ET's was chosen for me by Handy, the scheduling service. ET's arrived later than the text message said they would by 1.5 hours, and when I called to question the issue the woman I spoke with gave me attitude. Then, they could not install the toilet because it was 1/4 of an inch too big. Understandable, I went to Lowes and bought the right size toilet as they instructed me to do.

I called back to reschedule and was told that they would not be able to complete the job for me and I should select a different plumber!?! No explanation given because the woman "didn't really know why." Handy paid them the 128 dollars I'm sure, so they got theirs and bailed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF, AND INCOMPLETE WORK. Go elsewhere! There are plenty of plumbing services, this is not the one for you.

One of the best companies in San Antonio! Me and my wife bought a house in San Antonio a few years ago and we have been trying to improve it ever since. We keep running into the same issue of ACTUAL BUSINESSES that say they will come out on a set date then blow us off for about 3 months. Randy and Danny came out to install new toilets in our house on the date they said they would, but were unable to finish because of a manufacturing issue with the toilets.

They explained the issue to us instead of leaving us in the dark and we're the most professional individuals that have done work on our house so far. They kept us up to date the whole time, they were very respectful not to track mud or dirt all through the house and after they finished the install they left the place cleaner then when they arrived.

We will have them back out to finish the job once the manufacturing issue gets resolved and I have full confidence that the job will be done right and in the most professional manner possible. I wish I could give a bonus star for the outstanding professionalism and customer service experience.
