Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent. This company was amazing to use. I entered in a message on Yelp about needing a leaking pipe fixed, at a very early hour in the morning and the owner got back to me quickly and was the first to respond. He answered my question and gave me a quote about what it would cost to fix it. There was an open spot for the next business day as well. The plumber that came out, Nick, he was thorough and was able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time as well as give me advice about things i should look at with other plumbing. He was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this company.

I've had Faust do several things for me from simple sump pump replacement to digging up the floor to replace a sewer line. Trustworthy, excellent service, on-time, fair price, done right. Was great that I could exchange emails with them beforehand to explain what I needed and get honest recommendations. I will use them for all my future plumbing work

They diagnosed the problem asap even before coming to our house. The response time was great and they fit us in the schedule for next day turn around. The service was quick and we were back up and running asap.

Professional and polite. Came on time and did the work and even unclogged my sink in basement. Didn't take too long. I would definitely recommend them and also use their services again if needed.

Hired them to snake the drain for my parents - they were efficient, effective, and transparent with pricing. The payment process was a little confusing because we were told that we could pay the technician in cash but when we tried to do so he told us to handle that directly with the office. We got a link in a few days to pay through a portal though so it was sorted without much issue.

Bryan helped me get an idea of my options to replace a leaking water heater. He also went through the pros/cons of tankless vs tank and what challenges we might have with my layout for a tankless model. The service work was done and everything was done quickly and with quality. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future for any additional work I need done.

This was the 2nd time I needed plumbing services from Faust. They have always been on time and able to diagnose and fix the problems. I also found their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn't work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again.

The water line to my toilet started leaking into my basement. I was very pleased that Faust was able to come out the next day and fix the problem.

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far.

The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now. Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

Had a great experience with them replacing our city water valve earlier this year! I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Faust Plumbing since September 13th trying to book a plumber. I kept getting the run around whereas the plumber had already did a previous job and the company was aware of the next request. Jodi finally booked the appointment after 45 days. I asked normal customer service inquiry to check out the person coming credentials. I asked Jodi for the name of the plumber, she responded Mark.

I asked for the full name. Like pulling teeth. Finally after so many lengthy minutes and my time she finally gives the last name. I asked for the plumbers plumbing license. She then provided the vehicle license, only after notifying her that there was no such Dept of Professional credentials with 4 digits. I had to wait several hours to get a response back.

I had asked would the plumber sent to the home be driving a company vehicle. Late response, multiple response requests that is not transparent customer service. Eventually, after hours passed I cancelled. The plumber still showed the next day. Bryan Faust should have discussed with Jodi her reluctance to be transparent, rather he responded I quote that I know how there company looks and discounted me like throw away trash.

One unprofessional communication came from the plumber stating that he didn't want to ever come back to that"lady" house. Sounds prejudiced as I paid with no incident the first time. I am "not" recommending this company, due to the fact that everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable with a stranger coming to their house. This was POOR, SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNEXPLAINED, AND BIZARRE TREATMENT and places anyone in an unsafe circumstances.

Great work for the church fixed a problem caused by the city. Our church backed up three times! Faust was Profesional and address the issues and gave us pictures to address the issue with the city of Milwaukee.

I really appreciated being able to converse electronically with Bryan regarding what services I needed completed and him providing an estimate the same way. The ease of doing business was key in my selecting him for my plumbing job. I needed: - A pedestal sink removed - A new vanity/sink/faucet installed in place of the pedestal - A toilet removed - A new toilet installed - A simple bidet installed - Another sink drain snaked - That same sink fixed so the stopper would keep the water in the bowl - A whole house filter installed Bryan quoted a fair price for all of these things and given that it was almost an entire days' worth of work, I accepted his proposal.

We agreed on a date and time and I looked forward to a number of things on my home list getting checked off. The plumber was about 25 minutes late, not a big deal. He also introduced himself as, "Plumber." I figured he would tell me his name later, but he never did. At any rate, Plumber did a good job with everything on the list and answered any questions I had.

Really the only issue was that the whole house filter was supposed to come with a special wrench to change the filter and it took a couple emails to Bryan to get that to me. I would definitely use Faust again.

Prompt and professional service. The plumber completed the work very quickly and explained to me all that was done.

These folks are awesome. I recommend them without reservation. They are extremely responsive and expert at what they do.

I contacted Faust after several failed attempts to unclog some basement pipes myself. I'm so glad I did! Extremely responsive, asking the right questions, and getting someone out to help immediately (who, by the way, showed up when they actually said he would; none of this waiting around during a four-hour window nonsense). The service was efficient and didn't leave a mess.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered advice on a few other plumbing-related questions I had about random things throughout the house. Would (will!) hire again!

Had prompt response from my inquiry. Estimate provided, & seemed reasonable. John arrived promptly, reviewed my issues (including one that popped up the night before the appt.) Explained ability to repair, & was most efficient getting the job done. Showed me defective parts with the unexpected repair, & fulfilled the job despite not having been part of the original request.

Upon completion, showed me everything done, explaining consideration where parts were worn, but not requiring replacement. Totally positive experience. John advised on future projects, admitting when he was unable to provide a definitive answer. Have yet to receive my invoice, so can't comment on value, (hence the "4") but including an unexpected repair, I'll be surprised if the cost remains within the estimate. Bottom line. great experience, great workmanship!

Faust Co. Inc. installed our garbage disposal in 2019. They pointed out that I need to lower the drainage before installing, which was overlooked by another plumber. I have been using the disposal for 2 years now and I am happy with it. I will use Faust Co. Inc. for future plumbing work.

Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

Lol, I can't describe the situations I've gotten myself in that Faust has gotten me out of. Fixing a sump pump, disconnecting radiators, rerouting a natural gas line, and much more. They have been prompt and always worked around my schedule. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

Just finished the second commercial project with Faust Co Inc as the plumbing contractor. New bathrooms, water heater, slop sink, etc. Outstanding service each time. Mark's work preparing for fixtures to be installed and installing fixtures is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations to help get the work done properly and on time. Bryan is also responsive and helpful when I call with questions or need to schedule work. Pricing has been more than fair. Going forward, I will not use anyone else. I would highly recommend Faust Co.

Faust was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend! Bryan(owner) responded to my request within an hour and was of great assistance when it came to a budgetary quote for the work I needed done. He immediately provided a rough timeline of when a technician could come to my house. Originally, it was going to be 5-7 days as my issue was not emergent. Next day Bryan reached and told me that there was a cancellation and he had a technician available same day. Technician came out and made quick and easy work to add a water line to my fridge and fixed my hot water pressure. Would recommend and will use again!

Still raving I've had the guys from Faust over a few times now for a variety of needs since my first call - leaks on our old cast iron well pump fittings, re-routing water lines for outdoor faucets so they go thru the iron filter, install of an in-line whole-house water filter, and even piping for a generator gas line. Staff has always been super friendly, they arrive on time and get the job done with reasonable fees. Definitely 5 star service and I'd recommend them any day.

One of the downsides of living in an aging home is the frequent need for repairs. In the last several years, we've had a few pipes corrode and leak in our basement. Thankfully, Faust Co. was on the case! We noted the leak on a Sunday, so I assumed my request to Yelp for local contractors would be unanswered until at least Monday or Tuesday. Within an hour, the owner replied to me with a quote and set up a time for the repair.

The quote was much more reasonable that projects we've had completed from other plumbers in the past, so we got it on the calendar right away. The plumber, Nick, arrived promptly at 8 am Monday morning to get things fixed. He came in a marked van, which I always appreciate. As a mom with three children, I always like to know I'm letting in the right person.

He introduced himself, came prepared with knowledge about the problem, and got right to work. Within 90 minutes, everything was tip top! He cleaned up his work space and we were ready to get on with our day. This was by far the best plumbing experience we've had in years. I'm really thankful we found Faust for this and all of our future repairs!

We have used Faust Co. three times now to help with a rental home. Fast turn around and great customer service. Jodi is exceptionally helpful in the office with the coordination of work. The plumber, John, does exceptional work. Fair prices and great service!

Bryan and his team were great. We had to get our water replaced and we had a quick turn around time as we were getting our chimney removed and had to vent the new out the side of the house. We had issues with the water heater we got from Menards and Bryan had to bring one over in his personal vehicle. He worked within our budget. I could write ton a more about the excellent customer service and work, but as a long, as we live in their services area we'll be using them for all our plumbing needs! I would recommend them to anyone!

Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. We had Faust Co. perform the installation of our whole house filter and de-scaling system. I couldn't have gotten better service! The gentleman who came to the house was very professional, and yet, very personable. The installation of our system went without a single hitch, and it looks great!
