My toilet tank cracked, while trying to stop the leak the supply line failed. I called and was offered such wonderful compassionate service. Robert Camp came to the rescue within an hour- 1.5 hours. He arrived promptly, waited for us to grab additional parts and explained the entire process along the way. I will definitely be using their services again, hopefully no more emergencies but extremely awesome! Give them a call for your plumbing needs in Atlanta area!

We used Atlantis for private plumbing line detection on our property when we were having some major digging done in our yard for a landscaping project. While 811 will mark public utilities, the plumbing line from the street to the house is private and so a separate locating service is required-- there are not many companies that do this! The tech who came was helpful, communicated the process well so that we knew what to expect and figured out a way to keep the costs lower for us. Appreciate the knowledge and expertise. Will definitely use this company again!

I don't know guys, I chose Atlantis because the reviews were pretty stellar but ended up being somewhat disappointed. I first called to get an idea about price of installing a disposal and was told over the phone that the job would range from $250-350 (approximately). The price seemed solid. I had my own disposal purchased so I scheduled an appointment.

On the day the plumber arrived, he looked around and quoted me $450 dollars for the install and shrugged his shoulders when I questioned the original estimate I got. I told him to proceed. I just needed the job done and did not feel like paying an $80 fee for him to come out to just look around. Those fees make no sense to me. After he left, in the evening and after dinner, I realized my dishwasher would not drain so I had to wash everything by hand.

I have kids too so we had a lot of dishes. Not fun. After doing research I read that if a "knock out plug" is not removed during a garbage disposal install, that it causes the dishwasher to malfunction. Seems that a professional plumber would know this. Anyhow, I had to call and have another plumber come fix the situation the next day. He arrived an hour after the allocated window.

No one called to let me know he was running behind. Another disappointment. Though everything is working now, I am less than thrilled having to pay a hundred dollars more for a job than originally quoted. I would have likely gone with another provider had I known all of the above. Just my take.

I do not leave reviews often but Robert with Atlantis Plumbing exceeded my expectations. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Robert was professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me advice and tips on how to improve my space. It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad that I used Atlantis Plumbing. PLEASE ASK FOR ROBERT!

Bryan came out the same day we called him about doing a reroute of main water line. He got us on the schedule the next business day. Tom and Scott arrived the day of on time and worked hard for the several hours it took to complete the project. Very nice to work with. Highly recommend. We will definitely be in touch for future plumbing needs!

Atlantis Plumbing is one of the best. We were having issues with our relatively new Navian water heater at our rental property and were not getting the assistance we needed from the manufacturer. We scheduled a plumbing review and repair with Atlantis who was able to come out the next day. The plumber (John) was certified on the water heater brand and walked us through what was done to repair the unit.

He also gave us tips on how to make sure we continue to maintain it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We will be calling Atlantis for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

John was a great technician! He was well informed and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I mentioned possible repairs we were looking at in the future and he even gave me an estimate so we could plan accordingly. I'm glad I noticed their billboard on the highway and trusted the reviews! We called for leak detection and the plumber visually inspected shower area and under the house in the crawl space. He did not see water leak or damage so assumed it to be a grout issue- charged us $85- **Update-Chet came back within a few hours because he wanted to do more tests with water pan and further investigate. He went in another direction in our crawl space to get under the shower and found that the shower pan was, in fact, leaking. I really appreciate his thoroughness with this issue!

My garbage disposal died. I called Atlantis Plumbing. An actual person answered. Scheduled a repair for the next day. Jon Camp called ahead and arrived on time. Jon was professional, courteous and took care of the problem. I would not hesitate to call Atlantis again.

We've worked with Ben Broome twice now. He is THE BEST. Very nice, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain everything that is wrong and gives you all of your options. Very fair pricing. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and Atlantis Plumbing. Update: We just had to call Atlantis to come out for a pin hole leak in our pipes.

We worked with another plumber today and Atlantis plumbers must have found all the best plumbers in the atlanta area because they were great. We had two come out to help this time, Jackie and Brandon. Our service couldn't have been better. They were quick, knowledgeable and gave us great advice for the future. We will continue to only work with Atlantis plumbing and recommend them highly.

They installed a whole house water shut off valve - Atlantis has done other plumbing work for us in the past and we are always very satisfied with the quality and price we pay.

We had Brian Miller of Atlantis Plumbing out to provide estimates on a getting a few items fixed in our home. He was on time, efficient and got the repairs we were looking for all done the same day! Even more so than that, he helped educate us on items he was fixing and he provided us options in the estimates for the work he could do. Never felt pressured to make any decisions but we were happy with the quotes provided. We will use them again in the future.

Ben Broome was amazing. He located the problem (sewer vent pipe clogged with leaves) in about five minutes. He unclogged it with a snake. He also repaired the rubber boots around all my vents on the roof, with tar. He's a nice guy too and we had conversations about old cars and pets. Oh, and when he was running a few minutes late the office called me to let me know. That never happens! Excellent service all around and it was not expensive. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.

I needed to have my sewer line replaced because of a root that penetrated it. I ended up going with their trenchless solution which saved me from digging up my entire yard. The team was very knowledgeable and hard-working. Johnny and Kyle were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Atlantis if you are considering large or small projects.

I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I feel compelled. I hired Atlantis to repair a minor leak in a faucet. They came out, inspected and quoted a reasonable amount which I agreed. It needed a part which they ordered and came back and installed. Still leaking! They sent another plumber and he said wrong part was ordered. They ordered part again, missed three appointments to instal.

Finally came out and installed part. Still leaking! Chris the manager came out and I was notified everything was completed and working. Next day, still leaking. Called Chris and asked for a refund which they never credited. I would advise to find another plumber, very frustrating and poor customer service.

Best choice I could have made. Roby Morris and Tyler from Atlantis Plumbing know their trade, and that was evident in the first 5 minutes of meeting them when they came to review the work that was needed for rough in of new kitchen. Excellent service, knowledgeable, so helpful and professional. Exceeded expectations - I will not use any other plumbing company - so glad I have found them. Highly recommend them.

I would like to give a shout out to Robert Camper at Atlantis Plumbing. He was honest and professional. He took pictures of everything before and after to show me. He also explained everything in detail of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be requesting him in the future if I ever need any work done.

Filter clogged on septic tank---found the problem quickly and resolved it quickly. Reasonable price

Our real estate agent contacted Atlantis on a Friday morning and scheduled an appointment for noon. The plumber, Jason Davis, was on time, and very pleasant. We needed a few things addressed with written explanations to provide to the buyers of our home at the closing. He took care of everything we needed, made a quick trip to the Home Depot for parts, finished within a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after himself. You can't ask for more than that. I would definitely use Atlantis again, and ask for Jason.

John Massey and John did a great job solving all our plumbing issues. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. The veterans discount they offerd came in handy. Both Jamaka and Reggie from the Dallas office were very professional, showed up on time as promised, took great care and diligence on the the installation and cleanup. Fished new line under driveway, eliminating the added expense of breaking up and repairing the concrete. Would definitely hire again.

The plumber Robert Camp came out promptly and fixed my plumbing issue at a fair and reasonable price. I reccomend the company to anyone who needs service.

Terrible service. Cancelled my appointment in the last 30 minutes of the two hour window I was given and didn't use the word "sorry" once. Woman on the phone was entirely unapologetic and at one point blamed me for not picking up my phone immediately when they called me, despite calling them back five minutes after.

Great experience! I called because I came home to a flooded hallway bathroom- they were able to come the next day John was fantastic- worked with my schedule within the arrival window. All the necessary repairs were done efficiently and professionally! Thank you!

I've used these guys several times now. They are always quick to come out, find the problem, fix the problem, and their prices are very reasonable. Atlantis Plumbing had Roby and his son come out to my townhome in Brookhaven over the weekend to fix a cracked exterior pipe. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Atlantis to anyone looking for a honest and reliable plumbing company.

I called Atlantis Plumbing about an issue with some water backing up in my home and they sent a guy name Wayne out and he arrived when he said he would and showed me the problem which is nice, it was great experience dealing with him considering the reason he was there. Butch was a breath of fresh air. I hired another company to replace a sewer drain for $5500 and a 2 day timeframe. After the first day and a 10ft hole in my back yard, they told me the job could take 2 weeks and the price could triple. Luckily, I called Atlantis and Butch was out there same day and said he could get the job done for the original quote of the first company in 1.5 days.

He was finished in 1 day. Butch was honest and professional during a time when I was in a very vulnerable position (a giant hole in the backyard with sewage draining into it is a bit of an emergency situation!). Thank you Butch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys came out on short notice, were three times less than the next quote and fixed a leak at the mainline well past 5:00 o'clock on a Friday. I would use them again and recommend them to all. Ask for James M., he's great!

Although I was very grateful these guys came out quickly in the morning to fix a clogged toilet line I had spent hours trying to unclog myself, I now regret not calling around. Yes, they were available in the morning, yes they showed up when they said they would, yes they fixed the issue and informed us what the cause likely was. BUT, the mess and condition of which they left the toilet room was completely unacceptable and not what I would have expected from a more "reputable" company.

Despite the fact that I many, many rags out all over the floors to try to keep my floors from getting water and bacterial all over the place, when they removed the primary toilet to insert the camera they simply picked it up and put it directly on the tile floors! Oh yes they did, feces and putty all over my tiles, baseboards, walls and even on the door jam!

I was having to work in my office while they were working so I didn't see the horrible mess until after they left (hubby was supposed to be in charge of keeping an eye on them). We had to go out and get "goo-off" to try and remove the putty and dried on feces first with a hard brush, and it then took me over 2 hours to sanitize the floors, baseboards and walls. I've never been so pissed!

I called the main office afterwards and complained. they apologized and agreed that was unacceptable and took a whopping $25 off my $325 bill. Furthermore, when he did explain to my husband what the cause likely was, he originally wanted to charge us another $225 to do a 15 minute pipe repair that only cost us $41.00 in parts from Home Depot. What a rip off!
