Joe and his son Mike were here to my house within 24 hours to check the main drain. It did overflow about a gallon of black water. While they were fixing it I requested my laundry tub faucet to be replaced. They came the next day to do that. I found out by accident that my sump pump was not working. I bought a new sump pump and Gary, the last son, put it in for me after the weekend.

Any messages I left on the phone were answered within 24 hours, and appointment times were made. I recommend this family of plumbers. They are reliable and answered all my questions. I will call on them as needed.

Our kitchen sink was suddenly not draining at all late at night on a weekday. Plunging it didn't work, and when we took off the p-trap, both drain pipes connected to it literally crumbled apart due to corrosion. At 8am the next morning, I called Reupert and spoke to the owner. He said they could be out that same morning. A couple hours later he gave me a call and let me know they were heading my way.

They came in, got right to work, unclogged the drain and replaced the old piping in about an hour. The cost was exactly what I had expected to pay (be sure to ask beforehand if you haven't been through this before) and I was able to pay with a card after service completion and got a receipt and detailed invoice. They are the best plumbers I've personally dealt with here in Milwaukee; it was fast, professional service and I'll definitely call them in the future if I need to.

My family has used Reupert Plumbing for years! My dad used to come in and talk with the owner and his son about projects he was working on and they were more than willing to offer advice. Of course whenever my dad had a project that was beyond his novice abilities, they always came out to get the job done! Since then the owner has passed and the son has taken over keeping the same quality of work as his father before him. Highly recommend!

Our sons engineering minds decided to investigate our kitchen faucet instead of reading a book as we had asked. They took apart the faucet head and both the collar and feeder hose dropped into the hardware casing. The collar wedged in and we had to replace the faucet. We called Reupert Plumbing just after their 8am open and they were here within an hour in the middle of a snowstorm!

The nut on the sink bolt was rusted on and had to be drilled through in order to release the old hardware. I ran to Home Depot as quickly as I could to get a new faucet and they promptly completed the work in about 90 minutes. Two-thumbs up for this responsive, local, family-owned business since 1945.

Our water heater pilot light would not light after a sewage back up. They were here same day within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. He was also able to change out 4 faucet cartridges. Excellent work and reasonably priced! He's been our plumber for 10 years. BEST PLUMBER EVER!

Joe and Gary of Reupert Plumbing were here with amazing speed to replace our leaking water heater. All was done quickly and wonderfully well. I'll never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. So nice to be in hot water again! Thanks, Joe and Gary!

I've heard such great things about them. On two different occasions I tried to contact them. Both time i left several messages & didn't get a call back. Not sure if they're still open.

I was able to text some pictures of our issues ahead of time which helped greatly. Scheduling was easy, quick service and a good value overall. Took proper COVID-19 precautions. We will call again for sure if needed.

Excellent service! Our bathtub drain was clogged, and nothing we tried would unplug it. After reading the reviews here, I decided to call Reupert Plumbing. As luck would have it, Joe was in my neighborhood. He was at my door in ten minutes. He unclogged the drain, and was very reasonably priced. Joe, the second generation owner arrived with his son, and both were very friendly! I'm so happy I found a family- owned business, whose prices are fair. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

I found Ruepert just by googling for a plumber. I called them because they were highly rated. I spoke to Joe and made an appointment. This guy is so professional. He stayed in constant contact.made a courtesy call, arrived when he said he would. Only performed work that was necessary. Reasonable rates. I will definitely call them whenever I need a plumber.

Joe and Gary came to the house to replace a bad sump pump. They were courteous and timely with their work. It was not a complex job except they had to work through a sealed crock due to our Radon mitigation system. They even answered my questions as they worked. Reasonably priced as well. I will call Reupert Plumbing again.

Set up an appointment to get a garbage disposal replaced. Plumber called right before the appointment and said he was looking for parking too long to make it worth his while. Apparently, he doesn't like jobs downtown. Don't let this guy waste your time like he wasted mine.
