, very personable and workmanlike, might be there right fit for your needs as long as you don't mind spending $160/hr for 4 hours.

Rozga has fair pricing - despite certain reviews that have zero idea what upcharge really is. Techs were great, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Quote was fair and they even finished under quoted amount - even after we added a couple of small projects on (replace 2 under sink spigots, re set a toilet, etc) It's really nerve racking trying to find a contractor for my home's needs. I'm glad I found a plumber I can trust! Will call again if needed (hopefully not though!);) Thanks again Steve and Brian @Rozga! And our tech too! (I wasn't home so I didn't get the name)

Since 2/2012, we've had Rozga install a power-vented hot water heater, a pressure assist toilet and just last Monday, a high-efficiency furnace. Jeff G. has always been prompt, courteous and professional. The techs that did each install were also very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Chris S. and Nate R. spent hours installing our furnace to ensure that everything worked correctly.

This being on an 85 degree day with high humidity! When Chris had problems connecting up to our new WiFi thermostat, Jeff came back and spent 2 hours troubleshooting and on the phone with Honeywell to get our thermostat connected. It turned out to be a network issue. I would highly recommend Rozga to anyone!

The service provided by every single team member of the Rozga team was professional and the quality excellent. We were in a very tough situation with a sewer back up issue in our basement and they responded quickly with support through a touch situation. The excavation of a 46' long 12' deep trench is a lot of dirt and the clean up was good. We have been so impressed with them that we are going to have them do our annual heating/cooling service needs.

Not only do I give them a most positive review. I also want to thank them for coming out on a busy day and taking care of a hot water pipe that broke. From the moment I called in to the office until the plumber left (after fixing the pipe), I felt that they cared for their customers and would solve my problem. I needed the valves under my kitchen sink re-plumbed because the previous people who remodeled the kitchen had the sink so tightly on top of the values that they could not be turned. Arnie at Rozga re-plumbed the valves and made the operational. He returned the next morning just to ensure that there were no leaks as we had to wait 6 - 8 hours to turn the water back on.

The pipe glue needed time to cure. He also repaired the sink faucet so that it now rotates without having to use 2 hands to push it side to side. He was very efficient and did excellent work. I am very happy. I don't know if they are more expensive as it is almost impossible to compare, but the work was absolutely done well and he did not waste any time. I will call them again if i need additional plumbing work.

Have had them maintain my furnace and clean my ducts for a few years. Called them on Monday to come out and put in a new AC. Receptionist told me the right person just stepped into a meeting and would call me back. Here it is Thursday, and no phone call. Seems they suddenly don't care about my business. Will call someone else for an AC, duct cleaning, and annual furnace check-up. Keep up the good work, Rozga.

I called Rozga Plumbing and Heating looking for a quote to install an additional outdoor water spigot at my home. The woman who answered the phone told me the plumbers were busy and that they would call me back. No one ever called.

Everything you'd like home service to be. Polite, pleasant, informative, on time, call ahead, patient, thorough. Great value - $126 for a furnace tune-up.

I have always received EXCELLENT service from the Rozga team. Our family have used them many years for any plumbing issues/needs we have in our home. They just finished installing a new water heater today, and the communication between the office and the service guys with us has been perfect. I feel there prices are very fair and I will continue to use them, and I always recommend them to our friends and family in the area.

Phenomenal service and expertise. We have had the plumbing team and the HVAC team do work on our house and the finished product is impeccable. I believe you will pay less when it is done right the first time - risk of call backs or complications or hidden fees from other companies. Great local, family focused company that is worth the money.

As I typed in their name to get the phone number for an upcoming project I saw how poor the reviews were - how can this be? After seeing the stellar reviews on Angie's List, I began using Rozga this year to complete some plumbing projects. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office team and the technician. The work was done well and although there were a few obstacles it was completed on time and on their estimate.

I am using them again for an HVAC issue. Hopefully this gives a little more balance! Everyone is quick to give the bad review but it does not necessarily give the full picture.

I was shocked by how expensive Rozga Plumbing is. I was charged nearly $1300 for replacement of a basic hot water heater at a duplex I own. Their trip charge is ridiculous. I will never use them again.

I'm surprised by the previous reviews on Rozga plumbing and heating. I have recently used them and have only great things to say about them. I never had any issues with the office staff when I went to schedule an appointment and / or inquire about some of the issues we were having in our home. Our service provider, Matt S., was very professional and spent a lot of time over the course of two visits to explain what the issues we were having in our newly purchased home were caused by and how we could fix them.

We had a slew of problems - leaking shower, corroded fixtures, low water pressure in the kitchen faucet, and a weird loud buzzing noise that could be heard outside the house when we turned on the hot water. Matt looked at our shower and explained that it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a tile issue - the previous owner used the incorrect grout causing water to seep through into the kitchen below.

We were told by other contractors we had come through after Matt suggested that was the problem and they all said the same thing - wrong grout used. We appreciated Matt's honesty and the fact that he spent time with us explaining the issues. Thank you!

Do not call them for troubleshooting. We were charged $300 for nothing. We also could not even apply this amount to an A/C unit. Very rude office staff. This company is supposedly run by a Christian owner. I think not

Am going to update my previous review to a 1 star due to the following. Recently experienced furnace problems so I called a different HVAC company because of the issues with Rozga with my water heater (see previous review). New HVAC company informed me that my Trane furnace that Rozga installed was not wired properly - the Trane furnace is a 2 stage furnace and Rozga wired it so that it would only go on low heat and the high heat/high fan didn't work. In addition, Rozga wired up the central humidifier into the furnace incorrectly.
