I reached out to Aztec plumbing because I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. They did wonders at my mother's house and a terrific job on the install. It started from the first call to them. They were very helpful on the phone. And on the day of the appointment I was greeted by a motivated plumber whom was very knowledgeable about this issue. And even able to pivot and adapt to other issues which came up.
One of my shut off valves was broken. Which he was prepared for and tackled it like a non issue. He also brought a beautiful faucet. After installing and testing it all. I had a beautiful new faucet and I believe he is an great representative for Aztec plumbing. He knew what he was doing every step. And I would recommend this company and use them on future issues.

I called this morning about a drain clog and they were able to send someone out within a few hours despite not being an emergency/urgent situation. Chandler was our repairman. He arrived on time and was very polite. He was professional, explained things thoroughly, and was very efficient identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. He also explained some possible long term options for fixes that they can offer but wasn't pushy about trying to get more sales or anything uncomfortable. Just shared the information. The whole process was quick and easy. No complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We've used Aztec Plumbing several times. They're quick to respond, professional and get the job done right. And no extra $ for nights, holidays or weekends. We cancelled our annual all--around service contract with a different plumbing/heating/cooling company because the response time and knowledge of Aztec Plumbing is superior. You get what you pay for, folks.

I can always count on Aztec Plumbing. This time was great as usual. Quin showed up on time. He listened to my description of the problem and then investigated it. Next he discussed the options and let me know what it would cost. Even when the repair turned out to be a bit trickier than he expected, he honored the cost. He was professional in his attitude.
Even the Aztec office staff are great. They are helpful and they offered lots of options for scheduling. And when they had an earlier opening, they called to offer it to me. Aztec is not the cheapest plumber I have used. But they are the most reliable and do the best job.

This was our 1st experience with Aztec Plumbing and it was well worth the call. They were extremely responsive. The technician Josh H. arrived timely, was very professional. He explained everything in detail. He repaired a damaged sewer waste line in the yard quickly, took photos and provided documentation throughout the process. Aztec will always be my 1st call for plumbing needs!

Everything was fantastic. I called because my water heater completely stopping working. The gal who answered my call at Aztec was so nice and assured me she could get someone over at 6;15 the same night to help me out. John arrived promptly at 6;10pm. He was so nice. Told me I definitely needed a NEW Water heater. Gave me the quote which was excellent. Went and picked up a new heater. Replaced it. Took the old one and all the mess. Was kind and explained everything and I was thrilled that Aztec came over and totally fixed everything the day I called.
I was so happy to have a brand new water heater all installed the day mine broke and I got hot water back. I would highly recommend Aztec. John offered his business cards and I will definitely give them out to my friend. So glad I called. I will hire them again.

This will be simple, Rich and his crew were amazing. Each day they arrived on time, got to work, worked thoroughly, did a great job, and were available at all times for any questions. They did a full re-pipe of our entire house. If they found issues, they explained them, fixed them, and got back to work. Items in the house were treated properly and taken care of. I would definitely recommend these guys again, easily!

Outstanding customer service from the initial call. The technician was EXCELLENT! Took his time and did a superb job. This is my 3rd time using the company since purchasing our Naples home. Aztec recommended updating much of the old plumbing for toilet and faucet emergency cutoff valves. Highly recommend this company. The "chat bot" on the website was a great convenience. Appointment availability was remarkable - received same-day service. Also received calls to inform us that plumber would be arriving outside of original time window and then when he was within 30 minutes of arriving - both were accurate. Michael Melanson provided professional service, including up-front pricing and fully describing possible problems and solutions. Our issue was resolved that day. Highly recommend Aztec Plumbing.

I called Aztec plumbing in the morning and that afternoon they were here. The lady I talked to in the morning morning was polite, professional and kept me updated. They sent me a picture of the person coming and a little history. Anthony was great. Explained all the work he was doing and all the options. Did the work quickly, left no mess. Most of all he was professional and thorough. When I need work done in the future I will call Aztec and ask for Anthony. He did great work and was a really nice person.

Aztec is a fantastic plumbing company. They are quick to respond, are upfront about pricing and expectations, and they do great work. I had a water main break a couple weeks ago, and Aztec came to the rescue! After giving my husband & I a detailed assessment and estimate for repairs, our plumbing was fixed by the next afternoon. Scott, Charlie, & Chad did a wonderful job and worked super hard to get the job done despite the heat & being on call the previous night.
Aztec also redid the plumbing throughout our house a couple years ago & it has worked beautifully. Aztec is the only plumbing company in SWFL that I trust to take care of my home.

aztec charged me $200 'difficult access charge' because I am in a condo on the 3rd floor with an elevator that almost opens up at my door. if they had installed the hot water heater at the unit below me on the first floor...no surcharge. Don't they do the same procedure of uploading to a dolly wheeling to a door, unloading, installing, and take the old one out.
I just bought my condo and have had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, large sofa, love seat, bedroom furniture, and more delivered with no extra charge for being in a condo on the 3rd floor. I talked with 'management ' and she said that is their procedure to charge this surcharge. I will never recommend this company to the other owners in my resort or to my friends.

They were amazing. I was impressed that I could schedule online rather than hope I got a call back. Aztec called me 10 mins before my service window to give me an exact time when the tech would be there. The tech James was amazing, quick and super knowledgeable. If you use anyone else you're making a big mistake.
