PUMPS TURNED OFF ON SUNDAYS! I had a great late season beach day planned but was running a little behind. I decided to fuel up on the peninsula as this gas station is right on the way. They are closed on Sundays which is very reasonable but to have the pumps turned off when you are the only gas station between TC and the lighthouse puts folks in a tough spot.

Bad customer service by dispatch, made it very apparent that she just came back from leave and obviously didn't wanna be there, we called a week ahead and got told a certain day we would be serviced, but according to her it was as she decides to dispatch the calls, wow! Some people should stay home if they hate there job. I hope I get gas, I'm a vet, and I have my 2yr old grandson living with me and his mom, we need heat, appertly some people don't care!

Inexperienced technician initially couldn't close relief valve because it froze on my 200 gallon tank, entire back yard filled with white gas as he tried to close it. Once that was fixed with pliers, found out he left the valve open and a tiny leak allowed my tank to slowly drain. Service manager lacked caring and couldn't come out till next week. Steer clear of these money wasters.

They are overpriced, and completely unscrupulous. Their drivers are trained to find problems and charge accordingly. One year ago we ordered propane from them. We were told that the tank had to be leveled, painted and inspected before they could fill it. The total was slightly over $600, for $194 worth of propane. Less than 1 year later we ran out and had to reorder ( of course during the coldest days of the year).
I was floored when the delivery driver said he could not fill the tank because it needed to be leveled (he used a level app on his phone, very accurate) and repainted. I tried to explain that they they had just done this 9 months ago. I got a real level an tried to show him that it was perfectly level, but he would not even look! His explanation was " only we can level a tank".
He seemed to take great pleasure in knowing there was an elderly handicapped person living there that needed heat. We called Ace propane and they filled the tank with no problems, saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tank, even checked for leaks. Mission gas is only there to milk you for money in your time of need. This place and its horrible employees need to be put out of business. THERE ARE LOTS OF BETTER PEOPLE TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TOO!

Mission Gas installed a 1000 Gallon propane take at my house in the middle of one of the coldest days of the year. in the rain. Top notch guys. Best price for tank and first fill that i could find with in the city limits. Pete and his guys (office ladies as well) were always very nice and friendly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Are you kidding? $5.50 a gallon to drive 2/10ths of a mile into an RV park where you will ALREADY be? The park charges $3.00 a gallon - so it's a $2.50/gallon convenience fee! For my 50 gallon tank that's an extra $125.00! I wouldn't mind paying and extra fee for the convenience but that is just punitive! So I will pack up my MH & drive the 2/10's of a mile! What ever happened to company values - this is just PURE GREED!
