A slow or clogged drain might be simply be caused by hair or debris. One thing is for sure; if the problem is beyond the 'P-trap', you're probably better off calling for some advice or hiring a professional. In some cases, tree roots encroaching on older drain lines or years of build-up can cause a nasty back-up you don't want to deal with.
A plumbing leak can be caused by a number of different things. Worn out o-rings and valves can start leaking if they haven't been exercised in a while. In advanced cases, a slab leak can occur in copper plumbing routed through the foundation. One thing is certain about leaks. They can do a lot of damage quickly and they can be tricky to track down.
Unfortunately, water heaters don't last forever. Eventually they wear out and if you're lucky, you spot the signs before the flood. With our notoriously hard water here in Arizona, water heaters often don't last as long as they do in other parts of the country. If you see signs of rust anywhere on your water heater or see any signs of leakage, it's probably time to think about replacing it. Excellent excellent service! Strongly recommend for their expertise to my friends and family members in the future. Reg and two team members added the whole house water treatment system by bring pipes from the west side of main water to the garage in the east side through attic. Also installed two spigots at the front and back for watering my gardens. They were knowledgeable, friendly and quick. We thanks for their service.

Service and quality of work was EXCELENT! I had many plumbing issues that they helped me with. Replaced hose bibs and valves, rerouted (replaced) the hot water line that was leaking in the slab. While I needed these repairs I had them install a water softener loop and the water softener itself. In order to do this work they had to remove drywall in several places.
They we able to refer a drywall repair service that also did a superior job. They were accommodating to my needs and schedule. Just did a fantastic job. Can't thank them enough!

Reg, the owner of Delta Plumbing, has been our plumber for 7 years. His skill, responsiveness and professionalism is of the highest level. He just left our home after repairing the garbage disposal. Because he only had to adjust the reset button, he would not charge us for this service. I can't recommend him enough for any plumbing needs that you will encounter.

Over 10 years ago, we had a sink installed by Delta Plumbing through a home improvement company. We were so impressed with their work that we asked for a card and have been using them ever since! They respond to calls quickly and have the job done in no time at all! We have had them come to our house for emergency leaks in the house, water main breaks in out front yard (they worked during a rainstorm!), and also replacement of water heaters and other misc items. We have since moved to a new house and will continue to use them at our new house as well. They have been absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them!
