These guys are great. Very responsive and cost is reasonable. Plumbers and electricians always make me nervous - you never know what you are going to get! But I'm so happy we've finally found a plumber we trust! Michael Seagraves and his crew are the real deal. They quote quickly and accurately, and in return for your money spent with them, you get a pro job.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Seagraves Plumbing. I was given Seagraves Plumbing name through a friend. Jason and Joe came out and worked on a few projects at my house. They were friendly and professional! The work they did is great quality, good pricing, and they communicated well what they were doing. My new tankless water heater is done perfectly. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs! Highly recommended.

Called to ask about having a 30 year old toilet fixed. After consult with technician, decided to replace the toilet. Chris took extra time to pay attention to the details, making sure everything was installed properly (especially with the old tiles that were surrounding the toilet). Happy with the work provided.

Called today to get a toilet issue resolved that I've had for years. My schedule wouldn't allow me to get an appointment time until November which was fine. Just a short time later they called me back and said they had a cancellation they can actually come today if I was available. I was! Jason and Joe came a short time later and spent a good bit of time diagnosing the issue. They were friendly and professional. They fixed my problem and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the booking process and repair service. Thanks Seagraves.

Had shower drain backing up. Sent two guys to pump septic tank and trouble shot and fix drainage problem. They decided it was roots from tree coughing drain line. 500 dollars to pump. Quoted me 1900 dollars to fix. Next day backhoe came out dug up line and tree. Replaced drain line. Then they determined it was not the tree or drain line but something in the house. Next, high pressure water jet truck shows up and clears line. Then I was told the 1900 dollar quote for backhoe was an estimate and final bill was 2800 dollars. Perfect

Called to schedule an appointment to see if someone could come out and take a look at my hot water heater and the receptionist advises me that I need a new hot water heater. Where I grew up the receptionist didn't tell you what you needed - I have always had technician to come out and diagnose the problem. I ask to leave a message for the owner and some rude guy returned my call.
I completely understand the low ranking now! ____________________ Update: Never raised my voice to your GM nor used bad language and if anyone was rude it was him! Reliable Plumbing - came out, diagnosed the problem and replace the plastic drain release which had a hairline crack in it.

Very professional, courteous and on time but VERY expensive. I was charged $350 for food disposal replacement (standard $100.00 1/2 HP food disposal) and another $350.00 to swap a dishwasher out. Compared with neighbors and friends and it appears that this is much more than other companies). Great service from Seagraves but compare prices elsewhere before using!

This company replaced my hot water tank for me this summer and did a good job. Last month I noticed water leaking into my garage. I called this same company to come out and take a look to see where the water was coming from. They sent 3 guys out on October 21. They went into both of my bathrooms and came out 10 minutes later, they told me the leak was from the shower in the master.
They charged me $125 for this. With that information I told them I will call.the guy that just tiled the shower for help. This guy came back out checked everything and said shower was not leaking. I continued to have this problem so I called a different plumber. He is here today. All this time the water was leaking from the toilet in the guest bathroom and he is repairing it now.
Obviously the plumbers from Seagraves didn't even look at the toilet because it was not even difficult to locate the problem so they charged me $125 for doing nothing. Consumers beware, because I'm paying someone else today to do what they should have done.

I just had Anthony and Leroy here working on my exterior landscaping drain and I couldn't have been more impressed with these guys. They explained everything to me that they were going to be doing then once finished they went over it all with me again. Pricing was good and service was top notch. I will be using Seagraves again in the future when I need plumbing work done.

Since we moved to the area, we have used this company for several projects. After our most recent experience with Seagraves, I will have another company out to check everything that they have done. A couple years after we moved into our current house, a pipe burst and we had them run a new line into the house from the street. Although everything appeared to be working properly at the time, I have discovered that they made a critical mistake by not closing off the original line coming into the house.
Water was back-flowing out the original line. During the process of replacing flooring we noticed mold growing. Apparently the ground was completely saturated with water due to the back-flow from the original line which found a crevice and leaked back into the house where mold was growing down the wall and floor. I contacted the office and spoke to the Operations Manager Justin.
He informed me that they provide a one year warranty on their work and since I could not prove that they were the last people here (Seagraves has been the only plumbing service I have used since we moved to the house) he would not be able to do anything for me and continued to ask me why I was calling. "Are you calling to schedule another service?" ABSOLUTELY NOT!
We will never use this company again. He was rude, showed not one bit of empathy, and worst of all would not be held accountable for work that his company did not complete properly. I guess it is my fault I do not routinely look underneath my floor and inside my walls. This is very disappointing, I make it a point to support local companies but this is one that will never get business from us again. Hopefully no one else will make the same mistake.

I have a backup in my basement toilet, I called Mr. Seagraves Yesterday, he called me back today and told me that his brother Mike would be calling me back. In the meantime, I started reading the reviews on the Seagrave Plumbing Website. The negative reviews with any company concerned me. I have been had before. When Mike Seagraves returned my call, I gave him the whole scenario about my plumbing. (I fired my Plumber Tuesday, I will updating his website with my review as well).
He did say that he could come to my house today and it would me about $500.00-$600.00 to determine if I am on sewer and if not to locate my septic tank. Well, I told him that I had read the Seagrave reviews and their reviews are not that good. His response was so idiotic, as a business man. He said that "if our reviews are not good, call somebody else". DAMN RIGHT! and I did.
I called the Environmental Health Department. They emailed me a list of all of the Certified Septic Tank Companies in the State of Georgia. Seagraves Plumbing, Sewer and Septic is not on their list. I Think that I dodged a bullet.

Michael Seagraves and his crew are the real deal. They quote quickly and accurately, and in return for your money spent with them, you get a pro job. The added bonus is that they are skilled and dedicated plumbers, not just a bunch of fellas that happen to be doing plumbing work to make $$ this week. We've used seagraves for multiple plumbing jobs at an office park, and also for residential issues.

We have used Seagraves Plumbing several times and we have always been very satisfied with their service. We had a Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater installed several months ago and most recently a new toilet in our guest bath. Each time they arrive as scheduled, are very courteous and everything is done very professionally and in a timely fashion. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs!
