San Jose Plumbing continues to be the only reliable plumbing service around. We've used them for all kinds of service and i only refer this company. I wouldn't use any other service.

Kevin is great and efficient! Today was the second time I needed his services and he did a great job. I highly suggest him for your plumbing needs!

Another great experience with San Jose Plumbing! I had an urgent need to address a sewer backup and they acted quickly to get me help. Kevin arrived quickly and handled the problem professionally. He was also thorough cleaning up and when I sought his advice on some additional work he was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Another example of why they are my first call for plumbing needs!

The Garza family does an awesome job of managing this family business. They truly care about the customer and the job they do. I had a leaking water heater and Adam (who is still out in the field even though he is the VP) had my water heater replaced the next day. I also had A/C pipes hindering the replacement, and he patiently worked through the challenge and made it better for next time a replacement is needed.

I wish my A/C guy had thought about what he did. Adam also is a straight-shooter that I can appreciate. He objectively gave the benefits and costs associated with tankless vs. water heater tank. Both solutions are feasible, just some different trade-offs. I opted for water heater tank to get my family hot water sooner and lower installment cost. Adam is meticulous on the job and gets it done right the first time. And he's friendly and courteous (and wore a mask the full time)! Highly recommended.

I had an appointment today from 1 pm to 3 pm. After waiting pass 3 pm, still no show. Called office about no show and all they could say is that they are running over an hour late. My time is as valuable. They need to show the customer more respect and let them know ahead time of their poor scheduling.

Our bathroom sink was stop up would not drain so I called San Jose plumbing they came out and the were able to snake the drain the plumber had to use two different size snakes to break up what was blocking the drain. The plumber the installed a new p-trap and pipe into the main line when he left the place was spotless, a quoit from the wife now that's saying something and they were able to do it at a very reasonable price.

THE BEST! HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING & GREAT SERVICE. We have been using San Jose Plumbing for years and they are simply the best. Kevin (the founder/owner) was still working in the field and still is as far as I know. We called them to install a main line clean out a couple years back. Kevin came out and did some 'experienced investigating' and started digging a 12x12 area. Shazam!

We already had a clean out that had been covered for decades. My family has lived in our home for 55 years and never knew it was there. Kevin's honesty and professionalism saved us over $1000! He did the work himself and was here until after 8pm. Who else would have done that much investigative work to save a customer money?! I wish the answer was 'everybody', but we know that simply isn't true. But San Jose Plumbing did! They are the best! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Although, at first, I was distraught because Adam could not make our appointment, he came the second time-did a superb job and would not take any payment. How often do you see that nowadays? Excellent work and will refer to all my friends.

Although, the scheduling/communication was not as I would have hoped, the end result was very good. The service person was truly interested in having a satisfied customer. The work done was done professionally without wasted time.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have used them for a couple of jobs and each time, they have completed the work in a very professional manner. After having a leak underneath our house go unfixed by another plumber, we called San Jose Plumbing. They repaired it correctly and efficiently. Adam has also installed a faucet for us, and installed the instant hot water for the bathrooms, checked our gas line outside and repaired some other plumbing issues in our old house. We have been extremely happy.

Very reliable and communicated well. Got the job done for a reasonable price (nothing too crazy, toilet seals needed to be replaced).

I was referred to San Jose Plumbing from my electrician, and Adam promptly responded to my call for an estimate to replace my water heater. He and his team did an outstanding job, including breaking lose the seized drain valve on my old water heater. They professionally installed the new unit, and hauled away the old one. I couldn't have been happier!

San Jose plumbing installed a sewage clean-out and unblocked the sewage line for me. Adam and his team from San Jose plumbing is great. They are punctual, trustworthy, and did a great job for a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

San Jose Plumbing did a great job with an urgent water heater replacement. Less than 24 hours after my old water heater had broken down, San Jose Plumbing had installed a new one. Their front office was easy to work with and followed through on all of their commitments. The plumber who did the job, Jose, is a real pro. He did excellent work and he provided great service.

The location of our water heater presented some unique challenges and Jose managed them well. He also showed up in a timely manner and completed the job efficiently. They will be my go-to plumber in the future. Thank you, San Jose Plumbing and Jose!

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction.

He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of "satisfaction guaranteed".

My faucets and PRV were squeaking since a month. I had called a plumber to take a look earlier and he recommended replacing the PRV. For $500! Then I remembered that San Jose Plumbing's Kevin had installed it about 6 years back. I gave them a call and explained the issue and asked them to quote me for changing the PRV. Kevin came to take a look.

He said the PRV does not need to be changed. Just a few turns of thread and the squeaking stopped. Just asked me for $20 for his effort to drive down and make a customer satisfied, which I gladly gave. These guys know their stuff and how! I was impressed with them 6 years back and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and honesty. 6 stars and more for San Jose Plumbing and Kevin!

Quality Affordable Service Our kitchen sink line was clogged. Kevin "snaked" the line to unblock the clog which turned out to be a lot of sludge that built up in the pipes. He then replaced the old faulty tubing with a new tubular drain system. It was obvious he was experienced, and - in fact - told me he has over 30 years plumbing experience. If you're looking for high-quality exceptional service, I highly recommend San Jose Plumbing (especially if you request Kevin).

They do all plumbing repairs and at an affordable fair price - and more importantly, they stand by their work. Don't take a chance elsewhere, recommend using San Jose Plumbing.

I had a toilet leak and San Jose Plumbing Inc came out and tightened the bolt under the tank "charged over $150.00" - 2 weeks later the same issue - they came out again and said it was fixed? Now 2 days later my toilet bowl does not fill up? I do NOT recommend this company at all - BEWARE

I called San Jose Plumbing a couple of days ago to replace my kitchen faucet and soap soap dispenser. Kevin did fantastic job and did some extra work as well! They are very professional and honest as well as reasonable. I will call SJP for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Sorry to say this. I made 3 appointments over 2 weeks, just for a quote on a big job. No one showed up for any of them. Never even bothered to call me. This was over the holiday, so I guess they just have too much business.
