In August 1979 Bob Crum Plumbing was Incorporated with Bob as President and Jack as Vice President, Barbara Bob's wife as Secretary and Scarlett Jack's wife as Treasurer. For the next twenty years, as construction was up and down, the plumbing business usually followed suit. Due to Bob and Jack's good name and quality work it was up most of the time.

My tankless water heater was not working for the night and I had no hot water. I called the 800 number on the heater and they said my warranty was done for labor but would cover parts so call a plumber. I saw a sticker on my heater and it said Crum Plumbing. I called and they had someone here within a few hours. It turns out all I had to do was hit the reset button on my outlet and it was fixed!
The servicemen were very friendly and best of all I was not even charged a service fee! I have never had such a great experience with a company I have never used. I will definitely use them again when I really need someone.

I chose Crum because they were $200.00 less than 3 other places I called (in addition to Lowe's and Home Depot), for a new gas hot water heater, installed. I was not disappointed. The heater was a Bradford White which was the same model offered elsewhere, with the exception of Lowe's (they use GE)-I think it was Lowe's? Anyway, I called Crum late afternoon (after all my research) and they showed up 8am next morning. Crum is a family owned business and I feel they are honest. They will not rip you off.
