In January '22 our water main broke on a Sunday morning. Mr. Rooter was able to have someone on site within 2 hours. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They did a great job. Luke not only came on time, but he actually arrived early. He cleaned the drain stop, the pipes, he replaced the trap, checked for leaks, checked the entire area to ensure it was fixed, and then poured a cap full of some special Total Drain product to seal the deal. Excellent service, incredibly nice and personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent.

Justin was very professional and efficient. My time frame was 11 to 2. He arrived at 11. He asked what my issues were and looked at everything and gave me 2 quotes within minutes. I needed a solution for a water leak at my house. Jason Johnson from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the service technician. He analyzed the problem and found the leak. It was evening already but he offered to fix it the same day and stayed until late in the evening to get it done. Excellent service very competent and professional.
