Andrew was fantastic. He was kind, professional, took on the challenge and quickly diagnosed the issue on our 103 year old powder room sink (after 2 other plumber technicians from different businesses declined)- and charged much less than the estimate provided.because it was the right thing to do. I won't call or recommend any other plumber in Atlanta other than Andrew and Plumbworks moving forward.

Yesterday I had a serious leaking from expansion tank. I called my home warranty and the only thing they can do was sending technician two days after and let it rain in my house. I just googled 'Plumb' and randomly picked this company. It turns out they are life saver! They got technician on site in 5 minutes and repaired the tank sooooo quickly. The technician made it easy and clean! I would highly recommend the Plumb Works Inc. and feel grateful we have such a great plumbing company in neighborhood.

Where do I start here. I have investment property which had a slab leak. I called out a leak detection company in Tucker who "stated" they found the leak and marked the spot. After they went silent on me about a repair I decided to call Plumb Works based on their reviews. I got very lucky making that call. They were able to squeeze me in within a few days which was important since my tenants water will was over $1K Jacob Krysiak was my technician.
This guy rocks and helped me out. They dug through the slab were the leak detection company marked, but there were no pipes. He called them to come out and advise, but they couldn't do it. That company said if the leak wasn't there they would refund. (Thanks Jacob for that call) He called a company they work with for leak detection, National Leak Detection which was also good.
They were able to squeeze us in since Plumb Works was on site. Jacob and his team hung in there all day and deep into the night. The leak was found in another location. They dug down and fixed the pipe taking pain staking efforts to keep from having to pull out a cabinet and toilet. They also went back the following work day to move the washer and dryer back after the concrete cured from the first hole.
He also checked a pressure release valve at my request and he could have said it was bad, but he didn't! That sealed the deal for me for using this company in the future. Honest, stuck to the original quote, transparent communication, and I never felt like there was going to be an upsell. Never even discussed. Thank you Jacob. You need a raise.

I am on the 2nd story and my downstairs neighbor called me as there was something leaking into her apartment. I yesterday and they had Andrew out at 8 am this morning. After looking at her leak he determined that it was most likely a wax seal issue on my toilet (which it was) and had it fixed within the hour. This is the 2nd apartment I've had Andrew come out for issues and both times he has been amazing. I would definitely recommend especially if you live in an older converted loft.

Adam was very knowledgeable about plumbing which ensured he did a great job. It also helped me to understand the plumbing in my home and the repair he made. He explained every step of work he made as well as the costs with details. I loved this because I am a person who loves details. Thank you for sending me Adam.

We recently moved into our home and found a leaking elbow on one of our water supply lines. Scheduling was very easy over the phone with Plumb Works and they offered a very quick response. Personally, I was a little concerned that I could not be given a ballpark estimate over the phone for the work as it seemed pretty clear cut and I knew I would just have to make a decision when the tech arrived if seemed too costly.
My fears were quickly put at ease during the repair. Our repair tech Kim, was courteous, professional and very polite in addressing any and all of the concerns that we had. He performed the repair work quickly and precisely. He pointed out one other issue that our house inspector had also called out and we had that repaired as well. I really cannot thank Kim enough for the enormous care he showed our home. i learned a lot from our conversations throughout the repair.
The pricing was extremely fair especially for the quality of the work that was done. I will definitely be using Plumb Works going forward for any future issues. Thank you so much!

Jacob, the Plumb Works plumber, arrived on time at my house after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. Jacob quickly devised a plan to replace the buried gas fuel line with new piping running above ground along the side of the house. He checked to make sure the new gas fuel line was connected to all the gas appliances and furnaces inside the house. I was able to call Atlanta Gas Light by mid-day and get the gas service restored to my house. Job well done!

This was a visit to give us an estimate of work. We want to replace kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposer. But we have not purchased any item, yet. The technician gave us advice how to pick correct kitchen sink. (Correct size, etc ). We really needed this advice. The technician was on time, courteous, and very professional. Once we purchase those items we need, we will definitely contact PlumWorks to set up an appointment to install them.

Eric Ponder of Plumbworks came to my house yesterday to see why we had low flow to several different faucets as well as replace a whole house water filter. We walked the entire house checking each faucet and found different reasons for the same problem. He was meticulous and knowledgeable about his evaluation, telling me which needed replacement and which I could fix myself. Great guy.

The company was very responsive and came out on a Saturday within an hour of me calling them. I have no issues with their work, but their pricing was very high. I had a leaking hot water heater and couldn't really take the time to shop around so I went ahead and used them for the replacement. They charged a little over $1,900 for a standard 50 gallon gas hot water heater which seems a good bit over market rate.

Water heater expansion tank blew out during Thanksgiving dinner - called Plumbworks the next morning - got called back right away. Was told they could be here in an hour and that's exactly what they did. Cass was efficient, professional and didn't try to oversell anything. Much appreciated on a holiday weekend. We had a leak in our utility room and had a tech out there right away. The technician was very nice, but after looking up the cost of the part afterwards I was really frustrated. The part is $70 at Home Depot and they charged $650. I think they know you're desperate to stop a leak, so you don't have time to shop around. I'll be looking for more fair pricing the next time I need a plumber.

JB came by and repair a leaky valve that I could not. The original appt was for tomorrow morning but they called this afternoon to let me know a tech was available earlier. He came within 15 mins of the call. The price was reasonable and JB was a very nice and skilled plumber. Fixed the problem and was done within the hour. He even cleaned out the faucet head that had trash in it at no charge. I highly recommend Plumb Works.

I reached out to Plumb works because they are one of the preferred plumber for Toto toilets. Jerome was my service tech and he not only installed a new toilet but was also very helpful jn repairing a few other plumbing issues. He was honest, timely, courteous and paid attention and provided exceptional service. I would refer their service to anyone and also will come back to them for any plumbing work I will need in the future

I was happy he showed up in a mask and gave me a quote rather quickly. My only issue with Plumbworks, is I think there per project pricing is high. The reason I accepted what I though was a high quote was. 1) the first Plumber I called was a no show. 2) The second plumber tied to sell me a new Kithcen Faucet when my very expensive faucet is under a lifetime warranty. So Plumbworks it is!. why is it so hard to find good competant people? Plumbworks has litle competition.

Hooray! Our master bedroom Koehler digital shower system malfunctioned and we couldn't find anyone to come out to service it. Finally was given Plumb Works contact by Kohler and they sent some one the same day! Eric was amazing. Super personal. Wore a mask throughout. He patiently troubleshoot the whole debacle and finally found the problem. I must also mention the water value was hidden behind tile so we looked for it for 45 mins and he never once complained, hugged or puffed was just cheery and kept looking. Shower is fixed and I would absolutely recommend them again and again

We recently needed a plumber for two different issues. Both times, we were able to schedule promptly. The second issue was more serious (blocked sewage in the main line pipe) and the response by Plumb Works was immediate. Technicians, Spencer and Kevin were wonderful.professional, informative, just excellent. We feel very fortunate to have had them resolve our plumbing problems and give us peace of mind. Thank you Spencer ad Kevin. We appreciate you so much. Sincerely, Larry & Mary Ellen Decatur, GA

The quality of the work is okay, but Plumbworks egregiously overcharges. After my last experience, I am done with them: They charged $866 for two hours of work: installing a toilet and replacing a hose bib. We had purchased their Ultimate Savings Agreement for $89. Some savings! When we asked for a price adjustment they said it would have cost over $1000 otherwise.
They had a list of well-rehearsed explanations for why it was reasonable to charge $866 for two hours of labor. It was obvious that they dealt with complaints about their obscene rates on a regular basis. Steer clear unless you are prepared to pay $400+ per hour (or $500/hr without the "Ultimate Savings Agreement") for routine plumbing services. This is greed and arrogance, pure and simple.

We have used Plumb Works for years and I have nothing but compliments for their services. Most recently, l called them out for what I thought was an issue with my water heater, but ended up not being a plumbing problem at all, but an HVAC condensation leak. The technician, Kass, investigated until he found the source of the water and then documented with photos. While he was there, he also gave me some advice on a leaky faucet! I couldn't be happier with this company.

I had a shower leaking down through the ceiling below. I had already stripped out the old caulking around the shower floor and replaced it with new. I was fairly sure it was the shower drain that was leaking. The guy from Plumbworks didn't even look at it very closely and told me it was almost certainly the caulking that was leaking, not the drain, and said I needed to redo the caulk job.
So I did, and the shower still leaked. Pain in the butt. Called another well-known plumbing company who came out, checked out the drain, said yep, it was leaking, replaced the drain very quickly, and presto, no more leaking shower. I recommend the other company. But - the Plumbworks guy did also replace my garbage dispose-all; good job, no problems there.

My advice: find a different plumber. Plumb Works plumber cut a hole in our ceiling to diagnose source of water leak, and in the process of cutting the sheet rock he sliced through the insulation around AC pipes. He said nothing to us; we discovered the damage after he left, after paying him $200. Plumb Works refused our request for a partial refund on account of the damage. Apparently, the plumber protested he didn't cut the insulation, saying he didn't use a razor but rather a sheet rock saw.
Not so. My husband was standing with him and saw him first use a razor, and later switch to a saw. (Plumb Works did offer to come fix the cut areas, but we already had a different plumber doing the plumbing work and he fixed the insulation rips.) Very disappointing experience.

On the plus side, this company has always fully fixed all of my plumbing issues, which is good. Unfortunately, I have come to realize that they have been charging me on the high side for all of that work in the last 2.5 years. Thankfully, when it came time to replace my water heater, I got another quote. I had another local company, which was highly rated, come out and they didn't charge me anything just to take a look and quote me a price, which was a big plus all by itself.
Then their price quoted for parts and labor was $450 cheaper than what Plumb Works had quoted me. That's a pretty significant price difference in my book. Money talks, so I have to walk.

Darryl, Came to our house to handle an issue with the kitchen faucet and downstairs toilet. He was very professional and even help find a replacement faucet head on line. He fixed the toilet and even gave some insight on how to improve our upstairs shower. Darryl, was fair and willingness to problem solve was very much apprecaited.

We were told that there would be a trip fee and the plumber could give us other prices when they arrived. We called twice to get a general idea of prices and they said they could not give us one. The plumber reviewed the issues when he arrived then started, "our standard, universal price." $800!?!?! We said no. We are not paying $800 for two drippping faucets and to snake a drain, and we would not have had you made the trip if we knew what your 'standard, universal price' was. Shady.
Highway robbery. They lost my trust and respect. I will not refer them to any of my friends or network. Disappointed. $240 to fix a leaky pipe or to snake a drain. They could have told me that on the phone and saved me the $69 trip fee.

My technician, Nate Blue, was so awesome he even helped me reverse the positions of my washer/dryer, and they were very heavy! I recently bought a new house and he helped me set up my washer and dryer and did a good job even though it was fairly complicated. He also help me set up a brand new whole house water filtration system which was a large complicated system and did an excellent job at that too! Rebecca

Recently purchased a home and needed some gas plumbing replaced and my new stove to be connected. Vann came out and gave me a quote. He was able to do the job right away. Someone brought him the rest of the materials he needed. He rechecked things twice to make sure nothing was leaking and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend using them as they are very professional and thorough.

These guys are on top of it. I had my water go out on a Thursday afternoon. After the city came by to inspect, they said that it was not on their side, so I called the plumbers at 9. The lady on the phone was courteous and made sure to get all of the proper information. She said that the on call would call back shortly. I waited an hour and then called back.
The lady on the phone apologized and mentioned that the on call was having a hard time getting in touch with me. She immediately connected us and the plumber explained that she was stuck on a flooded basement and tried to offer some troubleshooting for me. I told her that I tried everything and that the city came out, so she explained that the fee would be $150 and we agreed to the service.
She came by an hour later. I honk her name was Leslie. She got right to work and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The city had not realized that they had shut off my water, so Leslie just turned it back on. Next time I'll definitely check the meter myself, but I was relieved to have water again. I'll definitely have a conversation with the city so they don't accidentally shut it off again. I feel like they should have figured out the water had been turned off too, but that's another review. Overall, great service. Would highly recommend.

My initial experience with the service technician was very unsatisfactory. I explained that I had a problem with my water heater expansion tank. The technician checked the tank and saw that there was no air or water inside, which I already knew. He explained that it just needed air, but he had no air compressor and that I should take care of this myself, or he could replace the tank for $299.
The technician didn't tell me anything I hadn't already known and told me that the simple solution was to do it myself since he couldn't. His visit didn't provide me any new information and he made no offer to fix the problem for me, only to do an expensive replacement. However, Erica and Josh whom I spoke to the next day were very considerate and responsive. Josh explained the two options much more clearly than the technician and why the technician, even if he had an air compressor, would likely not have wanted to perform the repair because it would only be temporary.
Although not solving my problem, this explanation was at least reasonable, rather than a simple refusal to fill the tank. Josh was even kind enough to refund the cost of my service visit. Although not the best result for me, the responsiveness to my complaint and an effort made to explain the actions of the technician and provide him a better excuse were very welcome. Overall, a good experience.

Terrific experience. I had a leaky faucet in my tub and one in my kitchen. Vann was prompt and courteous. He fixed everything and cleaned up like he wasn't even here. He even noticed how something in my garbage disposal had been installed incorrectly several years ago and he fixed it for free. Such a great experience! I'd highly recommend Plumb Works and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get Vann!

This place has the best customer service! Within an hour of calling in, a tech was sent out to come and fix our situation - having a new commercial coffee maker and not knowing how to hook it up to the water line. Joe was our tech and he was awesome! He came in, assessed the situation, and quickly and efficiently put in a new water line after learning that we needed it! I would highly recommend them!
