Listen, these guys are a class act all the way around. Over the years, I've worked with David, Derric, Clayton, Justin, etc. They have always been professional, they never make excuses, they will do a no charge call if they deem it appropriate, quality work, great attitudes, they seem to like their jobs AND they seem to take pride in working with Chambliss, etc.

In this world where so many people are looking for short cuts, it's nice to know that my family can trust these guys and gals. No disrespect to any other plumbing companies. However, I've yet to see a reason why I would use another plumbing company. Thank you! Eric

This is my first time using Chambliss and they did not disappoint. I had four other plumbing companies come to my house to troubleshoot issues we were experiencing with out tankless gas water heater. The fourth company diagnosed the problem and supplied me with an estimate to resolve the issue - cost was outrageous. The company we have a recurring contract with did not diagnose the problem - came out and gave me also an outrageous estimate for things they should have told us about before. Chambliss was courteous, thorough and reasonable. I'm a fan and will be using them again.

Chambliss is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Everyone was SO incredibly helpful and nice throughout our sewage nightmare. Hands down the best plumbers in the city! From the first call to unclog the system, to running the cameras to detect the problems to fixing the problems, I can't say enough great things about this team of professionals. Chambliss installed a new Water Softener and did a fabulous job. They did the job quickly and explained everything. The team was courteous and respectful. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with Chambliss' service. Calvin was not only on time but he called to see if he can come early. Upon arrival, he efficiently provided quality service to install new kitchen disposal and faucet. When he was done, he diagnosed a leaky sink and fixed a leaking sprinkler head in the back yard. All of this was done in under a hour. As a additional bonus, Chambliss also gave me a military discount. Will definitely use their service again.

I called a few other plumbers I used in the past and got quotes to replace a pressure reducing valve. Having some familiarity with the process, I knew this was fairly simple and straightforward. I called Chambliss and their quote was almost $300 less than the others. The workers, Devin and Mark, were super professional and really nice to work with. Our bathtub faucet broke and the water would not turn off, so we had to turn the main water line off to stop the water from running. We called several plumbers in the area, and none were available for several days. I checked Nextdoor for recommendations, and Chambliss Plumbing Company had top reviews and scores. When I called, the were able to schedule us immediately the same day.

In fact, they were able to come a couple of hours earlier than the original appointment time! We were so pleased, as we had gone the whole weekend having to manually turn our water on and off. The sooner they could come fix it, the better. Deric and Devin (or maybe it was David?) were both friendly, fast, and professional! Deric replaced the cartridge on the faucet in no time, and since the service call period still had about a 30 min window remaining, he asked if there was anything else we needed him to check on.

I remembered that our kitchen faucet was beginning to wobble and become loose. Deric quickly addressed it and I'm happy to report that everything is now functioning properly. We had the same cartridge issue with a bathtub faucet upstairs a year prior. The previous plumber we hired charged over $100 more to fix the exact same problem. We are definitely going to stick with Chambliss Plumbing Company for any future issues we may encounter! Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced professional service is hard to find. You can't go wrong with Chambliss.

Woah! Timely, professional, thorough, knowledgeable--what more could one person want in a great business? Truly our experience was outstanding. The first call went out on a Friday, someone arrived on Saturday, parts arrived on Monday and repair was made on a Tuesday. We had 5 guests coming to stay for the week and they jumped through hoops to get us the part we needed and FAST!

On top of that, they noticed our other water heater needed repairing to avoid the same problem in the future and they fixed it as well. With 9 people in a house and limited hot water, the Chambliss crew stepped up and no one even noticed there was an issue. Chambliss plumbing was amazing to work with when we needed help fixing a very extensive plumbing problem under our foundation. They were professional and highly competent, ensured everything was done up to code and above and beyond in quality. Chambliss plumber arrived on the early side of the 2 hour window given. He was friendly, professional and took care of business. He was very respectful of walking through our home and communicated clearly what he needed to do to fix our problem. We have used Chambliss for years and will continue to both use and recommend them to others.

I tried Chambliss after seeing a number of neighbors recommend them online. We had four bathroom sinks serviced. New P-Traps, new push pop-up drains, supply lines serviced, and tub drain serviced. The initial call to the office was efficient, as was communication via email. The two-man crew showed up on the early end of the two-hour window, which was great. They were polite, professional, and the workmanship was impeccable.

I used Nextdoor reviews to get to Chambliss a couple of years ago and they have not disappointed me yet - with about 4 visits over the last two years, last one today. Excellent communication, on time within a shorter than normal window (2 hours vs. typical 4), quick repair, VERY reasonable pricing. All plumbing repairs are expensive but these guys never take advantage. Wonderful company, highly recommended!

They sent two people out and both did excellent work. Ruben, the main tech, was willing to explain things to me and give me some very helpful advice. They both spoke excellent English which, in San Antonio, it's sometimes hard to find workers who do! Even Sarah, the lady who answered the phone and set up my appointment, seemed to know quite a bit about water heaters.

It's a family run business and you truly get the feeling they're going to treat you fairly with honesty. I called three different plumbing companies and Chambliss was the only one who would give me an indication of what my repair would cost. The other two said "we have to send somebody out to give you that information". I'll definitely be using them again if I have any plumbing work to be done.

We are selling our house and the buyers requested that we replace our water heater. After calling around we were shocked at some of the prices others were quoting. Chambliss was able to provide an accurate quote over text for a more realistic price and scheduled us for a few days later. They were able to bring it up to code, tracked down a clogged pipe that might give us issues and were polite and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
